Abstract

 Lighting is one of the key factors that influences the quality of the indoor environment in designing buildings. Natural lighting is an optimal light source due to its advantages in energy efficiency, superior visual quality and positive impact on the health and well-being of occupants. This research is a classroom design plan using quantitative methods. Lighting simulation was carried out with DIALux Evo 12.0 software. Simulation using the DIALux application proved effective in planning and visualizing classroom lighting systems. This application allows creating virtual models of classrooms, determining light sources, and accurately predicting light distribution. The results obtained are that natural lighting at 08.00 and 16.00 is comfortable, but during the day it tends to experience glare and causes discomfort. Meanwhile, artificial lighting is still in accordance with the SNi standards required for classrooms, namely 250-300 lux. Pencahayaan adalah salah satu faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi kualitas lingkungan dalam  ruangan dalam mendesain bangunan. Pencahayaan alami merupakan sumber cahaya yang optimal karena keunggulannya dalam  efisiensi energi, kualitas visual yang superior, dan dampak positif terhadap kesehatan serta kesejahteraan  penghuni. Penelitian ini merupakan rencana perancangan ruang kelas dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Simulasi pencahayaan dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak DIALux Evo 12.0. Simulasi menggunakan aplikasi DIALux terbukti efektif dalam merencanakan dan memvisualisasikan sistem pencahayaan ruang kelas. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pembuatan model virtual ruang kelas, penentuan sumber cahaya, dan prediksi distribusi cahaya secara akurat. Hasil yang didapatkan yakni pencahayaan alami pada pukul 08.00 dan 16.00 nyaman, akan tetapi pada siang hari cenderung mengalami glare dan menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan. Sementara untuk pencahayaan buatan masihmasih sesuai dengan standar SNi yang dibutuhkan untuk ruang kelas yaitu 250-300 lux.

Abstract

Ruang isolasi merupakan tempat penanganan khusus yang disediakan dalam satu gedung pelayanan dan penanganan Kesehatan mental. Dijelaskan pada SNI didalam rumah sakit atau balai pengobatan seperti ruang rekreasi dan rehabilitasi yang memiliki fungsi sama seperti ruang isolasi, penggunaan penerangan yang digunakan minimal atau yang disarankan yakni 250 lux. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif Penelitian bertujuan untuk membuat analisis mengenai sistem pencahayaan pada  kamar hotel dengan mengambil dasar standar petunjuk teknis SNI dalam bidang pencahayaan, yaitu SNI 6197:2011 tentang Konservasi Energi sistem pencahayaan pada bangunan gedung, dan SNI 03-6575-2001 tentang Tata cara perancangan sistem pencahayaan buatan pada bangunan gedung. Simulasi menggunakan software open source DIALux 9.0 yang merupakan software simulasi untuk perhitungan kebutuhan pencahayaan.

Abstract

Gorontalo regency is a city that possess a majority of Muslim population with a percentage of 98%. However, as times and technology have changed, many Muslims in Gorontalo have started to be influenced by foreign cultures that diverge greatly from Islamic teachings. The Gorontalo Muslim community in the globalization era must also face even more difficult challenges due to the intrussion of a culture of hedonizm, materializm and secularizm into human life. Thus, in order to meet this challenge, The Gorontalo Muslim community must increase their knowledge of their religion, specifically by reading the Qur’an and it also hoped that they will be able to resolve the widespread spiritual crisis that is presently plaguing them. For this reason, a forum is required that can emerge and revive the role of the Qur’an as a guideline for Muslim life, namely by building an Al-Qur’an Center in Gorontalo which prepares all facilities for Islamic activities based on the Qur’an and Hadith.The method used in the design and planning of Al-Qur’an Center is data collection,  which is the first step to collect factual issues that become the background of the title selection then obtain data through observation, which is by collecting data directly from the research site, interview method and literature study method, namely studying, understanding, literatureand searching for sources related to the research object. The design of Al-Qur’an Center is anticipated to be the best effort to overcome the current spiritual crisis in Gorontalo. By emphasizing the concept of Biophilic Architecture, this design will foster a positive relationship between humans and nature with Architecture, this design will foster a positive relationship between humans and nature with architecture. Biophilic design seeks to produce a space that can participate in improving the physical and mental well-being of human life.

Abstract

Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia mandate that the state has the responsibility to protect the entire Indonesian nation and promote public welfare in the framework of realizing social justice for all Indonesian people. Integrated Social Rehabilitation Center as a place for rehabilitation or recovery and development to enable a person, namely PPKS, to carry out his social functions normally. The design of the Integrated Social Rehabilitation Center in Gorontalo Province was due to the unavailability of Integrated Social Rehabilitation Center facilities in Gorontalo, both as part of the service and as an institution. Based on the results of a field survey, Gorontalo Province does not yet have a Social Rehabilitation Institution, this has become the government's impetus to plan the development of a Social Rehabilitation Institution with a centralized concept in 2025. The building design method is based on all relevant data. This data is obtained from various literature, journals, books according to the design object problems. After collecting the next data in the analysis stage, namely using descriptive analysis methods. Data covering everything related to the Integrated Social Rehabilitation Center and the Healing Environment architecture were obtained, then elaborated and analyzed, the analysis was used as reference material for planning concepts. The design of the building maximizes aspects, namely lighting, especially natural lighting, indoor ventilation, the use of parks and outdoor spaces and an organized spatial arrangement with attention to user comfort. This building carries the theme of Environmental Healing Architecture which applies three elements namely nature, senses and psychology based on the function of the Social Rehabilitation Center. Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 mengamanatkan negara mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk melindungi segenap bangsa Indonesia dan memajukan kesejahteraan umum dalam rangka mewujudkan keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Pusat Rehabilitasi Sosial Terpadu sebagai wadah rehabilitasi atau pemulihan dan pengembangan untuk memungkinkan seseorang yakni Pemerlu Pelayanan Kesejahteraan Sosial (PPKS) mampu melaksanakan fungsi sosialnya secara wajar. Perancangan Pusat Rehabilitasi Sosial Terpadu di Provinsi Gorontalo ini  dikarenakan belum tersedianya fasilitas Pusat Rehabilitasi Sosial Terpadu di Gorontalo, sebagai bagian pelayanan dan panti. Berdasarkan hasil survey lapangan Provinsi Gorontalo belum mempunyai Panti Rehabilitasi Sosial, dengan ini menjadi dorongan pemerintah untuk merencanakan pembangunan Panti Rehabilitasi Sosial dengan konsep tepusat pada tahun 2025. Adapun metode perancangan desain bangunan berdasar dari data-data keseluruhan yang terkait. Data ini diperoleh dari berbagai literatur, jurnal, buku-buku sesuai dengan permasalahan objek perancangan. Setelah melakukan pengumpulan data selanjutnya pada tahapan analisis yakni menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Data yang mencakup keseluruhan terkait Pusat Rehabilitasi Sosial Terpadu  dan arsitektur Healing Environment yang diperoleh, kemudian dijabarkan dan di analisis, Analisis–analisis ini sebagai bahan acuan konsep perencanaan. Desain bangunan memaksimalkan aspek-aspek yakni pencahayaan terutama pada pencahayaan alami, penghawaan pada ruangan, penerapan taman dan ruang luar serta pengorganisasian ruang yang tertata dengan mempertimbangkan kenyamanan pengguna. Bangunan ini mengusung tema Arsitektur Healing Environment yang mengaplikasikan tiga unsur yakni alam, indra dan psikologis berdasarkan fungsi dari Pusat Rehabilitasi Sosial.
