Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis sangat penting dimiliki oleh siswa dalam belajar matematika, namun pada kenyataannya kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa rendah serta kurang percaya diri dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Hal ini terbukti dari jawaban yang ditulis oleh siswa dengan tidak memahami masalah yang ditanyakan dan tidak nampak perencanaan dalam menyelesaikan masalah serta tidak mengevaluasi kembali dari kebenaran jawaban yang diberikan. Oleh karena itu penting menerapkan model berpikir induktif.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis berapa besar model berpikir induktif mempengaruhi kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa jika ditinjau dari kepercayaan diri siswa. Berpikir induktif meliputi mengumpulkan data, mengola dan menguji kebenaran data, tahap pembentukan kognitif mengingat dan memahami, menganalisis, tahap aplikasi prinsif memuat proses kognitif memahami dan mengevaluasi, menggunakan proses kognitif yang lebih tinggi dalam rangka mencapai proses kognitif dibawahnya. Siswa yang memiliki kepercayaan diri tinggi lebih baik berpikir induktifnya dalam memecahkan masalah matematis, sementara siswa yang memiliki kepercayaan diri rendah cendrung kurang. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi Penelitian adalah SMP Negeri yang ada di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Sampel yang digunakan adalah SMP Negeri empat Percut Sei Tuan. Temuan yang diperoleh model berpikir induktif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematiis siswa dan siswa yang pada dasar memiliki kepercayaan diri tinggi lebih mendukung kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematisnya.

Abstract

Understanding the concepts and solving problems in the integral calculus course is the problem most often faced by students during the learning process. Therefore, an analysis must be made of the types of learning difficulties faced by students in integral calculus courses, especially indeterminate integrals. The purpose of this research is to identify what problems students face when solving indeterminate integral problems in integral calculus courses. The results are expected to provide an overview of the types of learning challenges faced by students while studying. The type of research used iscase study research with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 20 students from the second semester of unit 1 of IAIN Lhokseumawe's Tadris Mathematics study programme. The results showed that there were three learning difficulties faced by students, namely Type I (Rigour), Type II (Concept Understanding) and Type III (Calculation Process).

Abstract

This research is development research so that the product of this research is a learning tool with the Contextual Teaching Learning model on differential and integral application material. The aim of this research is to describe: 1) the validity, practicality and effectiveness of learning tools using the contextual teaching learning model to increase students' problem solving abilities in differential and integral application material; 2) increasing students' problem solving abilities using learning tools with contextual teaching learning models on the developed differential and integral application material.  This research uses the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 development stages, namely Analyze, Define, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The results of this research were obtained: 1) the learning device using the contextual teaching learning model to increase students' problem solving abilities in the differential and integral application material developed has met the valid criteria according to experts and from the results of trial I and trial II of the learning device has met the practical and effective criteria; 2) Increasing problem solving abilities using learning tools with a contextual teaching learning model on differential and integral application material that has been developed seen from the N-gain value in trial I of 0.41, increasing to 0.42 in trial II, and is within "medium" category.

Abstract

: To find out the characteristics and advantages supported by data from previous research, which shows that learning with discovery and cooperative learning models of group investigation type can improve students' ability to understand mathematical concepts and independent learning. The findings obtained several conclusions related to implementing learning using the discovery learning model and the group investigation learning model on differences in the ability to understand mathematical concepts and student learning independence at SMK Multi Karya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui “Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematika Siswa Di Kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Sipahutar Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022”. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pre eksperimen bentuk one group pretest-posttest. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh kelas X yang dimana terdiri 216 siswa pada 6 kelas. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah satu kelas X yang dipilih secara acak yaitu kelas X IPA 2 yang berjumlah 20 peserta didik. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) adalah: (1) tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dengan uji t dimana nilai |thitung| ≥ |ttabel|. Dari nilai tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa diperoleh nilai thitung = -8,921 dan nilai ttabel = 1,729. disimpulkan bahwa nilai |thitung| ≥ |ttabel| atau |8,921| ≥ |1,729| maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima; (2) Nilai ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal untuk nilai posttest sebesar 90% dan yang tidak tuntas sebesar 10%; (3) Persentase rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa saat pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) adalah76,7% dengan kategori aktif ; (4) Rata-rata respon peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran keseluruhan sebesar 90% atau berada dalam kategori baik dan sangat baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis problem based learning melalui lesson study lebih baik daripada pembelajaran biasa terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 7 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022; (2) mengetahui ada tidaknya interaksi antara pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal matematis (tinggi, sedang dan rendah) terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 7 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain faktorial 2×3. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan simple random sampling dan kelas yang terpilih yaitu XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah soal tes kemampuan awal matematis dan soal posttest. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS yaitu uji t pihak kanan dan uji anava dua arah. Tetapi sebelumnya, dilakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Dari hasil uji prasyarat, diperoleh bahwa data dalam penelitian berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis problem based learning melalui lesson study lebih baik daripada pembelajaran biasa terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 7 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022; (2) tidak terdapat interaksi antara pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal matematis (tinggi, sedang dan rendah) terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 7 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022.

Abstract

This research is crucial since students struggle with math. They want to "Analysis of Problem Solving Ability and Independent Learning Based on IT-Assisted PBL at Nurul Azizi Integrated Islamic Middle School" . This study is quantitative quasi-experimental. Fix IT issues Scholars value research and freedom. We tested eighth-graders at Nurul Azizi Integrated Islamic Middle School. Random VIII A and B have 30 students. Control and experimental groups are examined. VIIIB/VIIIA comparison. The control group employed conventional methods, while the experimental group used IT-based problem-based learning. Statistics-based research. A statistical analysis. Sample statistics predict a larger population. Parametric statistics estimates population parameters from distribution assumptions. Test a theory before experimenting. 1) Averages define typical. 2) Consistency unites. Three testable hypotheses tell or foretell. Discuss study results: Math issue-based instruction assists SMP IT Nurul 'Azizi pupils. This was expected as the experimental group scored 82.27 and the control 70. SMP IT Nurul 'Azizi's problem-based learning increases student autonomy more than conventional techniques with a 5% significance threshold (5.793>2.002) and a 2-way significant value (t-tailed) of 0.000. Compared to 74, the experimental group scored 85.83. SMP IT Nurul 'Azizi students' arithmetic problem-solving skills are linked to learning, with a 5% significant level (6.55>2.002) and 2-way t-tailed value of This study uses a two-way ANOVA with α = 0.05. At SMP IT Nurul 'Azizi, pupils' arithmetic competency was influenced by their learning model and baseline ability (p-value 0.05). This study uses a two-way ANOVA with α = 0.05. Abstract

This study examines the validity, practicality, and efficacy of HOTS-based problem-based learning (PBL) models to improve critical thinking skills and self-efficacy by using developed learning devices, students on critical thinking questions, and self-efficacy questionnaire sheets. This study uses a 4-D development model, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Desseminate. Grade VIII students became participants in this study. The results of the study showed that the learning devices were valid with  an average validation result of the RPP of 3.4, student worksheets of 3.6, critical thinking ability tests of 3.8, and self-efficacy questionnaire sheets of 3.8. The problem-based learning approach containing HOTS questions such as RPP, LKPD, TKBK, and self-efficacy questionnaires was declared valid; usefulness the developed learning devices meet the criteria of experts and practitioners and can be used; the effectiveness of learning devices using problem-based learning models showed in the trial that 20% of students completed the pretest and 87% of students completed the posttest; The increase in critical thinking skills using the developed model reached 0.6 with a moderate category; Student self-efficacy was 80.1.

Abstract

Dalam pendidikan terdapat beberapa mata pelajaran di sekolah, salah satunya adalah matematika. Matematika merupakan ilmu yang bersifat universal yang mendasari perkembangan teknologi modern. Jadi, diharapkan dalam proses belajar mengajar, keaktifan siswa dapat ditingkatkan lagi sehingga motivasi dan prestasi belajarnya meningkat. Dalam proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat didukung dengan berbantuan kahoot. Kahoot merupakan sebuah permainan berbasis platform pembelajaran gratis sebagai teknologi Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan kahoot untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Binjai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian eksperimen Paldal kelals eksperimen diteralpkaln model pembelaljalraln Problem Balsed Lealrning sedalngkaln paldal kelals kontrol halnyal diteralpkaln model pembelaljalraln bialsal daln paldal alkhirnyal kedual kelompok alkaln diberikaln tes kemalmpualn berpikir kreatif. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang diberi model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan kahoot lebih baik daripada siswa yang diberi model pembelajaran biasa. Hal ini dilihat berdasarkan dari nilai rata-rata posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel yaitu nilai 28,365>2,001.
