Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the development of creative industries and the management of quality human resources in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency in order to achieve sustainable economic growth. The specific objective of this study is to examine how the community, as human resources, can have a great deal of creativity and innovation in developing village potential, thereby contributing to the community's economy. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to evaluate the data. This study will employ a quantitative method related to data that characterizes the people of Pematang Serai Village, particularly household industry players involved in income growth. The study's findings indicate that the Creative Industry and Human Resource Management variables have a positive and statistically significant influence on the achievement of sustainable economic development. Abstract

The research team at Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency set out to answer the question, "How effective and efficient are the communities of Kota Pari Village in achieving sustainable economic growth and creative industries?" The primary objective of this study is to compare the creative industry's financial health before and after the implementation of community effectiveness and efficiency strategies to boost revenues. The research hypothesis is that the success and efficiency of the Kota Pari Village community contributes to the development of both the creative industries and long-term economic growth. The researcher's planned methodology.This technique is a quantitative one; specifically, it pertains to information describing the residents of Kota Pari Village, and more specifically, the homemakers there, and how they might improve their productivity and, ultimately, their earnings from the home-based business sector.Multiple linear regression analysis and statistical testing in SPSS version 25 were used to analyze the data. The study found that Efficiency (X1) significantly and positively affected Long-Term Economic Development (Y). Sustainable Economic Growth (Y) is positively and significantly affected by efficiency. The creative industries (Y2) benefit greatly from sustained economic growth (Y). The Creative Sector (Y2) benefits greatly from effectiveness (X1). The Creative Industries (Y2) benefit greatly from increased efficiency.

Abstract

Pulau Samosir berada persis di Danau Toba yang merupakan danau vulkanik terbesar di dunia. Pemandangan alam yang memukau, sejuk dan mempunyai daya tarik karena berada di tengah Danau Toba Sumatera Utara, Danau Sidihoni terletak di Desa Salaon Toba, Kecamatan Ronggur Ni Huta ini awalnya merupakan kawasan hutan dan rawa seiring waktu wilayah tersebut berubah menjadi cekungan yang terisi air hingga menjadi danau, danau ini bisa berubah warna yang disebabkan oleh ragam fenomena lingkungan. Danau ini dikelilingi bukit landai berbentuk seperti mangkok. Minimnya transportasi umum menuju akses wisata danau si dihoni merupakan salah satu faktor bahwa masih kurangnya pengunjung wisatawan karena daerahnya yang lumayan jauh dari Tomok Kecamatan Simanindo sekitar 2 jam, dari Pangururan menuju ke Danau Sidihoni sekitar 30 Menit sekitar 9 km. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi dan wawasan dalam mengembangkan promosi kajian destinasi alam wisata danau sidihoni serta meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pendapatan di daerah objek wisata danau sidihoni. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap 53 informan pada waktu liburan natal dan tahun baru Tahum 2024 dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil Menunjukkan bahwa pada Bulan Desember Tahun 2024 dengan probabilitas 0,000<0,05 dengan Fhitung Sebesar 22,070 dan Ftabel 3.19 menyatakan ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara peran transportasi, partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan wisata danau sidihoni terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Pentingnya moda darat angkutan umum trayek Danau Sidihoni dari Tomok dan Pangururan guna meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan yang ingin menikmati suasana sejuk dan pemandangan yang indah saat berliburan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analyze and the effect of  emotional bonding and service quality through satisfaction on tourist loyalty at the Poncan Gadang Island tourist attraction, Central Tapanuli Regency. The population in this study were all people who came to travel to Poncan Gadang Island, Kabupaten Tapanuli-Tengah. In this study, data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation of 32 informants obtained using stratified random sampling technique. The type of data in this study is qualitative data analysis, qualitative descriptive method. The results show that Emotional Bonding (X1) and Service Quality (X2), through Satisfaction (Z), simultaneously have a positive effect on tourist loyalty (Y) in Poncan Gadang Island tourism, Kabupaten Tapanuli-Tengah. Therefore, there is a need for marketing promotions such as opening a bazaar stand, having a link or website specifically for Sibolga City tourism, through massive social media so that people know and come to visit Poncan Gadang Island,  Tapanuli-Tengah, North Sumatra.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta didik selaku tonggak awal kehidupan pendidikan dimulai untuk menambah ilmu pengatahuan siswa mengenai apa itu ilmu manajemen seperti manajemen waktu, manajemen diri dan pentingnya memanajemen kan segala aktivitas sebelum dimulai. Hal ini tentunya berkaitan dengan kewajiban wajib belajar 13 tahun yang dimulai dari masa PAUD, Kemudian Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah Menengah Pertama(SMP) dan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Peranan orang tua mendidik anak adalah cara membentuk sikap dan menambah pengetahuan sejak dini dirumah, begitu juga dengan peranan guru disekolah turut andil dalam mendidik siswa mulai dari mendidik karakter dan menyampaikan ilmu pengetahuan kepada anak didik dengan baik. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra meliputi anak sekolah dasar belum memahami apa itu manajemen, seperti manajemen waktu, oleh karena itu kegiatan sosialisasi ini membantu menyampaikan informasi sedari awal bahwa pentingnya manajemen waktu dan diri dengan baik, terdapat beberapa siswa tidak mengenal komputer, hanya mengenal handphone untuk bermain sosial media, kurang termotivasi dalam kegiatan belajar dan belum sepenuhnya ingin berprestasi baik di bidang formal akademik atau non formal akademik yang ditandai dengan belum maksimalnya minat belajar siswa. Dari hal inilah, motivasi sangat dibutuhkan agar peserta didik memahami bahwa pendidikan itu sangat penting. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari tahap pendahuluan, tahap pelatihan yaitu dengan metode ceramah, metode diskusi dan metode tanya jawab dan pendampingan intensif, serta evaluasi akhir dan monitoring pasca sosialisasi terlaksana. Materi pelatihan difokuskan pada ilmu manajemen, pengenalan dasar komputer dan kegunaannya, aplikasi belajar yang bisa diakses dengan internet sampai menyampaikan motivasi untuk menambah minat belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar 084084 Sibolga. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta dalam mengatur rencana belajar dilihat dari tingkat kedisiplinan rajin kesekolah, mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan guru, memahami penggunaan dari komputer dan menumbuhkan motivasi untuk mahu belajar. Dengan pendekatan secara partisipatif dan berkelanjutan, kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kemajuan pendidikan di sekolah dasar di Kota Sibolga. memperk. Keberhasilan program ini diharapkan menjadi model bagi siswa agar menumbuhkan minat belajar dan selalu berprestasi dibidang akademik atau non-akademik.
