Abstract

There are many determining factors influence student learning achievement, including self-efficacy and motivation. The aim of this study was to assess the effect of self-efficacy and motivation on biology learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SSHS 1 of Cilegon city, in which the method used was survey using a quantitative-causal approach aided with path analysis. The sample used were 144 students. The results showed that the path coefficient of self-efficacy towards motivation obtained was 0.596, while the motivation for learning outcomes was 0.600, and self-efficacy toward learning outcomes through motivation was 0.358. These mean that there was a direct effect of self-efficacy towards motivation and motivation towards Biology learning outcomes, whereas indirect effect was possessed by self-efficacy towards Biology learning outcomes through motivation. Thus, teachers should give more attention to student’s self-efficacy and motivation to inact learning goals.

Abstract

Abstract

Pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 yang menggunkan metode dalam jaringan (daring) menimbulkan banyak hambatan yang mengakibatkan tidak maksimalnya capaian pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi belajar dan self-efficacy mahasiswa Program Studi D3 Farmasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 120 mahasiswa Akademi Farmasi Al-Ishlah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi belajar dan self-efficacy mahasiswa Program Studi D3 Farmasi.

Abstract

Salah satu syarat bagi mahasiswa lulusan Diploma 3 Farmasi untuk dapat  menjalankan profesinya sebagai tenaga teknis kefarmasian adalah dengan mengikuti ujian kompetensi tenaga teknis kefarmasian (UKTTK). Sertifikat kelulusan ujian kompetensi tenaga teknis kefarmasian (UKTTK) ini akan digunakan untuk mendapatkan surat tanda registrasi yang nantinya akan digunakan dalam dunia kerja. Agar mahasiswa lulus dalam ujian kompetensi tenaga teknis kefarmasian (UKTTK), pihak perguruan tinggi melakukan bimbingan belajar untuk menghadapi ujian kompetensi tenaga teknis kefarmasian (UKTTK). Untuk melihat efektifitas progaram tersebut maka dilakukan evalausi program dengan menggunakan model context, input, process, product (CIPP). Evaluasi program model CIPP sendiri merupakan model evaluasi program merupakan evaluasi yang dilakukan secara menyeluruh dari berbagai aspek atau sudut pandang. Dengan dilakukannya evaluasi program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi umpan balik serta program yang akan dilaksanakan dimasa yang akan datang akan berjalan lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Banyaknya faktor-faktor eksternal yang dapat menggangu kegiatan proses pembelajaran dapat berakibat pada tidak optimalnya kegiatan pendidikan. Melalui pembelajaran pedagogi kritis sebagai sebuah gagasan dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi proses pembelajaran Taman Kanak-kanak dari perspektif pedagogi kritis. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus jenis penelitiannya. Subjek penelitian yaitu seluruh civitas sekolah, terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru dan juga peserta didik TK Al-Fityan School Tangerang yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa TK Al-Fityan School tergolong sebagai sekolah yang menyelenggarakan proses pembelajaran proyek kolaborasi Leadership, Al-Qur’an, Science Innovation and Character (PROLASIC) yang memiliki kesesuaian proses pembelajaran dari perspektif pedagogi kritis. Setiap peserta didik dapat memilih apa yang akan dipelajari dan bagaimana cara peserta didik belajar.

Abstract

Saat ini telah banyak terjadi kerusakan lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh ekpolitasi sumber daya alam yang berlebihan oleh manusia. Lingkungan hidup erat kaitannya dengan manusia, hewan, tumbuhan, dan berbagai jenis makhluk hidup lainnya. Manusia dan makhluk hidup lainnya memiliki ketergantungan terhadap lingkungan melalui proses dan interkasi kehidupan dan saling membutuhkan satu sama lain. Meski demikian, masih terdapat kelompok warga yang berada di daerah yang masih menjaga lingkungan melalui kearifan lokal yang terus dipertahankan hingga saat ini. Salah satunya kelompok warga yang terdapat di Desa Ciwarna Kecamatan Mancak Kabupaten Serang, Banten yang mana lokasinya berdekatan dengan aliran sungai di kawasan Cagar Alam Rawa Danau (CARD). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bulakan, Kecamatan Mancak, Kabupaten Serang, Banten. Tahapan pada penelitian dimulai dari persiapan, studi pendahuluan, wawancara, observasi, pengolahan dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kearifan lokal memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap kelestarian sumber air, flora dan fauna di kawasan Cagar Alam Rawa Danau. Aliran air di kawasan Cagar Alam Rawa Danau sangat terjaga kualitasnya, begitupun dengan flora dan faunanya. Kearifan lokal tersebut diharapkan mampu menyadarkan warga yang lain dan disekitarnya bahwa pentingnya menjaga lingkungan.

Abstract

Based on the results of previous research, butterfly pea flower kombucha has been proven that apart from being able to be used as a probiotic drink to enhance the immune system, it can be used as an active ingredient in medicines and cosmetics, a raw material for organic liquid fertilizer, and also in formulations and spray preparations designed to inhibit the growth of pathogenic fungi that cause wilt. concave, and brownish on the stems of horticultural commodity plants. This research aims to make a fermented solution of butterfly pea flower kombucha as a formulation and spray preparation designed as an antifungal for Fusarium solani. The Fusarium solani antifungal test of each formulation and the telang flower kombucha spray preparation was carried out using disc diffusion. One-way ANOVA and post hoc analysis are the statistical analyzes used in this research. Based on the one-way ANOVA test with a p value of <0.05 each, followed by post hoc analysis, it was proven that butterfly pea flower kombucha at a sugar concentration of 40% was significantly different as an antifungal for Fusarium solani compared to 20% and 30%. The conclusion in this study is that a sugar concentration of 40% in this study is the best treatment as an antifungal for Fusarium solani, so that apart from being used as a probiotic drink, butterfly pea flower kombucha in this study has the potential to be used as an antifungal for Fusarium solani.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the effect of change leadership on teacher’s performance through job satisfaction on the performance of Junior High School (SMP) teachers in Cilegon City. The method was ex post facto and uses a questionnaire and research data analysis using path analysis to understand the causal relationship between variables in a model. The results of the study indicate that change leadership has an indirect effect on teacher’s performance through job satisfaction. The results of this study present novelty by exploring the role of job satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between change leadership and teacher’s performance. The findings of this study offer new insights into the importance of job satisfaction in strengthening the positive effects of change leadership on teacher’s performance.

Abstract

Based on data from the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in the Living Planet Report 2022, it was reported that the biodiversity population experienced an average decline of 69% between 1970 and 2018. Therefore, instilling conservation values ​​and biodiversity literacy is critical from an early age to foster knowledge about the environment. This study aims to develop a biodiversity-based Biology E-Module at CARD to improve the biodiversity literacy of high school students. This research method uses a type of development research using the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model stage begins with 1) needs analysis. 2) Design of product specifications and frameworks. 3) development of product design. 4) Implementation of products in the field. 5) evaluate the product and make improvements if necessary. The results of the media and material experts' assessment show that the biology e-module is very feasible. The study results show the average value of students' biodiversity literacy knowledge before and after using this e-module. The average posttest score of 84 is greater than the average pretest score of 70.8 in the ability to understand biodiversity literacy, and based on this, the Biodiversity-Based Biology e-module in the Rawa Danau Nature Reserve effectively increases students' biodiversity literacy.

Abstract

The issue of national environmental damage itself is a lively issue discussed starting from damage caused by water, water, soil pollution, climate change or global warming, depletion of natural resources, extinction of biodiversity, deforestation, oceans acidification, abrasion, and so on. One of the factors causing damage to the environment is human action which exploits nature excessively and lacks concern for the environment. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of knowledge about environmental issues and the intentions to act on students ' environmental responsibility behavior. Research researchers used a causal survey method by using a type of quantitative research with path analysis techniques (path analysis). Based on the research results, there is a direct effect of knowledge of issue on the intentions to act with a score of 0.587. Second, there is a direct effect of intention to act on environmentally responsible behavior with a score of 0.735. Third, there is a direct effect of knowledge of issue on the attitude of environmental responsibility with a score of 0.603. Finally, there is an indirect effect of knowledge of issue on environmentally responsible behavior through intention to act with a score of 0.431.
