Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas masyarakat, khususnya di Desa Salenrang, untuk mengelola sumber daya alamnya secara optimal melalui usaha produk kerajinan berbasis lokal. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pembinaan para remaja dan ibu rumah tangga. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah tingkat kesejahteraan ekonomi desa yang masih rendah, sementara sumber daya alam hayati dan sumber daya wisatanya sangat potensial dijadikan alternatif penghasilan. Penyebabnya adalah karena produktivitas masyarakat belum dioptimalkan. Selain itu, mereka juga belum memiliki kelompok usaha sebagai wadah untuk memasarkan produknya. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah melaksanakan pelatihan pembuatan produk kerajinan anyaman berbahan daun nipah (salah satu sumber daya desa), membentuk kelompok usaha untuk memasarkan produknya, dan memberikan pelatihan publikasi produk di media sosial. Luaran dari kegiatan adalah terbentuknya kelompok usaha, namun kelompok ini belum diperkenalkan secara formal dan belum menciptakan brand. Hal ini disebabkan masih dibutuhkan perbaikan kualitas dan estetika produk. Namun demikian, telah terjadi perubahan yang signifikan, yaitu, telah terdistribusinya produk-produk tersebut ke beberapa kios dan warung di sekitar wilayah pariwisata. Selain itu, produk kerajinan ini telah diperkenalkan dalam beberapa kegiatan lomba dan pameran produk kerajinan lokal. Kata kunci: daun nipah, kerajinan anyaman, produk lokal ABSTRACT The implementation of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity aims to increase community productivity, especially in Salenrang Village, to optimally manage its natural resources through local-based handicraft product businesses. This activity is carried out in the form of fostering youth and housewives. The problem faced by partners is that the level of village economic welfare is still low, while biological natural resources and tourism resources have the potential to be used as an alternative income. The reason is that community productivity has not been optimized. In addition, they also do not have a business group as a forum to market their products. The solutions offered are conducting training on the manufacture of woven handicraft products made from nipah leaves (one of the village's resources), forming business groups to market their products, and providing training on product publications on social media. The output of the activity is the formation of a business group, but this group has not been formally introduced and has not created a brand. This is due to the need to improve the quality and aesthetics of the product. However, there has been a significant change, namely, the distribution of these products to several kiosks and stalls around the tourism area. In addition, these handicraft products have been introduced in several competitions and exhibitions of local handicraft products. Keywords: keyword1, keyword2, keyword3

Abstract

The purpose of this research plan is to make a mapping of the Halal Critical Point of Beef Products and a number of Processed Beef Products and also to create a Supply Chain Process Flow System for Meat products. Data and analysis of data explored in this research plan are stakeholders in the halal supply chain, namely authority institutions such as slaughtering houses (RPH), producers, logistics providers, operators, consumers, and the government by making questionnaires to identify criteria and sub-criteria important. The survey discusses consumer perceptions of the halal supply chain of products of beef and processed beef using the score method. The results of data processing can then be analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model. This study is expected to contribute to the selection of important criteria for halal supply chains of Meat products and their processed products, then contribute to the priority index using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)

Abstract

Abstract Trustee of higher education institution (Foundation) is a legal entity of higher education that determines vision, mission, and goals of education in an educational institution. In practice, not a few of these organizing institutions are established and managed by a family or usually called Family Foundation. This paper aims to identify the implementation of organizational governance concept that is suitable for Family Foundation. By using literature review and synthesizing theories, concepts, and research findings from both organizational governance and higher education institution literatures, this paper reveals that, (1) Adopting key elements from family governance system to family foundation is considered a very good solution to implement, by looking at the typical problems that usually occur in family foundation. (2) Family governance tools which are family constitution and family governance structure are implementable solutions to facilitate the bodies in applying and carrying the role and function of the foundation.Keywords: Corporate Governance. Higher Education Institution, Family Governance.Abstrak Badan penyelenggara perguruan tinggi (yayasan) merupakan badan hukum pendidikan tinggi yang menentukan visi, misi dan tujuan penyeleggaraaan pendidikan disebuah lembaga pendidikan. Pada praktiknya, tidak sedikit badan penyelenggara ini didirikan dan dikelola oleh suatu keluarga atau disebut Yayasan Keluarga. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan konsep tatakelola organisasi yang cocok diterapkan di sebuah Yayasan keluarga. Dengan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dan mensintesa teori, konsep, temuan penelitian yang ada dalam literatur tatakelola organisasi dan manajemen pengelolaan perguruan tinggi, tulisan ini berhasil merumuskan beberapa hal yaitu,(1) Adopsi elemen utama sistem tatakelola keluarga pada yayasan pendidikan dinilai sangat tepat untuk diimpelentasikan dengan melihat permasalahan tipikal yang terjadi pada yayasan keluarga. (2) Perangkat tata kelola keluarga yaitu Konstitusi Keluarga (Family Constitution) dan Struktur Tatakelola Keluarga (Family Governance Structure) merupakan solusi implemenatif untuk menfasilitasi organ yayasan dalam pelaksanaan jalannya peran dan fungsi yayasan.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has changed the lives of economic agents, making survival a critical issue and attention to small businesses sectors is crucial because they lack savings for survival. For example, Mama Aris was a gadde-gadde businesswoman who survived the pandemic and financial issues after her husband retired. Therefore, this study aimed to unravel Mama Aris’s resilience as a paggadde-gadde in managing her business finances during the pandemic. Using phenomenology methodology, the study showed toughness from speech, tears, voice intonation, and body language of informants while telling their stories. The triangulation technique was used in order to obtain accurate data. The results showed that the tears and words of paggadde-gadde were caused by the financial difficulties and life during the pandemic in the isoman period. However, mama Aris had hopes again when talking about diversifying products. gadde-gadde’s income was turned into capital for making new products orders by the management. Moreover, there was an additional capital for gadde-gadde supplies. Mama Aris gained knowledge that was used as a new finding in small and medium enterprise study. This had important implications in solving small business actors with financial difficulties in the future.

Abstract

Community empowerment through chili processing is an effort to provide knowledge and motivation to utilize the chili harvest in the environment around the partners. The goals are to provide knowledge to partner about the processing of excessive fresh chili post-harvest around the area and provide business opportunities for the chili powder home industry for partner to improve it welfare. The program partner is Karang Taruna Kelurahan Tamarunang, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The method used in this program are the training and monitoring method. The steps taken are chili processing, evaluation, packaging, and marketing training. The chilli processing training stage teaches partners about the chili processing by utilizing the available chili processing technology. The evaluation phase is carried out through sensory tests of product appearance. The packaging stage is done by packaging the product in a safe container for sale. The marketing phase is carried out using market and consumer networks. The output of this activity is chilli processed products, namely "Tamarunangfood Chili Powder".Keywords: Empowerment, youth, chili powder. ABSTRAKPemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengolahan cabai adalah upaya memberikan pengetahuan dan motivasi untuk memanfaatkan hasil panen cabai di lingkungan sekitar mitra. Tujuannya, yaitu, memberikan pengetahuan kepada mitra tentang pengolahan cabai segar yang berlebihan pasca panen di sekitar wilayahnya dan memberikan peluang usaha home industry cabai bubuk bagi mitra untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. Adapun mitra program ini adalah Karang Taruna Kelurahan Tamarunang, Kecamatan Somba Opu, Kabupaten Gowa, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini yaitu metode pelatihan dan pemantauan. Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu pelatihan pengolahan cabai, evaluasi, pengemasan, dan pemasaran. Tahap pelatihan pengolahan cabai mengajarkan kepada mitra tentang proses pengolahan cabai dengan memanfaatkan teknologi mesin olah cabai yang tersedia. Tahap evaluasi dilakukan melalui uji indrawi terhadap tampilan produk. Tahap pengemasan dilakukan dengan mengemas produk dalam wadah yang aman untuk dijual.  Tahap pemasaran dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan jaringan pasar dan konsumen. Output kegiatan ini adalah produk olahan cabai, yaitu “Cabai Bubuk Tamarunangfood”.Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan, karang taruna, cabai bubuk.
