Abstract

Food is most important needs for human being, by consuming a food every human can be live, growing and thinking. Intensely of food is affecting bodies as well as minds. If we consume dirty and unhealthy food then the condition of the agency can to deteriorate so it can be cause the disease. However, if we consume too much food, what else are instantly made a preservative can result in the performance of the brain being broken, slow in thinking something, and lost of concentration. The aim of this research is to find out the relationship of children knowledge through 4 healthy 5 perfect foods toward under health services in 5 grade of Mardiyuana Elementary School. The design of this research is analytic approach description on the cross sectional research. To conudct this research, the researcher collect the data by using questionnaire, only 100 with the statistics chi square. The collection of data were collected from the spread of the questionnaire covered. The results of this research is the son of having knowledge of good as many as 49 or ( 49 percent from 100 respondents , and children with positive attitude as many as 62ofrespondentsor(62%).ThestatisticsoftheresultsobtainedPv0.030and0.05 then Pv <,So Ho rejected whichmeans there is a level of knowledge of healthy food 4 5 perfect with the attitude of children against unhealthy snacks.

Abstract

Clean and healthy lifestyle program is a social engineering that aims to make community membersas agents of change in order to improve the quality of everyday behavior with the goal of clean andhealthy living. The layout of this program involves several elements that are a place of activity ineveryday life. Usage of healthy toilets is one indicator of the clean and healthy lifestyle program whichplays a very important role in improving public health status. This study aims to determine how theknowledge level about clean and healthy lifestyle program affects the use of healthy toilets at MekarWangi Health Center working area, Bogor in 2019.The population in this study is the community at Mekar Wangi Village in Mekar Wangi HealthCenter Working area, Bogor. This research used cross sectional design. The total sample in this studywas 117 respondents, taken by accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate andbivariate analysis using Kendall Tau Correlation.The results showed 88 (75.2%) of respondents were knowledgeable about clean and healthylifestyle program, whereas 29 (24.8%) of respondents were less knowledgeable about the program. Onthe other hand, 62 (53%) of respondents used healthy toilets, while 55 (47%) of respondents did not usehealthy toilets. Based on the results, the p value obtained was 0.000 with significant value <0.05.The results showed there was a correlation between the knowledge level about clean and healthylifestyle program with the use of healthy toilets at the working area of Mekar Wangi Health Center,Bogor in 2019. The results of this study are expected to be a form of input for Mekar Wangi Bogor CityHealth Center to further increase efforts in addressing health behavior and continue to give attentiontowards the community’s knowledge in their work area.

Abstract

Motivasi kerja adalah pemimpin memotivasi (merangsang) bawahan dengan memberikan hadiah kepada mereka yangberprestasi diatas prestasi standar. Sehingga perawat memiliki motivasi yg tinggi terhadap pekerjaannya dalamkepuasan kerja. Kepuasan Kerja merupakan korelasi yang sangat kuat kepada tinggi rendahnya motivasi kerjaseseorang. Maka karyawan yang puas terhadap pekerjaannya akan mempunyai motivasi yang tinggi dan comittedterhadap pekerjaannya. Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Motivasi Kerja DenganKepuasan Kerja Pada Perawat Rawat Inap Di Rumah Sakit Medika Dramaga Bogor. Metode Penelitian: Jenispenelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitik kuantitatif dan desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Sampelpenelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data diolah menggunakan SPSSversi 22 dengan uji statistik kendall tau. Hasil uji statistik data menggunakan uji kendall tau di dapatkan nila ρ value0,005 dengan α (0,05) artinya p value <0,05. Sehingga ada Hubungan Motivasi Kerja Dengan Kepuasan Kerja PadaPerawat Rawat Inap Di rumah Sakit Medika Dramaga Bogor.Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Perawat

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia untuk dapat hidup layak dan produktif. Kepuasan pasien berkaitan dengan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Apabila suatu instansi kesehatan salah satunya adalah Puskesmas akan melakukan upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan maka harus dilakukan pengukuran tingkat kepuasan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS dengan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang telah lolos uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 12 responden atau 40,0% menyatakan puas terhadap pelayanan, dan sebanyak 18 responden atau 60,0% menyatakan baik terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan. Nilai uji statistik tersebut memiliki nilai p-value sebesar 0,001 yang berarti p value < 0,05. Maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS dengan mutu pelayanan. Diharapkan mutu pelayanan dapat ditingkatkan pada aspek-aspek yang dinilai masih kurang dan tetap mempertahankan mutu yang sudah baik sehingga kepuasan pasien khususnya pengguna BPJS dapat tercapai secara optimal bagi pasien pengguna BPJS.
