Abstract

Cooperatives are business entities that support the country's economy with the principle of kinship and prioritize common interests and mutual cooperation in general and can advance the prosperity of its members in particular. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital and total assets on the acquisition of the remaining proceeds of the Ngadirejo Women's Puspita Kencana Cooperative in Kediri City. The object of the research used was the Ngadirejo Women's Puspita Kencana Cooperative in Kediri City, 2013-2017. The sample used in this study is the last 5 years of financial report data so that the data taken is 60 data. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the classic assumption test first, coefficient of determination, F test and t test with SPSS tools (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The results of the research based on the F test show that capital (X1) and total assets (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the acquisition of operating income (Y).

Abstract

The Research aims to identify the effect of work stress, work motivation, Work Environment on the perfomance of police officers of sectoral Tulungagung district Police Station . The research population in this study were members of the police from portion of the population used respondents namely 36 police officer. The data collection techniques used is questionnaire. The research uses multiple liniear regression. F test and t test for statistical analysis. The result of this research show that work motivation, job stress, work enviroment influence the police perfomance. The results showed that there was a significant effect between work stres, work motivation and work environment on employee performance with a significant value = 0,000. Calculation of regression coefficient of work motivation indicator (X2) has the highest t test value of 5,337 on employee performance. With this the work motivation (X2) has the greatest influence compared to other indicators.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether inflation, financial performance and exchange rates affect stock prices in mining sector companies registered in the Indonesian Capital Market, the oil and gas sub-sector. The population in this study is a report on inflation, CR, ROA, exchange rates and stock prices for the period 2013-2017, the population of this study is 2 companies and there are data samples of 40 monthly 3-period observations. The analysis technique uses the classic assumption test, multiple regression test, t test, F test and determinant coefficient test. Partially the inflation results do not have a partial effect on stock prices, cr has a partial effect on stock prices, roa has no partial effect on stock prices, exchange rates does not have a partial effect on stock prices. Then inflation, cr, roa and exchange rates have a simultaneous effect on stock prices. Furthermore, the R2 results of this study amounted to 0.357 or 35.7% which could influence stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital and liquidity turnover on profitability at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Period 2010-2017. The data used is secondary data. Data collection uses documentation and literature study techniques. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The population in this study are all financial statements issued by PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. in the period 2010-2017, the data were 32 quarterly period observations. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression tests, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and F test. The results of this study obtained a regression equation ROA = 4,309 - 5,770 WCT + 17,038 CR. Partially the results of working capital turnover have a negative effect that has a significant effect on profitability, while liquidity has a positive effect on profitability. Working capital turnover (X1) and liquidity (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on profitability at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Period 2010-2017.

Abstract

5 Dimensi Kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari wujud, kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan dan empati merupakan hal yang sangat penting sekali karena berhubungan secara langsung dengan konsumen atau pelanggan. Dalam rangka memelihara pelanggan salah satunya yang ditempuh oleh perusahaan adalah menggunakan 5 dmensi kualitas pelayanan agar pelanggan merasa puas dan pada akhirnya tdk mau berpindah ke produk perusahaan lain. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah beberapa uji prasyarat dan regresi berganda. Dari hasil uji regresi berganda mendapatkan hasil sebagai berikut : y= -1,249 + 0,269x1 + 0,283x2 + 0,145x3 + 0,171x4+(-0,019)x5. Dari hasil analisis tersebut variable x2 yaitu kehandalan merupakan variable yang paling dominan dibanding variable lainnya. Dari hasil analisis R square mendapatkan nilai yang sangat layak sebesar 0,809 atau 80,9 % artinya variable x yaitu yang terdiri dari wujud, kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan dan empati mampu mempengaruhi variable y, yaitu kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 80,9% dan sisanya 19,1% variabel diluar yang tidak diteliti mampu mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Dari hasil analisis ini Joglo batik seminar kediri harus mampu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of influencer marketing, brand image, and taste on purchasing decisions at Sate Bu Jumangin Kediri. The method used in this study is quantitative. The sample was obtained using the purposive sampling technique, with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (r2), t-test, and F-test. The results of the study indicate that influencer marketing significantly influences purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.0004 < 0.05. Brand image has an effect but is not significant on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.203 > 0.05. Taste has an effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. All three variables show significant effects on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of government policies and service quality on the competitive advantage of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the mediation role of product innovation in Kediri City. The study used a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 85 MSME actors who are members of the Indonesian Conveyance Entrepreneurs Association (IPHI) DPC Kediri City. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method to test the relationships among variables in the research model. The study's results indicate that product innovation plays an important role in building MSMEs' competitive advantage. Government policies and service quality affect product innovation, but neither shows a significant direct effect on competitive advantage. Product innovation has been shown to mediate the relationship between service quality and competitive advantage, whereas the mediation role in the relationship between government policies and competitive advantage remains limited. These findings indicate that product innovation is a strategic element that needs to be strengthened to enhance MSME competitiveness. Therefore, policy support and improving service quality need to be directed to encourage the creation of relevant and sustainable innovations in the MSME sector.

Abstract

Riset tentang Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, dan Ancaman, yang dimilki dan dialami oleh perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam mengetahui kondisi perusahaan yang sebenarnya. Atas dasar inilah peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana BRI Unit Pasar Pahing Kediri melakukan kegiatan pemasarannya (Sales Strategy-nya). Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan para Stakeholder dalam memutuskan suatu kebijakan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Hasil Analisa SWOT menunjukkan, kekuatan perusahaan berada pada Kuadran II (disarankan diversifikasi strategi). Melalui analisa SPSS dihasilkan, Sales Strategy berpengaruh signifikan pada peningkatan jumlah nasabah sebesar R = 0.732 atau 73.2%.
