Abstract

AbstrakMeningkatnya permintaan beras dalam negeri, membuat pemerintah kewalahan karena pasokan beras dalam negeri tidak bisa memenuhi permintaan. Maka pemerintah mencari solusi dengan menggunakan beras analog sebagai pengganti beras. Salah satu bahan baku non beras yang telah digunakan dalam pembuatan beras analog adalah umbi porang sebagai bahan pembuatan beras porang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh atribut produk (seperti harga, kualitas produk dan kemasan) terhadap niat konsumen membeli beras porang. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 konsumen beras Fukumi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling melalui sosial media blasting (melalui Instagram dan Twitter). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga, kualitas produk dan kemasan berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap minat beli beras porang.Kata kunci : minat beli, harga, kualitas produk, kemasan dan beras porang. AbstarctThe increasing demand for domestic rice, makes government overwhelmed because supply of domestic rice can't fulfill the demand. So the government found a solution by using analog rice instead of rice. One of the non-rice raw materials that has been used in making analog rice is porang tubers as a porang rice. The aims of this research is to examine the effect of product attributes (such as price, product quality and packaging) on consumer intention of purchasing porang rice. The data analysis used multiple linear regression and used the SPSS 21 version as tools. The sample of this research was 100 consumen of Fukumi rice. The technique that being used in sampling was purposive sampling technique through social media blasting (e.g. Instagram and Twitter). The results of this study show that price, product quality and packaging have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on intention of purchasing porang rice.Keywords: purchasing intention, price, quality product, packaging and porang rice.

Abstract

Abstract This research was designed to develop a solar system E-Modul module for 6th grade elementary school students in science subjects. This research uses a 4D model consisting of 4 steps: Define Design, Development, and Dissemination. The subject of this research was 6th grade students of SD Negeri Saruni 1 Pandeglang. The experts conduct validation in the field of materials and media. Product trial is conducted on students. The data from this trial were collected through observation. The data analysis corresponds to the expectations of learning media products assessed through analysis of the average validity. The feasibility of the solar system e-module material in science subjects is 85% with good enough qualifications, and the feasibility of the material in the e-module is 75% with good qualifications. Based on student assessments of e-module learning on solar system material of science subject obtained an average score of 96% with good qualifications. Based on the data, the teaching materials developed have a high level of validity. The overall validity assessment of this research found that this online learning media has a good level of validity, which means that it can be used as students’ teaching material. Keywords: Media Development; e-modul; Solar System

Abstract

Supervisi kepala sekolah sangatlah penting untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervise kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan ekxpo pakto dan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 127 responden guru sekolah tingkat SMP dan MTs di wilayah Kecamatan Cinangka. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP dan MTs di Kecamatan Cinangka yang dilihat dari nilai thitung 7.950 > ttabel 1.674, dan nilai signifikan 0.00 < 0.05 yang menandakan bahwa hipotesis pertama di terima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh supervise kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru

Abstract

The issue of national environmental damage itself is a lively issue discussed starting from damage caused by water, water, soil pollution, climate change or global warming, depletion of natural resources, extinction of biodiversity, deforestation, oceans acidification, abrasion, and so on. One of the factors causing damage to the environment is human action which exploits nature excessively and lacks concern for the environment. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of knowledge about environmental issues and the intentions to act on students ' environmental responsibility behavior. Research researchers used a causal survey method by using a type of quantitative research with path analysis techniques (path analysis). Based on the research results, there is a direct effect of knowledge of issue on the intentions to act with a score of 0.587. Second, there is a direct effect of intention to act on environmentally responsible behavior with a score of 0.735. Third, there is a direct effect of knowledge of issue on the attitude of environmental responsibility with a score of 0.603. Finally, there is an indirect effect of knowledge of issue on environmentally responsible behavior through intention to act with a score of 0.431.
