Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine the effect transformational leadership, personality and job performance administration employeeUniversity of Indonesian Teachers Union of Palembang (PGRI). This research try answer problems about job performance involving of 144 administration employee had been selected from the target population of 223 employee by using quantitative approach with path analysis methods. The reseach of conclude show (1) transformational leadership had a direct effect positif on job performance; (2) Personality had a direct effect positif. Therefore to improve the job performance administration employee PGRI University of Palembang. Keywords:Transformational Leadership, Personality, Job Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand comprehensively on the implementation of corporate success as a tool for the business world for formulating company policies that are very useful in the field of human resource management, by applying variables that have a large influence consisting of succession management and performance employee. The sample that was studies was 365 employees from the total population of the population of all PT Pisma Group employees which was divided into 5 subsidiaries as many as 4,204 employees were carried out in three company locations: Semarang, Pekalongan and Surabaya, using the questionnaire method in testing the data generated is valid and reliable. Data analysis techniques use quantitative methods with path analysis methods. This study concludes that corporate success is directly related to the existence of succession management and employee performance. Succession management requires that employee performance against the company be clear and measurable and cannot stand alone. Employee performance appraisal must be consistent and integrated with well-agreed succession management, so that the company is able to get reliable and prospective professional company leaders are able to support the company in the future to be very competitive, to the desired company success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap layanan administrasi akademik di Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan (Prodi MP) S1, dan aspek-aspek apa yang memiliki tanggapan paling baik dan aspek-aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan dari para pengelola.Metode penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FIP UNJ). Sumber data yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa MP S1, Tata Usaha, dan sumber dokumen berupa Pedoman Akademik FIP UNJ Tahun 2016. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pemaknaan melalui tahapan: data collection, data reduction, data display, dan data verifikasi. Temuan penelitian pada aspek layananan administrasi akademik di Prodi MP S1 pada umumnya mahasiswa menyatakan cukup baik. Pada aspek pembelajaran oleh Dosen di kelas umumnya terkategori baik. Harapan terhadap layanan administratif dan akademik mengisyaratkan bahwa masih banyak aspek yang perlu diperbaiki dan perlu mendapatkan pengawasan yang jelas serta pemeliharaan yang terkontrol secara kontinu. Aspek yang memiliki tanggapan paling baik adalah aspek kepribadian, komunikasi, penguasaan terhadap materi perkuliahan, rencana perkuliahan dan strategi pembelajaran. Sedangkan Aspek yang masih perlu ditingkatkan adalah masalah wifi (hotspot) dan ketersediaan sarana pembelajaran di kelas maupun di Perpustakaan.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe stocktaking of best practices in educational management at school level. The research is conducted at Goverment Junior High School I (SMP Negeri) in Southern Tambun in the school year of 2004/2005. The most important finding in the government junior high school is that the school is able to empower the role of parents and society optimally particularly in providing fund to gain the best achievement. The success of education provision by empowering the role of parent and society optimally can be predicted if there is no wrong decision taken by the leaders. The decision is effective if all human factors as supervisors of all activities get strategic positions. To appoint human resources in the strategic position will produce strategic programs which will give a larger opportunity for success. The research finding can have implication on the efforts in sustaining the trust of parents and society around the school, so that the schools can have better quality at national level.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of healthy school culture at SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with a single case study design (explanatory). Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this research is that the principal does planning with weekly, monthly, and annual work meetings. The education work meeting which is held annually is attended by all section heads, school principals, and secretariats as well as coordinators. Furthermore, the principal selects several teachers to be assigned to the healthy school culture team once a year. The implementation of healthy school culture is carried out by delivering, inculcating, and practicing a healthy school culture through all subjects, programmed activities, habituation, and supporting activities to all school members. After the activity is carried out, the last step is to observe or monitor activities carried out by the teacher and focus on checking the suitability between plans and work instructions with the implementation of a healthy culture education program plan in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and mean descriptively the implementation of strategic management of educational programs and the training of mental revolution policies. Data collection methods that are owned are through observation, interviews, field notes and documents that can be accounted for. Data analysis method is carried out data analysis techniques obtained through the type of research both through secondary data and primary data, then analyzed descriptively and conclusively concluded. Data analysis includes testing, grouping and testing or collecting data / evidence to draw research results in the form of descriptions written in narratives to complete the overall picture. The results of the study found in this study are mental revolution education and training have a strategic, practical, and massive management system to improve the way of thinking, ways of working and ways of life for Praja Pioneers of the Mental Revolution (PPRM), the Pioneer of the Mental Revolution (KPRM) and the Revolutionary Mental Revolutionary Apparatus (APRM). The findings of this study are the implementation of education and mental revolution training there are two educational processes in it, namely formal education and informal education. The goal is the value of the mental revolution can change the character and character or mental of the apparatus and also understand strategic management (Planning, Implementation and Monitoring / Evaluation).

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui secara mendalam tentang nilai-nilai karakter, pengimplementasian, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan dan menghambat pendidikan karakter.di MAN 4 Jakarta. Penelitian di MAN 4 Jakarta ini dilakukan selama 12 bulan sejak bulan Juli 2018 sampai dengan bulan Juni 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka di MAN 4 Jakarta diterapkan secara bertahap dengan memperkenalkan nilai-nilai dasar etika dan akhlaq mulia seperti nilai religius, disiplin, mandiri, kreatif, ramah, peduli lingkungan, tanggung jawab, sopan dan jujur. Faktor yang mendukung implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yaitu guru, kepala sekolah, siswa, dan orang tua, serta fasilitas yang memadai. Faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter terkait dengan waktu pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dan dukungan dari orang tua. Cara mengatasi kendala tersebut dengan melakukan komunikasi yang baik kepada orangtua, melibatkan semua guru, melakukan evaluasi secara rutin dan menetapkan sanksi yang lebih tegas terhadap peserta didik yang tidak menerapkan pendidikan karakter. Kata kunci : implementasi, pendidikan karakter, ekstrakurikuler, pramuka Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out in depth about character values, implementation, and factors that influence the success and inhibit character education in MAN 4 Jakarta. The research at MAN 4 Jakarta was conducted for 12 months from July 2018 to June 2019. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results showed that character education in Boy Scout extracurricular activities at MAN 4 Jakarta was implemented in stages by introducing basic ethical and noble values ​​such as religious, disciplined, independent, creative, friendly, environmentally responsible, responsible, polite and honest. Factors that support the implementation of character education in extracurricular activities are teachers, principals, students, and parents, as well as adequate facilities. Factors that become obstacles in the implementation of character education are related to the time extracurricular implementation of scouts and support from parents. How to overcome these obstacles by making good communication to parents, involving all teachers, conducting routine evaluations and setting stricter sanctions on students who do not implement character education.
