Abstract

Abstrak Sapi merupakan salah satu peternakan prioritas utama di Indonesia. Ternak sapi telah memainkan peran penting dalam aspek ekonomi dari total pendapatan. Sebagai peternakan prioritas karena berbagai keterlibatan dan peran pemangku kepentingan. Studi dilakukan di Manokwari pada bulan April-Juni 2019 dengan menggunakan focus group discussion terhadap dua puluh individu, kelompok dan lembaga massa yang diwakili. Pertanyaan yang dibahas mengenai latar belakang, pengiriman sumber daya, interkonektivitas antar aktor, intervensi dan inovasi. Temuan utama adalah bahwa aktor yang dikelompokkan mendominasi, diikuti oleh aktor hukum, lembaga swasta, peran pemangku kepentingan dan memiliki efek positif karena kepentingan. Namun, ancaman eksis baik secara langsung tetapi tanpa efek balik. Tiga sumber daya bersama teratas adalah akses, kepuasan, dan waktu yang dihabiskan. Aktor dapat memiliki program jangka panjang dengan keberlanjutan menggunakan sumber daya netral hingga kuat. Hubungan aktor ditemukan dalam tiga kelompok, yaitu positif, negatif dan tidak ada hubungan. Intervensi sangat dibutuhkan, yaitu waktu yang dihabiskan, kepuasan, kebijakan, pengetahuan dan akses. Prioritas inovasi akan keterampilan, kebijakan, dan pengetahuan. Kata kunci: Analisis jaringan pemangku kepentingan; Intervensi dan inovasi; Pelaku; Sumber daya bersama; Usaha peternakan sapi. . Abstract Cattle is one of the top priority animal agriculture in Indonesia. It has played significant roles in economical aspect of Total revenues. Those are due to stakeholders’ involvement. Study was done in Manokwari from April to June 2019 by using focus group discussion towards twenty various represented individuals, groups and mass institutions. The queries discussed concerning background, resources delivery, interconnectivity amongst actors, intervention and innovation. The primarily finding is that grouped actors dominated, followed by laws actors, private types institutions, stakeholder role and having positive effect due to importance. However, threat existed directly without turn-back effect. The three top shared resources were access, satisfaction, and time spent. Actors can have long term period program with sustainability using neutral to strong power resource. Relationship of actors found in three groups, i.e. positive, negative and no relationship. Intervention was urgently needed, i.e. time spent, satisfaction, policy, knowledge and access. Priority of innovation will be skills, policy, and knowledge. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality and price on samsung smartphone purchasing decisions in West Manokwari District. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with an associative type of problem. The population in this study was people in West Manokwari District who used Samsung smartphones and had used Samsung smartphones for at least 1 year. The sample collection technique is non probability sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The primary data used is by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. Secondary data is obtained from journals, books, websites, catalogs, and data of Samsung smartphone users in Manokwari. The results of this study show that the product quality variable partially affects samsung smartphone purchase decisions, and subsequent test results show that price variables have a partial effect on Samsung smartphone purchase decisions. As well as showing that the variables of product quality and price have a simultaneous effect on Samsung's smartphone purchase decision, meaning that the quality of the product provided is good and the price offered is appropriate and competitive can improve samsung's smartphone purchase decision in West Manokwari District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Pasir Putih Health Center, Manokwari Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative problem. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula. The number of samples used was 120 employees at the Pasir Putih Health Center, Manokwaari Regency, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that partially motivation does not show an influence on employee performance, while leadership and work discipline shows an influence on employee performance. Simultaneously significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and brand awareness on purchasing decisions at Oriestom Bay Cafe & Restaurant in Manokwari. The background of this study is based on the rapid growth of the culinary industry in Indonesia which creates tight competition, so that business actors are required to implement effective marketing strategies. This study was conducted at Oriestom Bay Cafe & Restaurant, in Manokwari. The research method used is an associative quantitative approach with a sample of 90 respondents, taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers who had made repeat purchases more than twice a month. Data analysis used multiple linear regression to see the relationship between the independent variables (brand image and brand awareness) and the dependent variable (purchase decisions). The results showed that brand image and brand awareness had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Oriestom Bay Cafe & Restaurant. This shows that an effective marketing strategy through brand image and brand awareness can improve consumer purchasing decisions. This study is expected to be a reference for Oriestom Bay Cafe & Restaurant to improve its sales strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Electonic Word of Mouth, Price and Brand Image on the Purchase Decision of Brasov Cosmetic Products in Manokwari Regency. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with associative problems. The population of this study is people in Manokwari Regency who use brasov cosmetic products. The sample collection technique was non-probability sampling with a sample of 160 respondents. The primary data used is by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. Secondary data was obtained from journals, books, and websites related to research variables. The results of the study showed that the electronic Word of mouth variable partially affected the purchase decision of Brasov cosmetic products, the price variable partially affected the purchase decision of Brasov cosmetic products and the brand image variable partially influenced the purchase decision of Brasov cosmetic products, and the electronic word of mouth, price and brand image variables simultaneously affected the purchase decision of Brasov cosmetic products.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of work placement and work experience on employee productivity, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative analysis approach. A total of 38 samples were included in this study, and non-probability sampling was utilized for data collection. The primary data were gathered through a questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from relevant journals and books. The method employed for data analysis is multiple linear regression, conducted using SPSS statistical software. The analysis results indicate that both work placement and work experience have a partial effect on employee productivity. Additionally, the ANOVA test results show that work placement and work experience simultaneously influence employee productivity at the BPJS Health Office in Manokwari. Based on the findings, it is recommended that the company prioritize selecting prospective employees who possess a solid understanding of relevant knowledge during the recruitment process.
