Abstract

This research aims to analyze the distribution of consumptive zakat, productive zakat and food social assistance (BSP) on poverty in Riau Province in 2019-2023. The research used secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Riau Province, the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province, Information Management Officials, the National Zakat Amil Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (PPID BAZNAS RI), and the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) of Riau Province. The analysis method used is panel data regression and uses Eviews 12 software. The panel data used is 2019-2022 data as time series data and zakat and food social assistance (BSP) data in 12 districts/cities in Riau Province as cross section data. In this research, the distribution of consumptive zakat, productive zakat and social food assistance uses rupiah indicator data. The results of this research show that consumptive zakat, productive zakat and social food assistance simultaneously and significantly influence poverty in Riau Province in 2019-2023. The coefficient of determination (adjusted r-squared) is 0.995773, meaning that the independent variable can explain 99% of the dependent variable and the remaining 1% is explained by other variables outside this research. The probability value of the F statistic is 0.0000 <5%, which means that the independent variable simultaneously influences the dependent variable. Partially, consumptive zakat and productive zakat have a negative and significant effect of -0.356910 and -0.135952, food social assistance (BSP) has a positive and significant effect of 0.189355 on poverty in the districts/cities of Riau Province in 2019-2023

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of total production, Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) on labor absorption in the smallholder coconut plantation subsector in Riau Province in 2012-2023. In this research, multiple linear regression techniques were used using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The research results show that the simultaneous test (F test) shows that total production, NTP and GRDP together have a significant influence on labor absorption in the coconut plantation subsector in Riau Province in 2012-2023. Meanwhile, the partial regression test (t test) shows that total production has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption, NTP has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption, and GRDP has a negative and insignificant effect on labor absorption. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of the independent variable on the dependent variable obtained a value of 0.973238. This means that the contribution of the independent variables (total production, NTP and GRDP) to the dependent variable (demand for employment) is 97.32% and the remaining 2.68% is influenced by other variables outside the regression model in this research.

Abstract

Palm sap is produced from male flower bunches that are cut off and tapped. Palm sap tapped by palm farmers is valuable since it generates profit and blessing for farmers. This study aims to determine and analyze the production of palm sap by sugar palm farmers in Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province, which has reached the Optimal Mashlahah. The execution of mashlahah in production activities is laba and blessing. Thus, palm sap producers will be capable of determining the combination of laba and berkah in realizing optimal mashlahah. The non-technical content of blessings is found in resources (inputs), results (outputs), and the production process. The data analysis method used was a quantitative method with descriptive data analysis. The model used was the "Comparative Model Approach" with two forms of production stages, namely the production stage containing 95 percent of sharia elements (optimal mashlahah) and the production stage containing < 95 percent of sharia elements (not optimal mashlahah). The data analysis technique in this research is the descriptive technique. The analysis of the production stages used quantitative analysis by examining aspects of resources (inputs), production processes, and results (outputs). These three aspects were analyzed based on physical attributes such as ownership of sugar palm plants and the beneficial value for palm sap producers.Based on the results of the study, it was found that the production of Palm sap in Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province had not yet reached the Optimal Mashlahah. This conclusion goes in line with the comparative approach, in which it is stated that the stages of palm sap production based on sharia standards was still far lesser than 95 percent, namely (100 - 46.67) = 53.33 percent. The results of this research provide contribution through recommendation and knowledge for palm sap farmers to apply sharia-based production activity as taught in the Qur'an. This study also instills and grows Islamic values through Qur’an recital groups.Keywords: Profit, Optimal Mashlahah Optimal, Palm Sap

Abstract

Secara sosial dan ekonomi Kota Pekanbaru dan Dumai memiliki kesamaan dalam persentase kemiskinan, pengeluaran per kapita, dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Permasalahan terkait zakat adalah apakah jumlah pengumpulan dan pendistribusian zakat di BAZNAS Kota Pekanbaru lebih besar dibandingkan di Kota Dumai. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis non parametrik dengan uji satu sisi Mann-Whitney yang diolah dengan IBM SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pengumpulan zakat, besaran pengumpulan zakat di BAZNAS Kota Pekanbaru lebih besar dibandingkan BAZNAS Kota Dumai. Kemudian, besaran pendistribusian di BAZNAS Kota Pekanbaru lebih besar dibandingkan BAZNAS Kota Dumai. Peneliti juga melakukan wawancara dengan BAZNAS Pekanbaru dan Dumai yang mengungkapkan bahwa masing-masing memiliki kelebihan dalam hal pengumpulan dan pendistribusian zakat. Hasil penelitian dikaitkan dengan variabel makroekonomi yang menghasilkan tingkat kemiskinan di Kota Pekanbaru dan Kota Dumai mempunyai hubungan berbanding terbalik dengan pengumpulan dan penyaluran zakat. Namun tingkat pendapatan per kapita dan jumlah penduduk muslim mempunyai hubungan langsung dengan pengumpulan dan pendistribusian zakat.

Abstract

Kehalalan merupakan sesuatu yang penting bagi setiap muslim, sesuatu yang halal bisa menjadi berkah dan sehat untuk manusia. Kehalalan merupakan pokok utama bagi umat muslim untuk beribadah, agar senantiasa manusia selalu berada dijalan yang benar, disamping itu juga kehalalan tertera dalam Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh label halal terhadap peningkatan pendapatan UMKM kue bawang di Kecamatan Rengat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Rengat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang di dapat langsung oleh peneliti dari 15 responden UMKM kue bawang yang ada di Kecamatan Rengat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah statistik non parametrik dengan Uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pendapatan UMKM kue bawang yang sudah memiliki label halal mengalami peningkatan di bandingkan dengan pendapatan UMKM kue bawang yang berlum memiliki label halal yang pendapatannya lebih rendah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi sate kambing di Kabupaten Pelalawan. Penelitian ini tidak hanya fokus pada faktor-faktor produksi yang memiliki atribut fisik (teknis), tetapi juga nilai yang terkandung didalamnya (non teknis) guna memastikan adanya mutu halal dan thayyib pada sate kambing yang dihasilkan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik snowball sampling yang diperoleh sejumlah 32 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari produsen sate kambing di Kabupaten Pelalawan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuisioner dengan metode wawancara. Data yang diperoleh diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi statistik eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal, bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan pemahaman syariah dari setiap variabel independen yang diteliti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil produksi sate kambing di Kabupaten Pelalawan. Besarnya pengaruh modal, bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan pemahaman syariah dari setiap variabel independen yang diteliti terhadap hasil produksi sate kambing di Kabupaten Pelalawan adalah sebesar 99,11% dan sisanya sebesar 0,89% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
