Abstract

Proses menyusun rencana aksi yang terdiri dari tujuan, sasaran, langkah-langkah, jadwal, dan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan untuk melaksanakan pengadaan barang dan jasa. Perumusan strategi pengadaan barang dan jasa bertujuan untuk menetapkan arah, prioritas, dan mekanisme pengadaan barang dan jasa, serta untuk mengalikasikan dan mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang tersedia, organisasi yang terorganisir dan beroperasi secara normal, yang tidak terlepas dari prinsip dasar hukum ekonomi dan perusahaan.Dengan metode penelitian observasi dan analisis data model miles and huberman, yang menggambarkan keadaan atau sistem yang berjalan saat ini dan metode untuk mengumpulkan data yang dipakai untuk penelitian ini, terlihat adanya masalah yang terjadi menyangkut permintaan barang (request) tidak maksimal akan berpengaruh ke pengadaan barang dan rantai pasokan barang (stock) dalam penyaluran barang pada pengantaran barang (delivery) tidak maksimal menyebabkan penyaluran terhambat dikarenakan kurangnya barang dan batal kirim (cancel) mengakibatkan hasil dari rata-rata tidak sampai minimal 90% pengadaan barang yang sudah ditetapkan perusahaan, maka menjadi solusi terhadap permasalahan diatas penambahan permintaan barang dari principle untuk barang-barang yang sering di cari customer dan menambah armada dalam penyaluran barang ke konsumen.

Abstract

Sosialisasi adalah proses interaksi dengan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meyampaikan pengetahuan dan edukasi kepada Aparat Kelurahan di lingkungan kelurahan Pelawi Utara agar lebih meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan tahapan demi tahapan dalam pengelolaan organisasi dengan baik dan benar ditinjau dari tugas dan fungsi organisasinya secara efektif dan efisien, serta memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat setempat mengenai arsip dari para Aparat Kelurahan di lingkungan kelurahan Pelawi Utara. Sekaligus mengedukasi masyarakat setempat untuk dapat mengetahui dan memahami tugas dan fungsi dari masing-masing Aparat Kelurahan tersebut sehingga masyarakat yang akan mengurus keperluan ataupun perihal surat menyurat dapat langsung tepat sasaran. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai perencanaan strategis, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu dan komunikasi interpersonal. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan Aparat Kelurahan Pelawi Utara dapat memahami pentingnya manajemen organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari dan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dan dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat khusunya Kelurahan Pelawi Utara Kecamatan Babalan Kabupaten Langkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effectiveness of learning implementation with a constructivist approach using video technology to integrate traditional culture as an effective step to increase students' ability to understand mathematical concepts. The research approach was used with literature from various relevant studies from 2019-2024. The research findings obtained are in the form of increasing student interaction and activeness in the mathematics learning process so that meaningful learning is obtained as a form of learning by integrating traditional culture as a learning medium to construct student knowledge by associating the material context close to the student's living environment, with video as an interactive media can foster a learning environment that facilitates the learning process self-sufficient. Improve students' ability to solve mathematical problems and think critically. This study also found a gap where not much research has been conducted by combining traditional cultural content with technology because there is still a lack of ability to manage learning related to technology content. This study recommends that constructive learning with traditional culture through interactive videos can be applied in the context of mathematics learning. Validate the data by comparing research results from various journals, reports, or related articles

Abstract

This research explores the difficulties faced by mathematics teachers in Sumatra Island in managing learning. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research involved 91 junior high school teachers through written interviews with 10 open-ended questions. The research results revealed several main difficulties: limited understanding of the independent curriculum, challenges in developing teaching modules, difficulties in determining learning objectives from cognitive-affective-psychomotor aspects, challenges in designing learning that facilitates social-economic-cultural-religious aspects, and obstacles in implementing teaching methods that meet students' needs. Nevertheless, teachers have demonstrated good abilities in time management, facilitating student collaboration, providing feedback, and conducting learning reflections.

Abstract

Mathematics learning at the vocational high school (SMK) level is increasingly required to keep pace with modern developments, where students are expected not only to understand theoretical concepts but also to apply them in vocational contexts. SMK students are equipped with specific skills, yet many perceive mathematics as difficult and less relevant to the working world they will face. This often leads to low motivation in learning mathematics. Traditional instruction, which emphasizes the one-way transfer of information from teacher to student, is considered less effective—especially in vocational schools that prioritize hands-on practice. Therefore, an interactive and engaging learning model is needed to develop students’ critical thinking skills. One such approach is the Think–Share–Games model, which encourages students to think independently, collaborate in group discussions, and reinforce understanding through educational games. This model is designed to transform students from passive recipients into active participants in the learning process. In the think stage, students are encouraged to individually comprehend and solve problems. In the share stage, they discuss their thoughts and compare solutions with peers. The games stage tests their understanding through engaging, competitive math-based games. This approach brings learning to life, as students are not merely sitting and listening but also thinking, speaking, and actively participating. Moreover, it allows teachers to assess student comprehension in real time through group interactions. Observations in several classrooms indicate that the Think–Share–Games model significantly increases students’ motivation to learn mathematics and fosters greater enthusiasm throughout each learning phase.

Abstract

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the Task-Based Learning (TBL) model to improve students' writing skills in business correspondence at SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. The research follows a Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology, comprising two cycles with a focus on the four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The primary objective was to enhance the students' ability to write effective business correspondence, such as business emails and letters. In Cycle 1, only 38% of students met the Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC) of achieving a score of 85 or higher, indicating the need for adjustments in task design. After incorporating changes in Cycle 2, such as additional feedback and revised task complexity, 90% of the students achieved the MCC, demonstrating significant improvement. The study highlights the effectiveness of TBL in engaging students with real-world tasks, leading to enhanced writing skills. This research contributes to the pedagogical understanding of integrating TBL in vocational education, particularly for improving business communication skills in the digital age.

Abstract

This research aims to review the critical thinking skills of Junior High School (SMP) students in solving mathematics literacy problems integrated with Malay culture. Critical thinking skills are an important aspect of mathematics education because they train students to analyze, evaluate, and solve contextual problems logically and reflectively. The integration of Malay culture in mathematics literacy questions is intended to enhance the relevance of the problem context to students' lives and strengthen local cultural identity. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with subjects being eighth-grade students at one of the junior high schools located in the Malay cultural area. Data were obtained through a Malay culture-based mathematical literacy test and semi-structured interviews. The analysis results show that most students are able to identify important information from the questions, but still have difficulty in deeply connecting mathematical concepts with cultural contexts and in drawing logical conclusions. These findings highlight the importance of developing contextual and culturally-based literacy questions as a means to enhance students' critical thinking skills in mathematics education.
