Abstract

The study of SMEs development has become an interesting issue in the field of education including because of its great contribution to society and nation. The research objectives are to describe 1) the effect of government intervention toward the increase of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) innovation capabilities and competitive advantage in South Sulawesi; 2) the effect of non-market capabilities toward non market strategies and competitive advantage of SMEs in South Sulawesi; 3) the effect of non-market capabilities toward government intervention. The data used is the primary data which was obtained from interviews with 40 respondents in Makassar, Parepare, Sidenreng Rappang and Bantaeng. The sample from which data collection done is selected using purposive sampling method. Results are presented in descriptive and inferential statistics. The research results show that innovation, government intervention, nonmarket strategies and capabilities are prerequisite to improve SMEs competitiveness. In addition, the small businesss competitiveness will significantly change when the innovations undertaken are influenced by government intervention.

Abstract

Peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui optimalisasi pemanfaatan sumber daya laut di Kelurahan Tanah Beru Kecamatan Bonto Bahari Kabupaten Bulukumba merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan memberi manfaat bagi keluarga nelayan dalam menambah pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam mengolah sumber daya laut sebagai pangan yang memiliki value added serta mampu menghasilkan diversifikasi produk olahan ikan yang berdaya saing. Melalui pelatihan ini diajarkan mengolah ikan menjadi pangan yang bernilai jual tinggi serta diajarkan pula proses pengemasan, labeling produk hingga pemasaran secara digital. Dengan metode penyajian berupa penyuluhan dan melakukan praktek pengolahan ikan tersebut. Juga akan dilakukan pendampingan bagi kelompok nelayan tersebut hingga mereka mampu secara mandiri untuk memproduksi olahan Ikan Tuna tersebut. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Balai Pertemuan Kelompok Nelayan  BAMBERA Kelurahan Tanah Beru Kecamatan Bonto Bahari Kabupaten Bulukumba. Diharapkan setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, para nelayan tidak hanya menjual hasil tangkapan secara mentah, melainkan dapat juga memproduksi produk olahan ikan yang bernilai dan laku di pasaran. Dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan melaui pengabdian masyarakat ini, diharapkan para nelayan di Tanah Beru mampu mengolah sumber daya laut lebih baik lagi sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan kesejahteraan economi secara finansial serta mandiri bagi masyarakat Bonto Bahari. Kata kunci: Sumberdaya laut, nelayan, kesejahteraan. ABSTRACT Improving Community Welfare Through Optimising the Utilisation of Marine Resources in Tanah Beru Village, Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba Regency is a Community Service Activity that aims to benefit fishermen's families in increasing their knowledge and ability to process marine resources as food that has added value and is able to produce diversified processed fish products that are competitive. Through this training, community were taught to process fish into high-value food and also taught the process of packaging, product labelling to digital marketing. With the presentation method in the form of counselling and practice of fish processing. There was also mentoring for the farmer group until they are able to independently produce the processed cassava. This activity was held at the Meeting Hall of the BAMBERA Fishermen Group of Tanah Beru Village, Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba Regency. It is expected that after participating in this activity, the fishermen will not only sell their catches raw, but can also produce processed fish products that are valuable and marketable. With the increase in knowledge and skills through this community service, it is hoped that fishermen in Tanah Beru will be able to process marine resources better so as to increase family income and financial economic welfare and be independent for the Bonto Bahari community. Abstract

Strategi Peningkatan Daya Saing Usaha Mikro dan Kecil melalui Digital Marketing Di Kecamatan Palalangga Kabupaten Gowa merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan memberi manfaat dan pengetahuan bagi usaha mikro dan kecil dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing bagi produk.  Melalui pelatihan ini akan diajarkan strategi pemasaran melalui inovasi digital marketing dengan menggunakan platform media sosial, market place dan e-commerce. Tujuannya adalah agar pemasaran produk yang dilakukan dapat menjangkau konsumen lebih luas, selain itu diajarkan inovasi produk UMKM berupa pengemasan produk makan dan non makanan serta labeling sehingga produk UMKM tersebut memiliki daya saing tinggi di pasar digital. Mitra pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil juga diajarkan bagaimana cara mengakses kredit perbankan yang murah sebagai solusi masalah permodalan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar para pelaku UMK dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memasarkan produknya melalui digital marketing sebagai salah satu strategi dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMK agar dapat meningkatkan omzet penjualannya dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan pelaku UMK di Kecamatan Palangga Kabupaten Gowa. Kata kunci: UMK, Daya Saing, Digital Marketing. ABSTRACT The Strategy for Increasing the Competitiveness of Micro and Small Businesses through Digital Marketing in Palalangga District, Gowa Regency is a Community Service Activity that aims to provide benefits and knowledge for micro and small businesses to increase product competitiveness. Through this training, marketing strategies will be taught through Digital Marketing innovation using social media platforms, marketplaces and e-commerce. The goal is that product marketing is carried out to reach wider consumers, besides that MSME product innovation is taught in the form of packaging for food and non-food products and labeling so that MSME products have high competitiveness in the digital market. In addition, it is taught how these micro and small business actors can access cheap bank credit as a solution to capital problems. This activity aims to enable MSEs to gain knowledge and skills in marketing their products through the digital market as a strategy in increasing MSEs' competitiveness in order to increase their sales turnover and improve the welfare of MSEs in Palangga District, Gowa Regency. Abstract

Fintech or Financial Technology is an innovation that comes from digitizing management in the financial sector. Fintech is popularly used by millennials as a cash payment replacement tool. The purposes of this research are to determine and analyze the effect of promotional strategies used on brand loyalty. The respondents of this research were 140 millennial's mobile payment users, specifically OVO, LinkAja, and Gopay which were randomly selected by using the proportional random sampling method. The data collection techniques used literature study and field study. It will be analyzed by using multiple regression methods. The results of the research have demonstrated that the promotion strategy affects positively and significantly toward brand loyalty of mobile payment OVO, Gopay, and LinkAja.
