Abstract

In this study, we want to learn how service quality affects consumer satisfaction with Saripul motor boats in the Lesung Batu, Pagar Gunung District, Lahat Regency, and what factors could influence consumer satisfaction with Saripul motor boats. This research methodology includes questionnaires, observational methods, documentation, surveys, and studies of participation using likert scales. A total of 82 consumers were surveyed using proportional stratified random sampling as the sampling technique. This study used a quantitative approach, which is to say, it used instrument reliability and validity tests, classical assumption tests like heteroskedasticity and normalcy, hypothesis tests like parcial (uji-t), F, determination (R2), linear regression, and a correlation technique. The research results show that: in the combined regression model Y = 1,192 + 0.754X, there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality and consumer satisfaction with the Saripul motor boat from Lesung Batu Village, Pagar Gunung District, Lahat Regency. We know that the service quality influences customer satisfaction since the calculated F-value of 1503,942 > the tabled F-value of 3.96 or a P-value of 0,00 < 0.05. In contrast, the t-test result of product quality 38,781 > ttable = 1,664 indicates that the service quality variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable, consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The primary purpose of this study is to determine the promotion strategy to increase coffee sales at Cap Lesung Ukm Harapan Baru Binaan BDC Kota Pagar Alam. To achieve the research objectives, researchers made observations at UKM Harapan Baru Binaan BDC to collect data on the material studied. The results obtained using descriptive analysis are as follows: 1) Marketing of SMEs Harapan Baru Binaan BDC Kota Pagar Alam using marketing mix variables from advertising, personal selling, and sales promotion to diluted red coffee products cap lesung; 2) UKM Harapan Baru Binaan BDC Kota Pagar Alam promotes through these media, namely radio, Facebook, Instagram, Shoppe, website, and sponsorship (event); 3) From the discussion analysis, it is known that the increase in promotional costs every month causes an increase in sales volume, which shows the relationship between promotional costs and sales volume, where each change in promotion variables affects sales volume; 4) From the results of the study, the most dominant factor of the role of promotion to increase sales is advertising. The ads used are based on social media, namely the internet, Facebook, Instagram, and Shoopee, which experienced profits from sales of Rp. 20,000.00 in 2021, then experienced an increase of Rp. 25,000.00 (by 1.15%), and Rp. 29,500,000 (by 1.18%) in 2023

Abstract

Community service through Real Work Lectures (KKN) is a form of student contribution to overcoming problems in the community. This study aims to examine the role of KKN in increasing environmental awareness and providing education to children in Kota Raya Darat Village, Lahat Regency. The method used in this study is observation. KKN students participate in ecological cleaning activities, counseling on overcoming juvenile delinquency, and educating children about caring for themselves. The study results show that through KKN, environmental awareness in Kota Raya Darat Village has increased significantly. People are beginning to understand how important it is to maintain cleanliness and take care of their surrounding environment. Children also show increased knowledge about the importance of protecting the environment through educational activities carried out by students.
