Abstract

Permasalahan kebugaran jasmani pada lanjut usia akan berhubungan dengan aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh lanjut usia tersebut termasuk dampak dari aktivitas jasmani atau olahraga yang dilakukan secara rutin (teratur dan terukur). Terdapat banyak aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi atau memiliki hubungan dengan kebugaran jasmani lanjut usia seperti jenis kelamin, usia, dan body mass index (BMI). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jenis kelamin, usia, dan body mass index (BMI) dengan kebugaran jasmani lanjut usia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel adalah 37 orang lanjut usia yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian dengan usia 60 tahun ke atas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,012 yang artinya bahwa terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin, usia, dan body mass index (BMI) dengan kebugaran jasmani lanjut usia. Kesimpulannya bahwa beberapa faktor seperti jenis kelamin, rentang usia, dan body mass index (BMI) pada masing-masing lansia akan berhubungan dengan tingkat kebugaran jasmaninya. Sehingga, hal ini dapat dijadikan sebagai rujukan bagi para lansia untuk selalu menjaga kebugaran jasmani dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor tersebut.The problem of physical fitness in the elderly will be related to the activities carried out by the elderly, including the impact of physical activities or sports carried out regularly (regularly and measured). There are many aspects that can affect or have a relationship with elderly physical fitness such as gender, age, and body mass index (BMI). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between sex, age, and body mass index (BMI) with physical fitness of the elderly. The research method used is quantitative research with a correlational design. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling with the number of samples is 37 elderly people who meet the research criteria with the age of 60 years and over. The results of this study indicate the probability value of 0.012 which means that there is a relationship between sex, age, and body mass index (BMI) with physical fitness of the elderly. The conclusion is that several factors such as gender, age range, and body mass index (BMI) in each elderly will be related to the level of physical fitness. So, this can be used as a reference for the elderly to always maintain physical fitness by taking into account these factors

Abstract

The level of motor skills of elementary school students can be influenced by many things such as movement experience, the environment, and facilities for learning so that it also impacts on learning outcomes. This study intends to find out the differences in physical education and sports learning outcomes of floor gymnastic material from elementary school students who have high motor skills. Floor gymnastic learning material is used in two cooperative learning model strategies (Student Teams Achievement Divisions and Jigsaw). The research approach method used was an experiment with a Pre-Experimental design. The students' motor skills were measured using the Johnson Fundamental Skills Test, while the series of floor motion exercises for Grade V Elementary School students were used as research instruments. The results of his study showed that there were differences in physical education learning outcomes and sports materials on floor gymnastics, groups of students with the STAD strategy got better learning outcomes compared to the Jigsaw strategy group. So, it can be concluded that the use of the STAD strategy cooperative learning model for students with high motor skills gives a better influence than Jigsaw's strategy on learning outcomes of physical education and sports learning exercises for floor gymnastics.AbstrakTingkat keterampilan motorik siswa Sekolah Dasar bisa dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal seperti pengalaman gerak, lingkungan, serta fasilitas untuk pembelajaran sehingga berdampak pula terhadap hasil belajarnya. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga materi senam lantai dari siswa Sekolah Dasar yang memiliki keterampilan motorik tinggi. Materi pembelajaran senam lantai digunakan pada dua strategi model pembelajaran kooperatif (student Teams Achievement Divisions dan Jigsaw). Metode Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain Pre-Experimental. Keterampilan motorik siswa diukur menggunakan Johnson Fundamental Skills Test, sedangkan rangkaian gerak senam lantai untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar kelas V digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga materi senam lantai, kelompok siswa dengan strategi STAD mendapatkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok strategi Jigsaw. Sehingga, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif strategi STAD kepada siswa dengan keterampilan motorik tinggi memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik daripada strategi Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga materi pembelajaran senam lantai.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of students sports orientation using Sport Education (SE) on handball season based on the sports orientation subscale within the team roles, and the sports orientation subscale within each team involved. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The participants involved were 48 students who were taken using a purposive sampling technique from one of the sports study programs in Indramayu. The research instrument used the Sport Orientation Questionnaire (SOQ) for students majoring in sports. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The results of the study concluded that the level of sports orientation of students using the handball season SE tends to be in the sufficient category and the sports orientation of students using the handball season SE is based on the sports orientation subscale which is also seen from in the team roles and each team involved is more influenced by goal orientation. In order to carry out further research using SE in individual sports where the underlying sports orientation has not yet been revealed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between arm muscle strength and top serve skills in volleyball games. The method used is the correlation method. The population in this study is members of the sports student activity unit of the volley ball division of Universitas Darul Ma’arif Indramayu. The sample used in this study was 10 female members. The technique used in this sampling uses purposive sampling. The data collection technique used is a test. The instruments in this study used push up tests and upper service skill tests. Data analysis techniques use mean tests, standard deviations, normality tests and hypothesis tests. Based on data analysis, the results showed that there was a relationship between arm muscle strength and upper serve skills in volleyball games with a very strong level of relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the basic skills of the tiger sprong movement in students of SMP PGRI Patrol Indramayu. Performing this movement requires flexibility and high self-confidence, especially for female students, because they often feel weak and hesitate to perform movements that are considered difficult and risky. The tiger sprong movement is similar to the forward roll, with the main difference starting with both feet, jumping, and floating in the air. Executing the basic tiger sprong movement requires students to master the basic techniques of the forward roll. The difference lies in the need to jump and slide when executing the forward roll in the tiger sprong. This study applies a Descriptive approach with Quantitative Methods. Descriptive Approach with Quantitative Methods is a research method that explains the subject's activities through numerical data that serves as information and reference. The subjects in this study included 120 students from SMP PGRI Patrol Indramayu, including students from grades VII, VIII, and IX. By utilizing the quota sampling method, 20 students of grade VIII were selected as samples according to the characteristics or criteria desired by the researcher. The data collection technique in this study used a test, which is an instrument to assess and measure the achievement of predetermined goals. The assessment criteria for tiger sprong include the continuation of the movement from a forward jump with both feet pushing simultaneously, while both arms are directed forward to support the body when "landing" on the mat, followed by a forward roll. The assessment tool used in this study is an instrument that has been tested on students at SMP Negeri 25 Bandar Lampung. Based on the results of data analysis conducted by the researcher, as many as 2 people or 10% are included in the very good category, 4 people or 20% are classified as good, 7 people or 35% are at a sufficient level, and 7 people or 35% are classified as less. From the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be seen that the level of basic tiger sprong movement ability of students at SMP PGRI Patrol Indramayu is included in the sufficient category.

Abstract

The serve can function for the first attack and as a ball feed. While the forehand stroke is done if the ball is on the right side of the body. The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of the level of service stroke and forehand stroke skills in table tennis. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all 28 students of class XI F6 MAN 2 Indramayu, who were also used as samples with a total sampling technique. The instrument used were table tennis bet, table tennis ball and target. The service stroke test was carried out 10 times towards the target, with scores collected from the number of successful serves. The forehand stroke test was carried out for 30 seconds, by counting the number of legitimate ball bounces to the table. Data were analyzed descriptively using SPSS for Windows. The results of this study include in the service stroke, 3 students (11%) were in the very good category, 10 students (36%) were in the good category, 6 students (21%) were in the sufficient category, and 9 (32%) were in the less category. Meanwhile, forehand strokes were 5 students (18%) in the very good category, 11 (39%) in the good category, 9 (32%) in the sufficient category, and 3 (11%) in the less category. The conclusion of this study is that the analysis of the level of service stroke and forehand stroke skills in class XI F6 students of MAN 2 Indramayu is mostly in the good category.   Abstrak Servis dapat berfungsi untuk serangan pertama dan sebagai umpan bola. sedangkan Pukulan forehand dilakukan jika bola berada di sebelah kanan tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui analisis tingkat keterampilan pukulan servis dan pukulan forehand pada permainan tenis meja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI F6 MAN 2 Indramayu yang berjumlah 28 orang, sekaligus dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah bet tenis meja, bola tenis meja dan target. Tes pukulan servis dilakukan sebanyak 10 kali servis ke arah sasaran, dengan skor dikumpulkan dari jumlah servis yang berhasil. Tes pukulan forehand dilakukan selama 30 detik, dengan menghitung jumlah pantulan bola yang sah ke meja. Data dianalisis secara deskriptip mengunakan SPSS for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain pada pukulan servis, 3 siswa (11%) dengan kategori sangat baik, sebanyak 10 siswa (36%) dengan kategori baik, sebanyak 6 siswa (21%) dengan kategori cukup, sebanyak 9 (32%) dengan kategori kurang. Sedangkan pukulan forehand sebanyak 5 siswa (18%) dengan kategori sangat baik, sebanyak 11 (39%) dengan kategori baik, sebanyak 9 (32%) dengan kategori cukup, sebanyak 3 (11%) dengan kategori kurang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah analisis tingkat keterampilan pukulan servis dan pukulan forehand pada siswa kelas XI F6 MAN 2 Indramayu paling besar pada kategori baik.
