Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi keuangan PT Express Trasindo Utama Tbk dengan menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski, Springate dan Grover periode 2013-2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski, Springate dan Grover PT Express Trasindo Utama Tbk selama 10 tahun rata-rata memiliki hasil yang sama pada tahun 2017-2020 perusahaan dalam kondisi bangkrut. Dan pada tahun 2021 perusahaan dalam kondisi sehat. Pada saat menggunakan metode Springate menunjukkan hasil bahwa pada tahun 2013-2016 dan tahun 2022 perusahaan mengalami kebangkrutan. Berbeda ketika menggunakan metode Grover yang menunjukkan hasil bahwa pada tahun 2013-2016 dan tahun 2022 perusahaan dalam kondisi yang sehat. Dan pada saat menggunakan metode Zmijewski menunjukkan hasil bahwa pada tahun 2013-2015 serta pada tahun 2022 perusahaan berada dalam kondisi yang sehat. Namun pada tahun 2016 perusahaan mengalami kebangkrutan. Lalu pada saat menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score menunjukkan hasil bahwa pada tahun 2014-2016 perusahaan dalam kondisi gray area, pada tahun 2013 dan 2022 perusahaan dalam kondisi yang sehat.

Abstract

Students or Adolescent girls usually experience dysmenorrhea, which can interfere with their daily activities. This can be overcome by using non-pharmacological therapy: thought stopping. This study aimed to determine how Thought Stopping therapy impacts dysmenorrhea in students at Hermina Health Institute. This research was conducted through a quasi-experiment with a pre-test design and post-test design with the control group. This research involved 48 respondents and was conducted from January to April 2024. This study used a questionnaire about dysmenorrhea pain and the Numeric Pain Scale (NPS) pain scale. The research results showed that 52% of students aged 18-21 years always experienced dysmenorrhea. They experienced a decrease in pain level from moderate (scale 4) to mild (scale 2) after non-pharmacological therapy: Thought stopping distraction therapy was carried out, with a p-value of 0.038, before and after non-pharmacological therapy: Thought stopping. Nurse's nursing action is non-pharmacological therapy: thought stopping can reduce the level of pain in students Hermina Health Institute as a result of dysmenorrhea. In addition, there was a significant difference between the level of change in pain before and after the procedure. It is hoped that students at Hermina Health Institute can apply non-pharmacological therapy: thought stopping to reduce dysmenorrhea.

Abstract

Background: overcrowded Emergency rooms have negative impacts on patients, staff, and the hospital system. These impacts on patients include delays in assessment and receiving necessary care, increased frequency of exposure to errors, and including error treatment, reduce satisfaction patient, improvement long care stay and results Which worsening, as well as increased inpatient mortality. Impacts on ER staff include increased work stress and fatigue, increased exposure to violence, and non-compliance with standard operating procedures during times of overcrowding.Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of overcrowding on nurses' work stress and patient satisfaction in the Emergency Room of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital.Method: This research uses quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. sectional. The population of this study are all the nurses who work in the Emergency Room of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital, totaling 28 nurses, the nurse sampling method used a total sampling technique of 28 respondents, and the patient sampling method used a purposive sampling technique of 366 patients. The statistical test used chi-square test. square. Data analysis using SPSS software.Result: there is an overcrowded effect on work stress of nurses in the Emergency Room of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital (p value = 0.04), and there is an influence of overcrowding on patient satisfaction at the Emergency Room of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital (p value = 0.000).Conclusion: Overcrowded assessment Using the NEDOCS assessment, it was found that most of the categories were not busy, most of the nurses working in the ER experienced low category work stress , almost all patients who visited the ER were satisfied with the services in the ER, and the influence of overcrowding on nurses' work stress and patient satisfaction in the Emergency Room of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital.

Abstract

Background: Financial compensation is a significant factor influencing nurse motivation and performance, particularly in the Emergency Department (ED), which has a high workload. Adequate compensation is expected to improve the quality of care and nurse job satisfaction.Objective: To examine the relationship between financial compensation and nurse performance in the Emergency Department of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital.Methods: This study employed a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of all emergency room nurses at Hermina Jatinegara Hospital (n = 28), using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using financial compensation (10 items) and nurse performance (12 items) questionnaires, both of which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods with the Chi-square test (? = 0.05).Results: Most respondents were middle-aged (46.4%), female (78.6%), held either a Diploma III (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Nursing (50.0% each), and had worked for more than six years (50.0%). The majority of nurses received moderate compensation (53.6%) and demonstrated good performance (53.6%). The Chi-square test results showed a significant relationship between financial compensation and nurse performance (p = 0.000).Conclusion: There is a significant association between financial compensation and nurse performance in the Emergency Department of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital. Implementing fair and proportional compensation policies has the potential to motivate nurses to maintain and enhance their performance quality.

Abstract

Ibu postpartum dengan bayi prematur berisiko mengalami postpartum blues dan ansietas, hal ini disebabkan karena banyaknya permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh ibu postpartum dengan bayi prematur. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pengaruh terapi thought stopping dan terapi suportif terhadap postpartum blues dan ansietas ibu postpartum dengan bayi prematur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan quasi-experiment with control group pretest-posttest design dengan metode consecutive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu postpartum dengan bayi prematur yang dirawat diruang Perina – Nicu sebanyak 62 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada penurunan postpartum blues dan ansietas secara bermakna (p-value= 0,000) pada kelompok yang mendapat tindakan keperawatan Ners, terapi thought stopping dan terapi suportif, dan lebih besar penurunan secara bermakna dibandingkan dengan kelompok yang hanya mendapat tindakan keperawatan Ners. Terapi thought stopping dan terapi suportif mampu menurunkan postpartum blues dan ansietas ibu postpartum dengan bayi prematur dua kali lebih besar dibanding pemberian tindakan keperawatan Ners.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Diabetes merupakan penyakit menahun yang akan diderita seumur hidup, sehingga pengelolaan penyakit ini menjadi begitu penting dilakukan untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup serta mencegah komplikasi bahkan kematian pada penderita Diabetes mellitus. Diperlukan dukungan untuk membantu klien mencegah diabetes melitus melalui pendekatan keperawatan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan penyakit degeneratif: DM. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan melakukan screening gula darah, kemudian dilanjutkan pre – posttest dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri atas 15 pertanyaan pilihan ganda. Klien diberikan penyuluhan mengenai optimalisasi pencegahan penyakit degeneratif: DM (terapi non farmakologis, perawatan kaki dan rileksasi otot progresif). Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis, 14 Desember 2023 di Wilayah Semper, Jakarta Utara. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini berjumlah 10 klien yang beresiko DM. Tingkat pengetahuan klien meningkat sebanyak 22,5% setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan Kesehatan meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotor klien dalam mencegah penyakit degeneratif: Diabetes Melitus. Kata Kunci: Diabetes Melitus, Rileksasi Otot Progressive, Terapi Non Farmakologi                                                       ABSTRACT Diabetes is a chronic disease that will last a lifetime, so managing this disease is very important to improve the quality of life and prevent complications and even death in diabetes mellitus sufferers. Support is needed to help clients prevent diabetes mellitus through a nursing approach. The aim of this community service activity is to increase knowledge about preventing degenerative diseases: DM. The method of implementing the activity begins with a blood sugar screening, then continues with a pre - post-test using a questionnaire consisting of 15 multiple choice questions. Clients are given counseling regarding optimizing the prevention of degenerative diseases: DM (non-pharmacological therapy, foot care and progressive muscle relaxation). The activity was held on Thursday, December 14th 2023 in the Semper area, North Jakarta. Participants in this activity were 10 clients who were at risk of DM. The client's knowledge level increased by 22.5% after being given counseling. This shows that health education activities improve clients' cognitive and psychomotor abilities in preventing degenerative diseases: Diabetes Mellitus. Keywords: Diabetes Mellitus, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Non-Pharmacological Therapy
