Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari bagaimana pengaruh kemampuan kerja (X1), dan kompensasi (X2) terhadap kinerja (Y) pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai dengan motivasi (Z) sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh pegawai PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai yang berjumlah 87 pegawai, dengan teknik sampling jenuh maka jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 87 pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari September 2023 yang direncanakan akan selesai hingga Desember 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diolah dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3 dengan model analisis jalur. Sumber data berasal dari responden yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian dari segi pengaruh secara langsung menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai, begitu juga dengan kemampuan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh secara tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Sebesar 94,7% kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan kerja dan kompensasi. Sementara besar pengaruh dari kemampuan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan sebesar 80,6%.   Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Kerja, Kompensasi, Motivasi, Kinerja.   ABSTRACT   This research aims to investigate the influence of work capability (X1) and compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai, with motivation (Z) as an intervening variable. The population in this study consists of all employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai, totaling 87 employees. With a saturated sampling technique, the obtained sample size is also 87 employees. The research is conducted from September 2023, with a planned completion date in December 2023. It utilizes quantitative data processed using SmartPLS 3 with a path analysis model. Data sources are collected from respondents through questionnaire distribution. The research results indicate that, in terms of direct influence, work capability, compensation, and motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai. Similarly, work capability and compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee work motivation at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai. Regarding indirect influence, work capability and compensation positively and significantly affect employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai with motivation as an intervening variable. About 94.7% of employee performance is influenced by work capability and compensation. Meanwhile, the significant influence of work capability and compensation on employee work motivation is 80.6%.   Keywords : Work Capability, Compensation, Motivation, Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of individual investors' investment motivation and knowledge on their desire to invest in the Indonesia Stock Exchange among residents of Kota Pari Village, PantaiCermin District, SerdangBedagai Regency. The willingness to do something is bolstered by the presence of interest, but the incentive to really do it is inextricable from the two. Knowledge is essential for taking action, as ignorance can lead to disastrous consequences. The community's lack of interest stems from their inability to learn about investment opportunities. Realizing how much room there is for growth in Indonesia's economy. The Indonesia Stock Exchange has provided numerous educational and advisory programs for investors. Research submissions showing how investment knowledge and motivation can sway people's interest in investing. The residents of Kota Pari Village in Pantai Cermin District in Serdang Bedagai Regency are hoping to raise their standard of living thanks to the findings of this study. Investing motivation and knowledge were found to have a favorable and significant effect on people's interest in investing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh locus of control internal dan  locus of control eksternal terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT Socfin Indonesia Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksplanasi, yaitu penelitian dapat dikaji menurut tingkatannya yang didasarkan kepada tujuan dan objek-objeknya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di seluruh bahagian pada PT Socfin Indonesia Medan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Data diproses dengan menggunakan SPSS 20.0 for windows. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan uji F variabel bebas (locus of control internal dan eksternal) secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (kepuasan kerja karyawan). Melalui pengujian koefisien korelasi (R) diperoleh bahwa tingkat  korelasi atau hubungan antara locus of control internal dan eksternal terhadap kepuasan kerja  karyawan merupakan hubungan yang erat. Locus of control eksternal merupakan faktor yang  paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Socfin Indonesia Medan.

Abstract

The research team at Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency set out to answer the question, "How effective and efficient are the communities of Kota Pari Village in achieving sustainable economic growth and creative industries?" The primary objective of this study is to compare the creative industry's financial health before and after the implementation of community effectiveness and efficiency strategies to boost revenues. The research hypothesis is that the success and efficiency of the Kota Pari Village community contributes to the development of both the creative industries and long-term economic growth. The researcher's planned methodology.This technique is a quantitative one; specifically, it pertains to information describing the residents of Kota Pari Village, and more specifically, the homemakers there, and how they might improve their productivity and, ultimately, their earnings from the home-based business sector.Multiple linear regression analysis and statistical testing in SPSS version 25 were used to analyze the data. The study found that Efficiency (X1) significantly and positively affected Long-Term Economic Development (Y). Sustainable Economic Growth (Y) is positively and significantly affected by efficiency. The creative industries (Y2) benefit greatly from sustained economic growth (Y). The Creative Sector (Y2) benefits greatly from effectiveness (X1). The Creative Industries (Y2) benefit greatly from increased efficiency.

Abstract

This research was conducted at one of the public schools, namely SDN 121 Hutabargot Julu Skor. This research analysis aims to determine the leadership and motivation of school principals regarding teacher discipline. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 39 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The results of the research show that the leadership variable shows a tcount value of 3.994 ttable of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.002 0.05, so the hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that leadership has a partially positive and significant effect on teacher work discipline at SD N 121 Hutabargot Julu. The test results for the motivation variable show a tcount value of 4.474 ttable of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.000 0.05, so the hypothesis H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that motivation has a partially positive and significant effect on teachers at SD N 121 Hutabargot July. The calculated F value is 36.628 which is greater than 2.79 and the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that hypothesis 3 is accepted and hypothesis 0 is rejected so it can be concluded that leadership and motivation have a significant effect simultaneously on teachers in elementary schools. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress, work conflicts, and workload on employee performance in the General Section of the Medan Mayor's Office. The method used is an associative quantitative approach with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been prepared. The population of this study consisted of all employees in the General Section of the Medan Mayor's Office, which amounted to 30 people, and the entire population was sampled. Primary data were collected through questionnaires measured using the Likert scale. The data collection method is carried out by observation and dissemination of questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed using IBM SPSS 26 statistical software. The results of the study show that work stress, work conflict, and workload each have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, simultaneously, work stress, work conflicts, and workload also have a significant effect on employee performance in the General Section of the Medan Mayor's Office.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the extent to which transformational leadership and innovative behavior simultaneously influence employee performance at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Medan Branch. Quantitative research is research that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to find information about what you want to know. Population in this study were all employees who worked at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Medan Branch, totaling 120 people, the sample in this study was 55 respondents who were obtained using the Slovin technique, the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, the results of this research are that the transformational leadership Variable has a positive and significant effect on (Biznet) employees. The innovative behavior variable has a positive and significant effect on (Biznet) employees, the independent variables consisting of transformational Leadership (X_1), innovative behavior (X_2), simultaneously have a significant effect on Performance.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini tujuannya ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana karyawan Divisi bagian logistic PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya dapat menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja mereka. Populasi dan sampel jenuh dari penelitian ini ialah seluruh karyawan karyawan Divisi bagian logistic PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya dengan populasi terdiri dari 38 orang. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan regresi linear berganda dan pendekatan asosiasi-kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner menggunakan skala likert, dan SPSS 25. digunakan untuk pengolah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan (X1), budaya organisasi (X2), dan kepuasan kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, secara parsial dan simultan. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah gaya kepemimpinan. Hubungan gaya kepemimpinan (X1), budaya organisasi (X2), dan kepuasan kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah kuat, karena nilai R yang dihasilkan terletak di antara 54,2% dan sisanya diperngaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the efficiency of the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work motivation on the remote working system at PT Ghania Creative Indonesia, with work training as an intervening variable. The quantitative method with an associative approach was used in this study using a sample of 66 employees of PT Ghania Creative Indonesia. The research data were collected using a questionnaire method that had been tested for validity and reliability. The use of the PLS-SEM analysis method in this study provided research results that the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work motivation had a positive effect on the remote working system at PT Ghania Creative Indonesia (R2 = 0.615), both directly and through work training as an intervening variable. Work training has been shown to strengthen the relationship between SOP and work motivation on the remote working system, with test results showing strong predictive relevance (Q2 = 0.512) and a significant effect between variables. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating SOP, work motivation, and training in creating a productive and efficient remote working system

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of work discipline, interpersonal communication, and leadership on the performance of employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of North Sumatra Province. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Primary data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The data method used is quantitative with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The sample in this study consisted of 64 respondents. The results of the test for the work discipline variable indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. The results of the test for the interpersonal communication variable indicate that interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. The test results for the leadership variable show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The simultaneous test results indicate an F-value of 105.238 and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, thus it can be concluded that hypothesis 4 is accepted and hypothesis 0 is rejected, meaning that work discipline, interpersonal communication, and leadership have a significant simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of the regional disaster management agency of North Sumatra province
