Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan efektivitas pelayanan FTA Center untuk meningkatkan ekspor. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk memahami fenomena yang terjadi di FTA Center Bandung dan pelaku usaha/eksportir di Indonesia khususnya Jawa Barat. Lokasi penelitian berada di FTA Center Bandung, dan penelitian dilakukan dari tahap perencanaan awal hingga penulisan laporan akhir. Subjek penelitian meliputi tenaga ahli FTA Center Bandung dan pelaku usaha/eksportir di Jawa Barat. Sasaran studi adalah peningkatan efektivitas pelayanan FTA Center. Prosedur penelitian meliputi studi pendahuluan untuk merumuskan masalah dan tujuan penelitian, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan tenaga ahli FTA Center dan para pelaku usaha, pengolahan data, analisis data, serta penyusunan kesimpulan dan saran. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pendekatan Design thinking, yang mencakup lima tahap: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test. Penggunaan design thinking memungkinkan penulis untuk memahami kebutuhan dan keinginan pengguna, serta menghasilkan solusi kreatif untuk masalah yang diidentifikasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data yang relevan, reduksi data untuk memilih fokus tertentu, display data untuk presentasi yang jelas, dan verifikasi kesimpulan untuk memastikan kebenaran hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menyajikan tools pelayanan FTA Center yang efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Diharapkan juga bahwa solusi yang dihasilkan dapat meningkatkan ekspor di Indonesia khususnya Jawa Barat. Diskusi lebih lanjut mengenai hasil penelitian akan menjadi bagian penting dari laporan tugas akhir.

Abstract

Power different question is ability question for show difference students who master material with students who have not in its entirety control material said. Analysis Power different question can help measure effectiveness question in differentiate ability students, improve quality assessment, and support development quality test. Research​ This aiming for analyze Power different question test mathematics at SDN 136 Pekanbaru so that it can determine question test that has Power differentiator positive to stay effectively used in assessment next. Method research used​ is approach quantitative with technique documentation data collection, in the form of sheet answer students on the test eye lesson mathematics in Fourth Grades of elementary school. Research results This show that: question test Mathematics in Fourth Grades at SDN 136 Pekanbaru in the year 2023/2024 academic year from a total of 25 questions as many as 9 questions (36%) are of poor quality Well, as many as 7 questions (28 %) were of sufficient quality and as many as 9 questions (36 %) were of good quality. Based on Power different question test Mathematics in class IV SDN 136 Pekanbaru 9 quality questions Good can used back on test next and 11 questions quality enough and less Good must revised moreover formerly If want to be used in the test next so that the quality Power different question own Power different positive and steady effective used.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling with the WDEP technique onincreasing responsible behavior in completing tahfid.The research method is quantitative. The type of this research is experimental research.The design of this research uses Pre-Experimental One Group Pretest Posttest. The subjectof this research is class 2E MTs Muhammadiyah 02 Patean Kendal totaling 30 students.Sampling. The data collection method is using a questionnaire. Data analysis is using thePaired Sample T-Test.The conclusion of this study is that group counseling with the WDEP technique has noeffect on increasing responsible behavior in the completion of low tahfid. The significanceresults show 0.37 more than 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected,meaning that group counseling with the WDEP technique has no effect on increaseresponsibility in completing tahfid after being given treatment using group counselingservices with the WDEP technique. The reasons the results of this study have no effect areas follows; the time used for counseling services at night during the night and virtualbreaks and, and also the time limited by the cottage or the place used for research due tothe effects of this pandemic.

Abstract

Quality in Al-Quran education cannot be limited to general learning. However, in reality quality standards are seen in customer satisfaction which is not ignored. The aim of this research is regarding education quality management implemented at TPQ Ar-Rahmah which needs to be studied and carried out, considering that the quality of educational resources greatly influences the quality of students, in this case students and alumni. The design of this research is a field study. Using a qualitative research approach. The data collection method is by interviews with observed objects and direct observation. Guaranteeing the quality of learning and education services at TPQ has been carried out consistently in improving the quality of the ustad and ustadzah in providing close services to the students. Ustadzah and students at TPQ are advantages that must be maintained and developed.
