Abstract

ABSTRAK Masa usia sekolah merupakan periode penting dalam perkembangan anak, di mana aspek fisik, kognitif, emosional, dan sosial berkembang secara signifikan. Optimalisasi perkembangan anak usia sekolah menjadi prioritas untuk memastikan anak mencapai potensi maksimalnya dalam berbagai dimensi kehidupan. Perkembangan anak usia sekolah yang tidak optimal dapat memberikan dampak negatif yang signifikan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan anak, baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka Panjang. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengoptimalisasi perkembangan anak usia sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui intervensi terintegrasi, diawali dengan Pendidikan Kesehatan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan terapi kelompok terapeutik dan terapi bermain. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Selasa, 10 Desember 2024 di SDN Rawabunga 11 Jakarta Timur. Peserta yang terlibat sebanyak 60 anak usia sekolah. Setelah dilakukan Pendidikan Kesehatan dan terapi kelompok terapeutik, serta terapi bermain, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan kognitif, psikomotor, bahasa, emosional, spiritual, dan psikososial pada anak usia sekolah.Optimalisasi perkembangan anak usia sekolah diharapkan mampu menciptakan individu yang sehat, berdaya saing, dan berkarakter kuat di masa depan. Kata Kunci: Anak Usia Sekolah,  Terapi  Bermain, Terapi Kelompok Terapeutik  ABSTRACT The school age period is an important period in a child's development, where physical, cognitive, emotional and social aspects develop significantly. Optimizing the development of school-aged children is a priority to ensure children reach their maximum potential in various dimensions of life. The suboptimal development of school age children can have a significant negative impact on various aspects of children's lives, both in the short and long term. The aim of this community service activity is to optimize the development of school-age children. The method of implementing activities is through integrated intervention, starting with Health Education, then continuing with therapeutic group therapy and play therapy. The activity was held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at SDN Rawabunga 11, East Jakarta. The participants involved were 60 school age children. After health education and therapeutic group therapy, as well as play therapy, there was an increase in cognitive, psychomotor, language, emotional, spiritual and psychosocial abilities in school-age children. Optimizing the development of school-age children is expected to be able to create healthy, competitive and characterful individualis strong in the future. Keywords: School Age Children, Play Therapy, Therapeutic Group Therapy

Abstract

Penggunaan smartphone secara berlebihan telah menjadi faktor pemicu meningkatnya kasus insomnia di kalangan mahasiswa. Paparan cahaya biru, stimulasi kognitif yang terus-menerus, dan gangguan ritme sirkadian berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas tidur. Mengingat kompleksitas masalah ini, diperlukan pendekatan komprehensif dan kolaboratif lintas profesi untuk penanganannya. Artikel ini disusun sebagai tinjauan naratif berbasis literatur yang relevan dari berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder (2013–2024), dengan fokus pada peran keperawatan, farmasi, dan fisioterapi dalam manajemen insomnia terkait penggunaan smartphone. Penelusuran dilakukan melalui database PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar menggunakan kata kunci: insomnia, smartphone use, nursing intervention, pharmaceutical care, physiotherapy, dan interprofessional collaboration. Tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa perawat berperan dalam edukasi sleep hygiene dan teknik perilaku seperti CBT-I; farmasis berkontribusi melalui edukasi rasional penggunaan suplemen atau obat tidur; sedangkan fisioterapis mendukung melalui intervensi fisik seperti latihan relaksasi otot dan teknik pernapasan. Sinergi ketiga profesi ini membentuk pola layanan integratif yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan mahasiswa. Pendekatan multidisipliner dalam manajemen insomnia terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan pendekatan tunggal. Kolaborasi antara keperawatan, farmasi, dan fisioterapi memungkinkan intervensi yang lebih personal, holistik, dan berkelanjutan. Implikasi dari temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi pendidikan interprofesional dalam kurikulum serta penerapan praktik kolaboratif dalam pelayanan kesehatan kampus.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Anak pada usia sekolah, rentan terkena penyakit gigi dan mulut karena secara umum belum memiliki kebiasaan yang mendukung  untuk gigi dan mulut yang sehat. Penyuluhan tentang Kesehatan gigi dan mulut serta terapi bermain adalah bagian dari Kesehatan yang baik karena dapat mempengaruhi Kesehatan seluruh tubuh. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat agar dapat meningkatkan Kesehatan gigi dan mulut serta terapi bermain pada anak. Metode pelaksanaan kegaiatan ini dimulai dari pemberian materi Kesehatan gigi dan mulut, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktik menggosok gigi disertai dengan terapi bermain. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa, 10 Desember 2024 di SDN Rawabunga 11 Jakarta Timur. Peserta yang terlibat sebanyak 60 anak usia sekolah. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan Kesehatan gigi dan mulut, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktik menggosok gigi disertai dengan terapi bermain, terlihat anak usia sekolah mampu memahami cara menjaga agar gigi dan mulut selalu sehat diiringi dengan kemampuan psikomotor. Penyuluhan kesehatan ini diharapkan anak usia sekolah dapat mempraktekkan hidup sehat bagi dirinya sendiri. Kata Kunci: Anak Usia Sekolah,  Kesehatan Gigi Dan Mulut, Praktik Gosok Gigi, Terapi Bermain  ABSTRACT School age children are vulnerable to dental and oral diseases because they generally do not have habits that support healthy teeth and mouths. Education about dental and oral health and play therapy are part of good health because they can affect the health of the whole body. The aim of community service activities is to improve dental and oral health and play therapy in children. The method of implementing this activity starts with providing dental and oral health material, then continues with the practice of brushing teeth accompanied by play therapy. The activity was held on Tuesday, December 10 2024 at SDN Rawabunga 11, East Jakarta. The participants involved were 60 school age children. After providing dental and oral health education, followed by the practice of brushing teeth accompanied by play therapy, it was seen that school-age children were able to understand how to keep their teeth and mouth healthy along with psychomotor skills. It is hoped that this health education will enable school-age children to practice healthy living for themselves. Keywords: School Age Children, Dental Health And Oral Health, Tooth Brushing Practice, Play Therapy

Abstract

Background: overcrowded Emergency rooms have negative impacts on patients, staff, and the hospital system. These impacts on patients include delays in assessment and receiving necessary care, increased frequency of exposure to errors, and including error treatment, reduce satisfaction patient, improvement long care stay and results Which worsening, as well as increased inpatient mortality. Impacts on ER staff include increased work stress and fatigue, increased exposure to violence, and non-compliance with standard operating procedures during times of overcrowding.Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of overcrowding on nurses' work stress and patient satisfaction in the Emergency Room of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital.Method: This research uses quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. sectional. The population of this study are all the nurses who work in the Emergency Room of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital, totaling 28 nurses, the nurse sampling method used a total sampling technique of 28 respondents, and the patient sampling method used a purposive sampling technique of 366 patients. The statistical test used chi-square test. square. Data analysis using SPSS software.Result: there is an overcrowded effect on work stress of nurses in the Emergency Room of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital (p value = 0.04), and there is an influence of overcrowding on patient satisfaction at the Emergency Room of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital (p value = 0.000).Conclusion: Overcrowded assessment Using the NEDOCS assessment, it was found that most of the categories were not busy, most of the nurses working in the ER experienced low category work stress , almost all patients who visited the ER were satisfied with the services in the ER, and the influence of overcrowding on nurses' work stress and patient satisfaction in the Emergency Room of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital.

Abstract

Background: Financial compensation is a significant factor influencing nurse motivation and performance, particularly in the Emergency Department (ED), which has a high workload. Adequate compensation is expected to improve the quality of care and nurse job satisfaction.Objective: To examine the relationship between financial compensation and nurse performance in the Emergency Department of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital.Methods: This study employed a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of all emergency room nurses at Hermina Jatinegara Hospital (n = 28), using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using financial compensation (10 items) and nurse performance (12 items) questionnaires, both of which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods with the Chi-square test (? = 0.05).Results: Most respondents were middle-aged (46.4%), female (78.6%), held either a Diploma III (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Nursing (50.0% each), and had worked for more than six years (50.0%). The majority of nurses received moderate compensation (53.6%) and demonstrated good performance (53.6%). The Chi-square test results showed a significant relationship between financial compensation and nurse performance (p = 0.000).Conclusion: There is a significant association between financial compensation and nurse performance in the Emergency Department of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital. Implementing fair and proportional compensation policies has the potential to motivate nurses to maintain and enhance their performance quality.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Diabetes merupakan penyakit menahun yang akan diderita seumur hidup, sehingga pengelolaan penyakit ini menjadi begitu penting dilakukan untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup serta mencegah komplikasi bahkan kematian pada penderita Diabetes mellitus. Diperlukan dukungan untuk membantu klien mencegah diabetes melitus melalui pendekatan keperawatan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan penyakit degeneratif: DM. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan melakukan screening gula darah, kemudian dilanjutkan pre – posttest dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri atas 15 pertanyaan pilihan ganda. Klien diberikan penyuluhan mengenai optimalisasi pencegahan penyakit degeneratif: DM (terapi non farmakologis, perawatan kaki dan rileksasi otot progresif). Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis, 14 Desember 2023 di Wilayah Semper, Jakarta Utara. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini berjumlah 10 klien yang beresiko DM. Tingkat pengetahuan klien meningkat sebanyak 22,5% setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan Kesehatan meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotor klien dalam mencegah penyakit degeneratif: Diabetes Melitus. Kata Kunci: Diabetes Melitus, Rileksasi Otot Progressive, Terapi Non Farmakologi                                                       ABSTRACT Diabetes is a chronic disease that will last a lifetime, so managing this disease is very important to improve the quality of life and prevent complications and even death in diabetes mellitus sufferers. Support is needed to help clients prevent diabetes mellitus through a nursing approach. The aim of this community service activity is to increase knowledge about preventing degenerative diseases: DM. The method of implementing the activity begins with a blood sugar screening, then continues with a pre - post-test using a questionnaire consisting of 15 multiple choice questions. Clients are given counseling regarding optimizing the prevention of degenerative diseases: DM (non-pharmacological therapy, foot care and progressive muscle relaxation). The activity was held on Thursday, December 14th 2023 in the Semper area, North Jakarta. Participants in this activity were 10 clients who were at risk of DM. The client's knowledge level increased by 22.5% after being given counseling. This shows that health education activities improve clients' cognitive and psychomotor abilities in preventing degenerative diseases: Diabetes Mellitus. Keywords: Diabetes Mellitus, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Non-Pharmacological Therapy
