Abstract

Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini mempunyai tiga tahap yang sangat penting, diantaranya adalah 1) Mendeskripsikan pengaruh Keamanan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene. 2) Menguraikan pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja Tehadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene. 3) Menjelaskan manakah variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga instrumen penelitian yaitu: wawancara (interview), observasi  (observation), dan daftar pertanyaan (kusioener). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Keamanan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene­ dan Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keamanan Kerja dan Keselamatan Kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai yakni Keselamatan Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang mengkaji tentang pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 56 orang siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik penetapan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung, teknik komunikasi langsung, teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dan teknik dokumentasi dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman observasi, angket, pedoman wawancara dan dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang terdiri dari dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Berdasarkan analisis data terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi kerja terhadap hasil belajar siswa, besarnya pengaruh dapat dilihat dari besarnya t_hitung kompetensi pedagogik 0,288 < t_hitung motivasi kerja guru sebesar 1,562

Abstract

In essence, the responsibility of education is a big and important responsibility. Because, in its operational setting, education is the provision of guidance, help and assistance from adults or people responsible for education to immature children. Basically, the responsibility for education starts from the family environment which starts from the child in the womb, then is born, gradually experiences growth and development, until the child becomes an adult who is aware of all his obligations, then the community, school, government and other institutions that have an interest. in education. This article describes the educational responsibilities of parents, teachers and society in order to guide and educate children so that they do not fall into hellfire by encouraging parents to pay attention to their families. So, parental education for the family can be a main and important concern in efforts to form people who believe and are devoted to God Almighty. Responsibility in terms of the Al-Qur'an and hadith explains that the family is responsible for each member of the family. This means that the family must play a role in realizing and making every member of their family into the people that Allah created them to be, namely as 'abdullahs/ servants who always dedicate themselves solely to Allah and become His caliphs in prospering the earth. So if the tasks leading to this direction are not carried out through family education, then Allah will threaten them with the torment of hellfire.

Abstract

This paper discusses the role of Islamic education within a multidisciplinary curriculum that integrates various disciplines to provide a more comprehensive understanding of Islamic teachings. This multidisciplinary approach is considered essential in addressing the challenges of modern times, particularly in Islamic Religious Education (IRE). By utilizing multiple perspectives, it is expected that students will gain broader and deeper knowledge not only in religious contexts but also in social, cultural, and scientific aspects. The research method used in this paper is literature review, where various academic sources and theories of Islamic education are examined to understand the application of the multidisciplinary approach in education. The findings indicate that a multidisciplinary curriculum in IRE can help shape students' character holistically, encompassing spiritual, moral, and intellectual dimensions.

Abstract

The authenticity of the Qur’an is a fundamental belief in Islam, that this holy book has been preserved from alteration since it was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad until the end of time. However, history records polemics related to differences in the companions’ manuscripts and criticisms from orientalists who questioned its authenticity. This article aims to reaffirm the authenticity of the Qur’an based on the interpretation of Q.S. Al-Hijr: 9. This research uses a library research method by reviewing classical and contemporary literature, both tafsir, hadith, and modern scientific works. The results of the study show that the authenticity of the Qur’an is not only theologically guaranteed by Allah, but is also historically proven through the tradition of Uthmani codification and the continuity of the memorization of the huffaz. In addition, Muslims have a great responsibility in maintaining the authenticity of the Qur’an through recitation, memorization, tadabbur, and the implementation of its teachings in everyday life.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan membaca terdapat perbedaan antar kemampuan membaca mahasiswa laki-laki dan mahasiswa perempuan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi perbedaan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an antara mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa angkatan 2023. Dengan menggunakan metode studi komparatif dan uji ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan, di mana skor rata-rata mahasiswa perempuan (32) lebih tinggi dibandingkan mahasiswa laki-laki (26). Uji prasyarat menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Pentingnya kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an diperkuat oleh ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an, khususnya perintah pertama tentang pentingnya membaca. Adab membaca Al-Qur'an, seperti niat ikhlas dan kebersihan, menjadi fokus. Rekomendasi penelitian lanjutan mencakup pengkajian lebih mendalam terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an, serta eksplorasi strategi pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman perbedaan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an antara mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan, dengan implikasi untuk pengembangan pendidikan yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Traditional halal culinary is a culinary that needs to be developed because traditional halal culinary needs encouragement, because the culinary business is very promising. The purpose of this research is to find out how traditional halal culinary opportunities can survive and a good strategy so that traditional halal culinary can compete with today's modern culinary. It can be seen that the culinary business still has high resilience and is growing rapidly, especially food that is labeled and certified halal. Culinary is one of the characteristics of the identity of a region and most regions in Indonesia have it. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, namely by conducting a library research method. The results of this study are to produce an understanding that traditional halal culinary has opportunities in developing its business today, and has several strategies that can develop traditional halal culinary businesses that can compete with modern culinary arts today. The strategy used is the 7P marketing mix strategy and digital strategy.

Abstract

The amendment to the 1945 Constitution affirmed the supremacy of the constitution, giving birth to auxiliary state institutions such as BPSK to maintain a balance between consumers and business actors. BPSK exists as an alternative to non-litigation dispute resolution that is cheap, fast, and fair, in order to ensure consumer protection through mediation, conciliation, or arbitration mechanisms. To analyze the effectiveness of consumer dispute resolution by the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency and to review and analyze the legal obstacles faced by the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency in carrying out consumer protection duties. This research is a normative legal research using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The effectiveness of BPSK was determined by regulatory clarity, infrastructure availability, quality of human resources, and public legal awareness. Normatively, BPSK has legitimacy through the UUPK and the Ministry of Industry, but there are still contradictions, especially regarding the nature of the decision that is called final but can still be objected to the District Court.

Abstract

Pemikiran ekonomi Islam yang dikembangkan oleh Muhammad Baqir Al-Sadr, Taqiyuddin An-Nabhani, Abdul Qadim Zallum, dan Abdul Rahman Al-Maliki merupakan bagian penting dalam upaya merumuskan sistem ekonomi Islam yang komprehensif dan aplikatif. Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan sistem ekonomi konvensional, baik kapitalisme maupun sosialisme, dalam mewujudkan keadilan sosial, pemerataan kesejahteraan, dan stabilitas ekonomi, khususnya di masyarakat Muslim. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), dengan menelaah karya-karya utama para tokoh serta literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keempat tokoh tersebut memandang ekonomi Islam bukan semata-mata sebagai aktivitas ekonomi teknis, melainkan sebagai sebuah sistem yang berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Pemikiran mereka menegaskan peran strategis negara dalam pengaturan kepemilikan harta, distribusi kekayaan, dan pengelolaan keuangan publik melalui institusi Baitul Mal. Selain itu, tujuan utama ekonomi Islam diarahkan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar setiap individu dan pencapaian keadilan sosial secara menyeluruh. Meskipun terdapat perbedaan penekanan konseptual di antara para tokoh, keseluruhan gagasan tersebut memiliki kesamaan dalam menjadikan nilai-nilai moral dan syariah sebagai fondasi utama dalam seluruh aktivitas ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, pemikiran ekonomi Islam yang dikemukakan oleh para tokoh tersebut relevan sebagai alternatif sistem ekonomi dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi kontemporer.

Abstract

Abstract Background.The attitude and belief of groom and bride candidates on exclusive breastfeeding were still low. Objective.This study aimed at examining the effect of exclusive breastfeeding module on the attitude and belief of groom and bride candidates at Tarakan City. Method. This study applied quantitative approach with pre-test post-test. The subjects of this research were groom and bride candidates who attended pre-marriage counseling at Ministry of Religion office of Tarakan City where the number of sample were 100 respondents. The distribution of exclusive breastfeeding module was done after pre-test to measure the groom and bride candidates’ attitude towards exclusive breastfeeding. The data analysis was done using T-test of Paired Samples Test. Findings. The characteristics of male respondents in Module Reading group were generally aged from 25 to 30 years old (52%) and those who belonged to Lecture Listening group were generally aged from 20 to 24 years old and 25 to 30 years old (32% and 32%). Female respondents in Module Reading group and Lecture Listening group were generally aged from 25 to 29 years old (40%) and 20 to 24 years old (56%). The attitude and belief of the male respondents in all groups after intervention were, in general, statistically meaningful to the value of p<0.05. The attitude of female respondents in module reading group was not meaningful while the belief of female respondents in Lecture Listening group was also not meaningful. Conclusion Health Education can improve the attitude and belief of male respondents on exclusive breastfeeding while the attitude and belief of female respondents in all groups were different from the male respondents’ after the intervention. It is suggested that exclusive breastfeeding materials are given to groom and bride candidates. Key words: Attitude and Belief, Groom and Bride Candidates, Exclusive Breastfeeding
