Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital on the income of UMKM Kebabsand Fetih Turki Jambi Burgers and to find out how working capital influences the income of UMKM Kebabs and Fetih Turki Jambi Burgers. The type of research applied to this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Qualitative research is a broad type of research. Descriptive research is a research method used to find the widest possible knowledge of the object of research at a certain time. the effect of working capital on the income of UMKM Kebab and Burger Fetih Turki Jambi has a positive linear effect but does not have a significant effect. The type of data used is secondary data, namely data that has been processed by the MSME in question in the form of an annual report. The period used as an annual research is for five years starting from 2016 to 2020. Based on the results of the research that has been done, obtained simple linear regression analysis data and also tested statistically the effect of working capital on the income of UMKM Kebab and Burger Fetih Turki Jambi period January 2016 – December 2020 has a positive linear effect but no significant effect. With a positive correlation coefficient value of 0.437, which means that the relationship between working capital and the income of UMKM Kebab and Burger Fetih Turki Jambi is positively related (unidirectional) but not significant, by looking at the determination test only 19.1% and still 80.9% factor- factors that influence significantly that are not involved in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan omzet penjualan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT pada toko kue Twincakes jumlah informan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 3 informan yaitu pemilik, karyawan dan pelanggan. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara, sedangkan untuk analisis data peneliti menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan omzet penjualan pada toko kue Twincakes menggunakan analisis SWOT sebagai berikut : strengths (kekuatan) yaitu bahan baku yang digunakan berkualitas, bahan baku pembuatan kue mudah diperoleh, proses pembuatan relatif mudah, menggunakan alat produksi modern, desain dan model produk yang menarik, harga bervariasi dan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik, weaknesses (kelemahan) yaitu keterbatasan modal, kurangnya sumber daya manusia, volume produksi masih kurang, lahan parkir kurang luas, memiliki kadaluarsa yang cepat, opportunities (peluang) yaitu usaha sejenis masih kurang, lokasi usaha strategis, mengadakan promosi dan diskon, menerapkan sistem PO dan COD, threat (ancaman) yaitu tingkat persaingan dengan usaha lain dan faktor cuaca dalam proses pengantaran.

Abstract

Economic growth is a macro indicator to see real economic performance in a region. The rate of economic growth can be calculated based on changes in GRDP at constant prices for the year in question compared to the previous year. Economic growth can be seen as an increase in the number of goods and services produced by all business fields of economic activity in a region during a year. This research aims to determine the leading agricultural sector in Batang Hari district, Jambi Province in the period 2019 and 2021 . This research uses quantitative research methods with Location Quotient (LQ) analysis which is used to determine leading and non-leading sectors using Statistical Location Quotient ( SLQ) and Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) to analyze calculations of ADHK GRDP in Batang Hari Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the strategy carried out by the Shinta Bakery cake shop is going well or not and to find out how marketing strategies affect consumer behavior in buying cakes at the shinta bakery shop. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, which describes an event that has occurred or existing cases that provide a clear picture of the problem to be studied. The objects used in conducting this research are the community, employees and owners at the Shinta Bakery cake shop. The types of data used in this research include primary and secondary data. The methods used to collect data for this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the discussion, it can be concluded as follows. First, In terms of Islamic Marketing Strategy, Toko Shinta Bakery has been in accordance with applying the concept of sharia marketing strategy, namely product, price, promotion, place. As well as applying the characteristics of Islamic marketing, namely Rabbaniyah, Akhlaqiah, Al-Waqiyah, Insaniyah. Second, the advantages and disadvantages of implementing sharia marketing strategies in Toko Shinta Bakery are, the advantages are selling products at affordable prices and good quality, the disadvantages are not managing their gofood franchise properly, lack of parking lots, and rarely giving discounts.

Abstract

This article discusses the banking system, both conventional and Islamic. Conventional adopts the bank interest system, while Islamic adopts the profit-sharing system. The main findings from the literature indicate that Islamic banks, through the profit-sharing system, offer a more equitable distribution of wealth and are considered to have a better risk-sharing mechanism, especially during periods of financial instability. However, the profit-sharing system often faces challenges related to transparency and monitoring, which can potentially affect operational efficiency. In contrast, conventional banks, although benefiting from a simpler interest-based structure, may expose their customers to interest rate volatility and lack the social justice dimension emphasized in Islamic finance.  [Artikel ini membahas mengenai sistem perbankan, baik bersifat konvensional maupun syariah. Konvesional menganut sistem bunga bank, sedangkan syariah menganut system bagi hasil. Temuan utama dari literatur menunjukkan bahwa bank syariah, melalui sistem bagi hasil, menawarkan distribusi kekayaan yang lebih adil dan dianggap memiliki mekanisme pembagian risiko yang lebih baik, terutama selama periode ketidakstabilan keuangan. Namun, sistem bagi hasil seringkali menghadapi tantangan terkait transparansi dan pemantauan, yang berpotensi mempengaruhi efisiensi operasional. Sebaliknya, bank konvensional, meskipun mendapatkan keuntungan dari struktur berbasis bunga yang lebih sederhana, dapat membuat nasabahnya terkena volatilitas suku bunga dan tidak memiliki dimensi keadilan sosial yang ditekankan dalam keuangan Islam].

Abstract

Implementasi fitur QRIS merupakan salah satu inovasi layanan digital dalam sistem pembayaran non tunai di sektor perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap implementasi penggunaan fitur QRIS pada BSI Mobile sebagai alat pembayaran non tunai bagi nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia di KC Jambi Hayam Wuruk. Skripsi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan informan yang terdiri dari pegawai bank, nasabah, dan merchant, serta menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) implementasi fitur QRIS pada BSI Mobile dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan internal, edukasi kepada nasabah, penyediaan sarana penunjang, serta integrasi sistem secara menyeluruh; 2) kendala dalam implementasi fitur QRIS meliputi rendahnya literasi keuangan digital, ketidak percayaan terhadap sistem pembayaran digital, serta kendala teknis seperti gangguan jaringan dan keterbatasan perangkat nasabah; 3) dampak dari penggunaan fitur QRIS pada BSI Mobile dirasakan positif oleh nasabah dan merchant, terutama dalam hal efisiensi transaksi, peningkatan keamanan, serta mendorong peralihan dari transaksi tunai ke non tunai secara bertahap.

Abstract

The revolving fund management program through the Badan Usaha Milik Desa Bersama (BUMDESMA) Bangkit Mandiri of Kumpeh Ulu Subdistrict represents a transformation of the PNM Mekaar program, initiated in January 2023, with the aim of strengthening access to capital for underprivileged women engaged in ultra-micro enterprises. One of the key approaches implemented is the joint liability system within the Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP, or Women’s Savings and Loans) groups, yet its effectiveness in addressing non-performing loans remains underexplored. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the joint liability system as a strategy to enhance member solidarity and minimize credit risk. A qualitative descriptive method was used, with data collected through field observation, in-depth interviews with group leaders and members, documentation, and literature review. The findings indicate that the joint liability system is effective in increasing participation, discipline, and member accountability, while also reducing non-performing loans and accelerating group capital turnover. Values of kinship, gotong royong (mutual cooperation), and transparency are embedded in group practices, reinforcing social and economic stability. Nevertheless, challenges persist, particularly low financial literacy and partial non-compliance with repayment obligations. This study underscores that the sustainability of the joint liability system requires intensive mentoring, strengthened group leadership capacity, and adaptive, sustainable institutional management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic branding and store displays on purchasing decisions for Muslim clothing at the Mahabatullah Jambi Store. The population used in this research were consumers who had purchased Muslim fashion products at the Mahabatullah Jambi Store. The research method used was quantitative with a sample size of 67 respondents. The data analysis methods used are data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that simultaneously and partially there is a positive and significant influence between Islamic branding and store displays on the decision to purchase Muslim clothing at the Mahabatullah Jambi Store.
