Abstract

This research explains the influence of location, taste and price on purchasing decisions at Sate Pak Eko Satak, Puncu Kediri District. The method in this research is the quantitative method and the technical analysis used is validity test, reliability test, correlation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial test), f test (simultaneous test), and R2 coefficient of determination test. The population in this study was 100 respondents. The sample collection technique in this research used incidental sampling (a technique for determining samples based on chance) and the number of samples used was 100 respondents. In this research, the results showed that location had no partial and significant influence on purchasing decisions, taste had a partial and significant influence on purchasing decisions, and price had a partial and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, location, taste and price together have a big relationship to purchasing decisions, and location, taste and price have a simultaneous and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of service quality and product excellence on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Gurah Kediri Work Unit partially and simultaneously in January-May 2020. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal approach with the research population, namely all customers with a total of approximately 200 customers each month who make loans at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Gurah Work Unit. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires and surveys of research objects. Based on the research, it shows that there is a significant effect partially and simultaneously between service quality and product excellence on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Gurah Kediri Work Unit. This is indicated by the service quality variable with the test results obtained t count 3,871, and product superiority 4,490 <t table 1,662, the F value count 20,138, the value> F table 3,098 and the significance value <significant level that is 0,000 <0.05, then the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital and liquidity turnover on profitability at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Period 2010-2017. The data used is secondary data. Data collection uses documentation and literature study techniques. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The population in this study are all financial statements issued by PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. in the period 2010-2017, the data were 32 quarterly period observations. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression tests, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and F test. The results of this study obtained a regression equation ROA = 4,309 - 5,770 WCT + 17,038 CR. Partially the results of working capital turnover have a negative effect that has a significant effect on profitability, while liquidity has a positive effect on profitability. Working capital turnover (X1) and liquidity (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on profitability at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Period 2010-2017.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap citra merek pada industri ritel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan library research, di mana berbagai literatur yang relevan tentang CSR dan citra merek dianalisis secara mendalam. CSR diakui sebagai salah satu strategi penting dalam meningkatkan citra merek, terutama dalam industri ritel yang sangat bergantung pada kepercayaan dan loyalitas konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program CSR yang efektif mampu memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap persepsi konsumen terhadap merek, meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, serta memperkuat loyalitas jangka panjang. Program-program CSR yang fokus pada isu-isu sosial dan lingkungan tidak hanya meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan, tetapi juga memberikan nilai tambah pada merek di mata konsumen yang semakin peduli terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Dalam industri ritel, di mana persaingan semakin ketat, citra merek yang positif menjadi salah satu faktor kunci yang membedakan suatu perusahaan dari pesaingnya. Studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya pengelolaan CSR yang strategis dalam membangun dan mempertahankan citra merek yang berkelanjutan di industri ritel. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memahami dampak spesifik program CSR tertentu pada aspek-aspek lain dari kinerja merek dan perilaku konsumen

Abstract

Batik businesses in Indonesia show quite tight competition, including batik businesses in Kediri. This condition creates business opportunities in increasing competitive advantage in the same product but has more value that can increase competitive advantage in business. Rumah Batik Lochatara Business is committed to continuing to raise the cultural values ​​and natural wealth in Kediri through its unique motifs. This study aims to analyze differentiation and innovation strategies to increase competitive advantage in business at Rumah Batik Lochatara Kediri. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis using Porter's value chain model to identify competitive advantages. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and related documentation. The results of the study show that the differentiation strategy of Lochatara batik can be seen from two dimensions of differentiation, namely personnel and image. And from the marketing innovation side. These two strategies are obtained from competitive advantages. Differentiation strategy by optimizing HR competencies and strengthening the image towards the international market. Product innovation is increasingly diverse, as well as the expansion of marketing and improvement of marketing technology used.

Abstract

The influence of profitability here uses two ratio indicators: Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Meanwhile, the researcher used two ratio indicators to influence liquidity: the Current Ratio (CR) and the Quick Ratio (QR). This study also used a moderating variable, Earnings Per Share (EPS). The research took place at PT Astra International, Tbk. Astra is one of the largest public companies in Indonesia with over 200 subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associated entities, and over 200,000 employees. The company's diversified business model creates synergies and opportunities across all industry sectors, including: Automotive. Astra's automotive business includes four-wheeled vehicles, two-wheeled vehicles, components, and other automotive-related products and services, as well as financial services. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Based on the criteria used, the sample in this study is the quarterly financial report of PT Astra Internasional, Tbk for the period 2016 - 2023 or for 8 years totaling 32 samples which include data on financial ratios using profitability ratios with 2 ratio indicators, namely: Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE). As well as liquidity ratios with 2 indicators, namely: Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (Quick Ratio) using Earning Per Share (EPS) as a Moderating variable on Stock Prices. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the results of the analysis show that only Liquidity (X2) has a negative and statistically significant effect with a medium effect size on Y. Meanwhile, Profitability (X1) and Z do not have a significant direct effect, and the moderating effect of Z is also insignificant. This model has limited explanatory power for variable Y.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam kegiatan pemasaran menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi para pelaku usaha untuk mencapai efisiensi dan kinerja bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Strategi pemasaran maupun promosi produk kain tenun ikat Bandar Kota Kediri dinilai kurang sesuai dengan era digital,dan masyarakat pengetahuan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh paguyuban diantaranya : banyak pelanggan yang belum mengetahui informasi tentang keunggulan produk, tidak mengenal merek produk yang ditawarkan, kurangnya minat beli konsumen terhadap produk, dan masih terbatasnya jangkauan pemasaran produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem e-commerce menggunakan Prestashop dan implementasinya untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital komunitas tenun ikat Bandar ikat Kota Kediri. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi dan wawancara. Analisis perancangan dan implementasi sistem menggunakan pendekatan sedikit demi sedikit (efisiensi, informasi, ekonomi, pengendalian, efisiensi, keamanan). Hasill penelitian ini berupa desain sistem e-commerce yang telah dimanfaatkan oleh paguyuban sebagai sarana promosi dan penjualan. Para informan yang terdiri dari 4 pakar (ahli) dan 2 anggota paguyuban maupun konsumen telah melakukan penilaian bahwa sistem e-commerce yang dirancang menggunakan PrestaShop efektif dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem pemasaran digital yang efektif bagi pelaku UMKM tenun ikat Bandar Kota Kediri.
