Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah salah satu dari kewajiban Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang harus dilaksanakan oleh dosen. Pelaksanaan PKM yang telah selesai dilaksanakan pada kesempatan ini adalah adalah kelanjutan dari Program PKM sebelumnya. Mitra POKDAKAN Ingin Maju telah mendapatkan banyak manfaat dari program PKM universitas Samudra sebelumnya dalam 3 program, yaitu: penerapan sistem kontrol kualitas air berbasis IoT, penerapan alat pembuatan ikan selai, dan penerapan e-commarce penjualan produk. Mitra PKM masih memiliki kekurangan dalam pembukuan untuk strategi keuangan, ini menjadi dasar dari tim PKM Unsam untuk membuat sistem manajemen keuangan berbasis digital serta dapat memberikan rekomendasi terhadap langkah aktifitas produksi, ini menjadi tujuan dari PKM ini. Sistem manajemen keuangan dibuat dengan melibatkan mitra UKM demi menghasilkan sistem yang sesuai kebutuhan UKM dan dapat memberikan terobosan baru yang dapat mendukung terhadap kemajuan UKM. Sistem rekomendasi yang diterapkan berbasis data mining Alhasil sistem ini dapat mempunyai fitur pembukuan pemasukan, pengeluaran, info transaksi, grafik pemasukan, grafik pengeluaran, grafik jumlah transaksi, dan lain-lain. Pada penerapan system selama bulan juli-oktober tercatat total sebanyak 95 tansaksi pembelian dan pengeluaran sebanyak 38 transaksi. Aplikasi manajemen keuangan terbukti dapat memudahkan dan menggantikan sistem pembukuan manual yang selama ini diterapkan dan memenuhi ekspektasi dari mitra POKDAKAN Ingin Maju.

Abstract

Apotek Rakan Medikal merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan obat dan alat medis.  Apotek Rakan Medikal dalam aktifitas kesehariannya khususnya dalam pengelolaan proses penjualan masih menggunakan proses penjualan yang konvensional, pelanggan datang ke apotik membeli secara langsung. Serta melakukan proses pembayaran, sehingga obat yang terjual dan obat yang masuk hanya tercatat di buku besar. Sehingga menyusahkan pihak apotek dalam mendata obat masuk dan obat yang terjual. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut penulis tertarik untuk membuat sebuah sistem informasi penjualan peralatan medis pada apotek Rakan Medikal berbasis web. Tujuan penelitian adalah merancang dan mengaplikasikan sistem informasi penjualan peralatan medis berbasis web. Dan batasan masalah masalah dala penelitian ini adalah mengaplikasikan sistem informasi penjualan peralatan medis pada apotek Rakan Medikal dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Rancangan sistem penjulana online pada Apotek Rakan Medikal yang dihasilkan dapat mengolah data penjualan dengan memanfaatkan form yang telah dibangun seperti form supplier, form barang dan form detil pembelian sehingga menghasilkan laporan penjualan yang lebih cepat, efektif dan efesien.

Abstract

Learning Management System (LMS) is an important supporter of the continuity of the online teaching and learning process and also makes it easier for students to access learning content from anywhere and at any time. Apart from making it easier for students to access learning materials, this LMS also makes it easier for students to access assignments. given by the teacher. Based on an analysis of the situation of several schools in Langsa City, SMA Negeri 4 Langsa City was chosen because it did not have an LMS, therefore the PKM team chose SMA Negeri 4 as the PKM partner for this matter. This activity is carried out by providing training and assistance to operators and school teachers. It is hoped that in the future this LMS can be used by SMA Negeri 4 for the blended learning learning process and become an example of application for other schools in the future.

Abstract

The development of circular cylinders in engineering has been widely utilized, including in pipeline construction, underwater networks, and tube heat exchangers. Previous studies have indicated the presence of drag forces, lift forces, vortex shedding, and vortex-induced vibrations (VIV) that occur when fluid flows past these cylindrical arrangements. Consequently, further research was conducted using numerical simulations aimed at reducing drag forces, lift forces, vortex shedding, and VIV in these circular cylinder configurations. In this study, four in-line square circular cylinders were arranged with a main cylinder diameter (D = 25 mm) and a disturbance body diameter (d = 4 mm), yielding a diameter ratio (d/D) of 0.16. The cylinder arrangement was placed in a narrow channel with a square cross-section measuring (H = 300 mm and L = 1500 mm), resulting in a blockage ratio of 25%, tested at a Reynolds number (Re) of 5.0 × 104 based on the cylinder diameter. Three disturbance bodies (DB) were positioned at angles θ = 0°, 120°, and 240° in front of two upstream cylinders with a gap distance (G/D) of 0.16 relative to the circular cylinder. This numerical simulation research was conducted using 2D UnsteadyRANS with Ansys Fluent 19.1 software, employing structured mesh and turbulence models k-ω-SST and K-Epsilon Standard. The results indicated that the distance between cylinders and the use of disturbance bodies significantly affect the drag coefficient experienced by the four in-line square circular cylinders. The addition of disturbance bodies surrounding the two upstream cylinders at angles of 0º, 120º, and 240º was highly effective in reducing the drag coefficient (CD) on the third cylinder (upper downstream) and the fourth cylinder (lower downstream).

Abstract

The history of stoves reflects significant development, starting from the use of simple hearths to the emergence of kerosene stoves, electric stoves, and gas stoves. In Indonesia, the use of gas stoves continues to rise, especially with the ongoing energy conversion initiatives by the government. However, limited access to gas fuel in remote areas remains a challenge, necessitating efforts to explore alternative fuels. Used cooking oil is a waste product that has the potential to pollute the environment and adversely affect human health; however, it can be utilized as a stove fuel. This study aims to design and test a burner stove that utilizes used cooking oil as fuel. The research method involves quantitative data obtained from burner stove testing. The results indicate that the efficiency of the stove achieved is between 10,03% - 10,41%.

Abstract

The development and application of circular cylinders are extensively used in various fields of engineering. These applications include the construction of offshore support pipelines, subsea pipeline networks, and shell-and-tube heat exchangers. Previous research has consistently shown that drag force, lift force, and vortex shedding occur when fluid flows past these cylinder arrangements. Consequently, further investigations have been conducted through numerical simulations, primarily aiming to mitigate these undesirable phenomena of drag, lift, and vortex shedding within the circular cylinder arrangements. This particular study focuses on four circular cylinders arranged in an in-line square configuration. The main cylinder diameter (D) is 25 mm, while the diameter of the disturbing body (BP) (d) is 4 mm, resulting in a diameter ratio (d/D) of 0.16. This cylinder arrangement was positioned within a narrow square channel with cross-sectional dimensions of H = 300 mm and L = 1500 mm. The setup had a blockage ratio of 25% and was tested at a Reynolds number (Re) of 5.0×104, based on the cylinder diameter. For the study, three variations of Inlet Disturbance Bodies (IDB) were placed at angles of 0o, 90o, and 270o in front of the two upstream cylinders, maintaining a gap ratio (G/D) of 0.16 relative to the circular cylinders. This numerical simulation research was carried out using 2D Unsteady-RANS via Ansys Fluent Student R2021 software. A structured mesh was employed for meshing, and the k-ω-SST model was selected for turbulence modeling. The findings of this research indicate that both the distance (L/D) and the implementation of three IDBs significantly influence the drag coefficient observed on the four circular cylinders arranged in an in-line square formation. Specifically, the addition of three IDBs around the two upstream cylinders at angles of 0o, 90o, and 270o proved to be highly effective in reducing the drag coefficient (CD) on cylinder 3 (downstream top) and cylinder 4 (downstream bottom).

Abstract

Saat ini pengelolaan usaha air bersih dari BUMG Baet Meusago masih menggunakan sistem manual atau konvensional. Sistem konvensional yang terjadi yaitu petugas masih melakukan pengutipan iuran dari rumah ke rumah. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, diperlukan sebuah Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Tagihan Air Berbasis Web. Tujuan penelitian adalah Membangun Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Tagihan Air Pada Desa Baet Meusago Kecamatan Sukamakmur Berbasis Web. Metodologi pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dan pengembangan sistem menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa halaman sebagai informasi publik diantaranya profil BUMG, informasi keuangan BUMG dari pendapatan iuran distribusi air bersih dan informasi pelanggan yang tertunggak pembayaran iuran langganan air bersih. Disamping itu juga dari sisi publik, terdapat beberapa form dan laporan yang dihasilkan yaitu form pelanggan, form iuran, form pemeliharaan, laporan pelanggan, laporan iuran dan laporan pemeliharaan. Keseluruhan sistem telah diimplementasikan berbasiskan web. Dengan sistem ini memberikan kemudahan bagi petugas pengelolaan distribusi air bersih BUMG Gampong Baet Meusago, serta masyrakat Gampong Baet Meusago dalam mengetahui informasi keuangan dan pelanggan yang tertunggak.
