Abstract

Perkembangan desa Plesungan dalam hal kepariwisataan, seni, dan budaya mendorong peningkatan sarana prasarana, pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia, dan explorasi sumber daya alam. Bidang kepariwisataan berupa sendang plesungan berkembang dengan baik seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah pengunjung sehingga meningkatkan income bagi desa plesungan. Dalam bidang seni dan budaya, beragamnya pertunjukan seni, berupa festifal sendang plesungan, padepokan lemah putih, reog, dan studio plesungan merupakan bentuk pelestarian dan pengembangan seni dan budaya lokal dan wujud regenerasi bagi generasi muda setempat. Peningkatan sarana dan prasarana penunjang kepariwisataan, seni dan budaya desa Plesungan bermanfaat untuk melestarikan eksistensi potensi lokal dan meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan lokal dan meluas ke wisatawan mancanegara. Eksplorasi sumber daya alam untuk memperluas area kepariwisataan merupakan hal yang penting untuk mengembangkan potensi desa yang bermuara pada pemanfaatan secara optimal sumber daya alam untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Plesungan.Peranan sumber daya manusia dalam pengembangan potensi desa Plesungan tidak terlepas dari kegiatan yang bersifat kreatif, inovatif, dan memiliki nilai promotif. Penggunaan bahasa yang santun, sopan, dan menggunakan tata nilai yang baik merupakan aktifitas yang bernilai promotif untuk meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung di desa Plesungan. Kecakapan berbahasa daerah dan bahasa Indonesia menunjukkan sikap cinta tanah air dan melestarikan budaya lokal, namun ketrampilan berbahasa mancanegara, khususnya bahasa Inggris juga merupakan hal yang perlu diwujudkan untuk menarik kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara. Mewujudkan sumber daya manusia yang cakap dan terampil dalam berbahasa Inggris memerlukan langkah-langkah konkret, diantaranya adalah analisa kebutuhan bahasa Inggris untuk mengidentifikasi ragam bahasa Inggris yang diperlukan untuk menunjang kepariwisataan desa Plesungan. Respon positif dari masyarakat tentang kebutuhan bahasa Inggris wisatawan mancanegara perlu ditingkatkan sebagai upaya memfasilitasi kunjungan mereka.Hasil pengabdian ini adalah (1) diperolehnya ragam bahasa Inggris yang diperlukan bagi pelaku usaha wisata desa Plesungan, yaitu Pengenalan diri (Introducing myself); bertanya dan memberikan informasi (asking and giving information); menawarkan produk/cinderamata khas desa (offering local souvenirs), memberikan saran (giving suggestion); dan mengundang (invitation); (2) profil warga Plesungan bahwa 75% warga termasuk kategori usia produktif sehingga diharapkan dapat mengembangkan potensi kepariwisataan dan seni budaya lokal; dan (3) optimalisasi promosi desa berbasis digital melalui media sosial diperlukan baik dalam bentuk bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

The use of You-Tube and Instagram as Social Media is to inform the existence of Society. So, the role of society is to empower its potency and design content to promote the potency in order to be uploaded in those platforms. Community service program facilitates college students, as a part of society, to empower them and other members of society and create content based on its empowerment. The aim of the study is to describe the college students’ activities during their teaching on five programs (teaching English, Digital Content, Souvenirs, Local Culinary, and Healthy Lifestyle) in community service program as the content that would be uploaded in You-Tube and Instagram to promote Plesungan village. The subjects of the study are teenagers and mommies living at Plesungan village. The setting of the research is at Plesungan village, Karanganyar, Central Java, Indonesia. The research was carried out from 23 July 2020 up to 31 August 2020. The techniques in collecting the data are questionnaires, documentation (video recording and photograph), and observation. The technique analyzing the data used interactive analysis that contains data display, data reduction, and conclusion. Research findings show that the implementation of five training programs is successful viewed from the villagers’ participation and creativity, also the documentation in terms of videos and photos have been uploaded in The Instagram and You-Tube (the links attached).

Abstract

The study aims to investigate the readiness of Community-based Tourism (CBT) in the COVID-19 crisis facing digitalization. The method of the study is a descriptive study. The research subjects are 15 villagers participating in the Dayu tourism village. They are the villagers' representatives who work in tourism during the pandemic and based on permission from the Head of the Village. The research setting is at Dayu tourism village, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar, Central Java. The study was done in September 2021. The data were taken through observation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed through data display, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are (a) less than 30% of the villagers use the Internet, E-mail, Facebook, Instagram, Affiliate Marketing, What's App, Social Media, and Instagram to promote their products and skills; (b) most of them upload their products and skills in the form of a photograph, and less than 50% of them use songs, written form, and videos; (c) Less than 25% of them upload their owned content and their friends' content to social media; (d) there were less than 50% of them who were able to create videos, written form, and movement; and to choose themes Economic, fashion, religion, short movie about local community, promotion, education, social, culture, and arts as their social media content.   Keywords: Community based Tourism, Digitalization, Post-COVID crisis, Social Media.

Abstract

Radicalism constitutes a global phenomenon manifesting in numerous countries, with Indonesia serving as a notable example. In the reform era, the advent of a free press gave voice to a plethora of Islamic community groups, including those of a radical disposition. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive review of the form and implementation of radicalism in post-New Order Indonesia, with a focus on its impact on social and religious behavior. The research method employed is descriptive research-based qualitative research, utilizing a social science approach through the lens of social construction theory, in conjunction with religious values. The results indicate that the proliferation of radicalism is attributable to a deficiency in comprehension of the principles of the five principles of the Indonesian constitution (Pancasila) and the concept of religious diversity, leading to assertions of truth and exclusivism in religion (rigidity in thinking and religion). Consequently, the concept of renewal (ijtihad) emerges as a necessity, necessitating the interpretation of religious and social contexts to adjust Indonesian culture, thereby ensuring the preservation of its legacy of moderation in religion. Abstract

Pendidikan Islam formalistic belum cukup untuk mencerdaskan umat dari segi spiritualitas dan mentalitas. Pendidikan yang parsial melahirkan problematika kehidupan yang baru. Problematika umat bagaikan benang kusut tidak akan dapat dipecahkan jika sebatas mengandalkan ijtihad. Akan tetapi membutuhkan petunjuk dan pandangan secara ruhani. Bimbingan Jibril kepada Nabi Saw, pada umumnya berbentuk ruhani. Sehingga tarbiyah rūhiyah, menjadi model bimbingan yang paling esensi dalam menghantarkan umat kepada substansi ajaran Islam. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan data kepustakaan. Dalam Beberapa tafsir al-Qur`an terdapat kisah bimbingan rūhaniah Nabi Ya`qub kepada anaknya Yusuf ketika di goda oleh Zulaikha. Demikian dalam atsar dijelaskan bimbingan rūhaniah Umar bin Khattab kepada pasukannya, dan bimbingan rūhaniah Nabi Saw kepada Utsman bin’Affan ketika ia dikhianati. Bimbingan rūhaniah Nabi Saw, telah dirasakan pula oleh seorang pembesar Tab’in, Uwais al-Qarni. Dalam sejarahnya ia tidak pernah dibimbing oleh Nabi Saw, secara lahirah akan tetapi meraih maqam kewalian yang tinggi. Demikian pula bimbingan rūhaniah Nabi Saw kepada para Mursyid hakiki dalam menerima tugas, petunjuk dan wirid. Tuliasan ini diharapkan dapat memperkenalkan konsep tarbiyah yang komprehensif dalam Islam, karena bimbingan rūhaniah tidak dibatasi ruang dan waktu.

Abstract

Ada tiga elemen penting pendidikan yang tertuang dalam definisi “Educationis a process of instilling something into human beings” yang dipropos oleh al-Attas:pertama prosespenanaman (processofinstilling), kedua konten pendidikan (something), dan ketiga penerima (humanbeings): proses penanaman konten pendidikan kepadaterdidik). Proses merujuk kepada metode yang digunakan dalam menanamkan konten pendidikan yang tak lainadalah ilmu dan adab, sedang penerima merujuk kepada terdidik. Penelitianini mengekspos konsepsi integrasi adab dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islamyang dipropos oleh al-Attas. Menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian inimenemukan (1) ilmu pengetahuan tidak bersifat netral, melainkan penuhdengan nilai, oleh karenanya (2) islami-sasi ilmu pengetahuan merupakankeniscayaan, sehingga ilmu pengetahuan terbebas dari muatan-muatan yangtidak islami.

Abstract

This research aimed to improve in service training student’s competence in comprehending learning material by applying Project Based Learning (PjBL). This research was a classroom action research which conducted in two cycles. In each cycle there were planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The subject of the research were 66 students of in service training of PPG FKIP Unisri. Questionaire, observation and interview were employed to collect both qualitative, that there was then being analyzed using constant comparative methods. Based on the data analysis, it can be found that there was significance improvement in applying PjBL to overcome lower competence in understanding learning materials that most of the students understand micro and macro reading skills that comprises words, special terms, sentences, paragraphs, and content in a text. It can be concluded that employing micro and macro reading skills help students to achieve good understanding in reading reading comprehension.
