Abstract

This study aims to analyze the language style of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari and its relevance to character education in the modern era. The research employs a qualitative method with a text analysis and case study approach, in which the researcher examines the writings and speeches of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari to identify the values of politeness, empathy, and respect contained within. The results indicate that K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari's language style not only reflects knowledge and exemplary conduct but is also rich in moral values that can serve as a model for the current generation. This research emphasizes the importance of integrating these values into the character education curriculum, utilizing technology and social media as tools to teach students about polite language. Additionally, the challenges of adopting traditional values amidst rapid social development can be addressed by involving teachers as role models and creating a school environment that supports character development. The conclusions of this study suggest that the implementation of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari's values in character education is highly relevant and can contribute to the formation of individuals who are not only intellectually capable but also possess noble character. Thus, character education grounded in the example of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari can help shape a civilized and dignified youth in facing the challenges of the modern world.

Abstract

Learning media plays an important role in the learning process, especially for students with hearing impairments. Choosing the right media can improve understanding, attract interest, and facilitate the delivery of material. In learning to pray for deaf students, relevant media helps convey messages clearly and effectively. This study was conducted to determine how to use image media in learning prayer material for deaf students at SMPLB Asih Mulya Jungcangcang Pamekasan and to determine what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the use of image media in learning prayer material for deaf students at SMPLB Asih Mulya Jungcangcang Pamekasan. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive research type. And to support the discussion based on field facts, the researcher obtained data sources using interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants were PAI teachers, students, parents/relatives and principals. The results of the study indicate that: first, the use of image media in learning prayer material at SMPLB Asih Mulya Jungcancang Pamekasan includes planning by compiling teaching modules and choosing the right methods and media, implementation through observing, asking, trying and associating activities, and evaluation using text and non-text. Second, supporting factors include the suitability of the media to the needs of students, teacher creativity, adequate school facilities, and parental support. The inhibiting factors are the limitations of image media, the lack of mastery of sign language by Islamic Religious Education teachers, and the absence of Wi-Fi in schools which limits access to learning resources on the internet.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Thariqat Shufiyah Pamekasan terhadap pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak dengan menggunakan metode flipped classroom. Metode ini mengubah pola pembelajaran tradisional dengan memberikan materi terlebih dahulu melalui media digital untuk dipelajari secara mandiri sebelum kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Adapun rumusan masalahnya yaitu Bagaimana persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran Aqidah akhlak dengan model Flipped Classroom di MA Kelas II Thariqat Shufiyah Palengaan Pamekasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap penerapan metode flipped classroom. Siswa merasa lebih siap dalam mengikuti pembelajaran di kelas, lebih aktif dalam diskusi, dan lebih memahami materi karena dapat mempelajarinya secara fleksibel sesuai ritme masing-masing. Secara keseluruhan, metode flipped classroom dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak kelas II MA Thariqat Shufiyah Palengaan Pamekasan.

Abstract

Penerapan media digital Smart TV di MTsN 1 Pamekasan menjadi salah satu fasilitas yang sangat membantu proses pembelajaran, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis. Penggunaan Smart TV mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa karena menghadirkan materi pembelajaran secara visual dan interaktif, sehingga siswa lebih mudah memahami materi melalui contoh-contoh yang ditampilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan Smart TV dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII pada pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis di MTsN 1 Pamekasan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis dan McTaggart, yang dilaksanakan selama dua bulan (Oktober–November 2024). Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap observasi dan refleksi, dengan prosedur: 1) pengumpulan data melalui observasi aktivitas pembelajaran; 2) reduksi data dengan memilah informasi yang relevan; 3) penyajian data dalam bentuk narasi deskriptif, tabel, atau grafik; dan 4) refleksi di akhir setiap siklus untuk menilai keberhasilan tindakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam motivasi belajar siswa setelah penggunaan Smart TV sebagai media pembelajaran. Media digital ini terbukti mampu menyajikan materi secara lebih menarik, sehingga siswa menjadi lebih antusias dan aktif. Dengan demikian, penerapan Smart TV sebagai media pembelajaran dapat menjadi alternatif efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, tidak hanya pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis, tetapi juga pada mata pelajaran lain. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan kebijakan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang lebih luas di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

This research is focused on the importance of efforts to strengthen the social competence of lecturers and students in the university environment. More specifically, this study emphasizes the urgency of the principle of religious moderation in enhancing the social competence of lecturers and students, in line with the curriculum policy of independent learning and independent campus (MBKM). As a new paradigm in the world of education, MBKM provides students with the freedom to learn with the aim of creating an inclusive learning environment that is relevant to the needs and demands of the workforce. Through a literature review and qualitative analysis using the Miles Huberman interactive data analysis, which includes three main steps: data condensation, data display, and conclusion/verification, the results indicate that the principles of religious moderation, such as Tawassuth (taking the middle path), Tawāzun (balance), I'tidāl (straightforwardness and firmness), Tasāmuh (tolerance), Musāwah (egalitarianism), and Syurā(consultation), contribute to strengthening the social competence of lecturers and students in implementing the independent curriculum policy. This research provides conceptual insight into creating an inclusive university environment in a diverse society by adopting the principles of moderation. Creating such conditions will make it easier to implement MBKM policy programs.
