Abstract

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence Article 1 defines domestic violence (KDRT) as: "Any action directed at women who in this case are victims, which will have an impact on misery or suffering physically. physical, sexual or psychological. In Aceh Qanun Number 10 of 2008 concerning Traditional Institutions, one of the functions of which is to solve social problems, including domestic violence. Customs are part of social institutions that function as institutions that are able to solve various problems that arise in society. The formulation that can be determined based on the background above is what are the factors that cause domestic violence and what is the role of Acehnese traditional institutions in resolving domestic violence in Lhokseumawe City. The purpose of this study was to analyze and provide knowledge about the role of traditional institutions in resolving domestic violence in Lhokseumawe City and to find out the procedures for implementation by Acehnese traditional institutions in resolving domestic violence in Lhokseumawe City. This type of research is empirical research with a qualitative approach, namely by conducting interviews or field studies to traditional institutions in the city of Lhokseumawe and literature studies.Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga Pasal 1 mendefinisikan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) sebagai: “Setiap perbuatan yang ditujukan kepada perempuan yang dalam hal ini menjadi korban, yang akan berdampak pada kesengsaraan atau penderitaan secara fisik, seksual atau psikologis Dalam Qanun Aceh Nomor 10 Tahun 2008 tentang Lembaga Adat, salah satu peranannya adalah untuk menyelesaikan masalah sosial, termasuk kekerasan dalam rumah tangga.Adat adalah bagian dari lembaga sosial yang berfungsi sebagai lembaga yang mampu menyelesaikan berbagai masalah Rumusan yang dapat ditentukan berdasarkan latar belakang di atas adalah apa faktor penyebab KDRT dan bagaimana peran lembaga adat Aceh dalam penyelesaian KDRT di Kota Lhokseumawe. dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang peranan lembaga adat dalam penyelesaian KDRT di Kota Lhokseumawe serta untuk mengetahui tata cara pelaksanaan lembaga adat Aceh dalam penyelesaian KDRT di Kota Lhokseumawe. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara atau studi lapangan kepada lembaga adat di kota Lhokseumawe dan studi literatur.

Abstract

This service is carried out as a form of joint responsibility of all parties, in this case academics to play an active role in the Prevention of stunting. This is a support for government programs to significantly reduce stunting cases in Indonesia. One effective effort that can be done is to support exclusive breastfeeding (ASI) in the first 6 months until the age of 2 years. The great benefits of breastfeeding for children's growth and development become one of the government's foundations to make exclusive breastfeeding one of the joint movements implemented in various ministry programs. Failure to breastfeed can cause a shortage of brain cells in children which will then affect the inhibition of the development of infant intelligence at a later stage. This service activity was carried out in several stages; (1) Coordination of preparation for the implementation of activities with Posyandu cadres in Tingkuem Village, nisam District, (2) Implementation of educational activities in the form of socialization on the importance of exclusive breastfeeding with several groups of pregnant and lactating women. This service is expected to increase the knowledge of mothers consisting of groups of pregnant women, nursing mothers and parents regarding exclusive breastfeeding and balanced nutrition for pregnant and lactating women.

Abstract

This research examines the Manjapuik Balimau Anak Daro Tradition at Wedding Ceremonies (Levis-Strauss Structuralism Study, Nagari Pagadih, Palupuah District, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. The main focus in this research is to see and study how the origins of the Manjapuik Balimau Anak Daro Tradition occurred at weddings and government policies towards the Balimau manjapuik tradition. This research uses the Levis-Strauss Structuralism theory. In conducting this research, the data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data sources Data collection techniques used in this research are observation techniques, unstructured interviews, documentation and literature. Based on the results of this research, it can be found that the implementation of the balimau anak daro manjapuik tradition that occurs in Nagari Pagadih is a tribute to the prospective bride and groom who will hold the baralek event ( wedding reception) which was held at Bako's house. And to respect the traditions of their ancestors that have existed since ancient times. This Manjapuik Balimau tradition only applies to someone who wants to hold a baralek ceremony (wedding reception). The tradition of manjapuik balimau anak daro is considered good by the people of Nagari Pagadih, because by doing this they can preserve customs that have existed since ancient times.

Abstract

Kekerasan yang melibatkan remaja, termasuk tindakan kriminal oleh geng remaja, telah menjadi masalah serius di berbagai kota di Indonesia, termasuk Kota Lhokseumawe, Provinsi Aceh. Fenomena ini dipicu oleh berbagai faktor, seperti pengaruh lingkungan sosial yang buruk, lemahnya pengawasan orang tua, serta tekanan sosial-ekonomi. Kekerasan remaja tidak hanya berdampak negatif pada pelaku dan korban, tetapi juga mengganggu stabilitas sosial di masyarakat. Untuk menanggulangi masalah ini, Universitas Malikussaleh melalui program pengabdian masyarakatnya, melaksanakan kegiatan penguatan karakter pelajar berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila di Gampong Blang Pulo, Kecamatan Muara Satu, Kota Lhokseumawe. Kegiatan ini melibatkan ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan pembuatan poster anti kekerasan, serta penandatanganan deklarasi anti kekerasan oleh para peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran hukum, moral, serta kemampuan kreatif remaja dalam kampanye anti kekerasan. Program ini berhasil menanamkan nilai-nilai positif dan memotivasi para pelajar untuk menjauhi kekerasan, sekaligus memperkuat karakter mereka sebagai generasi penerus yang bertanggung jawab dan berintegritas tinggi.
