This final project will discuss establishing a web-based information system for booking influencer servicesin cyclone management. Abstract

This research focuses on preserving and sharing knowledge about Indonesian batik, a blend of art and technology symbolizing the nation's creativity. To address declining awareness of batik types, a mobile application is introduced for real-time recognition and classification of batik motifs. The goal is to maintain appreciation and understanding of this cultural heritage. Using the EfficientNet convolutional neural network (CNN) architecture, the study enhances model accuracy with effective scaling. A dataset of 1350 images representing 15 batik types supports robust model training and evaluation. Results demonstrate successful implementation, yielding an Android app capable of deep learning-based real-time recognition with an 83% accuracy rate. This innovation aims to empower users to identify and appreciate distinct batik types, ensuring cultural preservation for current and future generations.

Abstract

This paper addresses the common challenges faced by network administrators in managing and troubleshooting network issues. Traditional desktop-based network management tools often restrict mobility and responsiveness, hindering the ability to address network problems promptly. To address these limitations, this study presents the development of a mobile-based network tools information system. The proposed solution integrates various network management functionalities into a mobile application, enabling administrators to monitor, diagnose, and resolve network issues remotely. Employing a design and implementation approach, the research includes user requirements analysis, system design, and rigorous testing. Results show significant improvements in response times and diagnostic accuracy. User feedback highlights high satisfaction with the system's functionality and ease of use. Overall, the mobile-based network tools information system offers a versatile and effective solution for network management, enhancing operational efficiency and responsiveness in diverse network environments.

Abstract

In today's digital age, high school students have to survive a dynamic and interconnected online environment. Promoting responsible digital citizenship and cultivating pleasant contacts, particularly those with the opposite sex, is critical as kids develop both intellectually and socially. The goal of this activity is to: (1) educate high school students about the responsible and ethical use of the internet, emphasizing the importance of online safety, privacy, and respect for others; (2) encourage students to develop healthy internet usage habits by providing them with the knowledge and tools to navigate the digital world responsibly; and (3) use gamification principles to engage and motivate high school students to adopt responsible online behavior. The activity was held at SMA Don Bosco 3 Cikarang and was attended by students as well as teachers.

Abstract

This study addresses the challenge of preserving the Sundanese script, a traditional writing system of the Sundanese community in Indonesia, which is at risk of being forgotten due to technological advancements. To tackle this problem, we propose a deep learning approach using the YOLOv8 model for the automatic recognition of Sundanese characters. Our methodology includes creating a comprehensive dataset, applying augmentation techniques, and annotating the characters. The trained model achieved a precision of 95% after 150 epochs, demonstrating its effectiveness in recognizing Sundanese characters. While some variability in accuracy was observed for certain characters and real-time applications, the results indicate the feasibility and promise of using deep learning for Sundanese script recognition. This research highlights the potential of technological solutions to digitize and preserve the Sundanese script, ensuring its continued legacy and accessibility for future generations. Thus, we contribute to cultural preservation by providing a method to safeguard the Sundanese script against obsolescence.

Abstract

Sistem manajemen tabungan siswa berbasis web memberikan berbagai manfaat penting dalam bidang pendidikan. Salah satunya adalah sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi pengelolaan keuangan sekolah. Dengan teknologi ini, proses pencatatan dan monitoring dilakukan secara real-time dan akurat, mengurangi risiko kesalahan manual dan mempercepat akses informasi keuangan. Institusi pendidikan diharapkan dapat mengadopsi solusi yang inovatif, kreatif, efisien, dan efektif untuk mengelola tabungan siswa, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan keuangan yang lebih baik. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilaksanakan di TKIT Al Manshuriyyah bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada, seperti metode pencatatan manual yang sering menyebabkan kesalahan dan inefisiensi. Selain itu, banyak sekolah mengalami kesulitan dalam memantau tabungan siswa secara real-time karena kurangnya sistem yang terintegrasi. Kegiatan ini juga mengidentifikasi kebutuhan akan solusi teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan keuangan. Melibatkan seluruh staf administrasi sekolah dan orang tua siswa, kegiatan ini bertujuan memastikan implementasi sistem yang efektif, memberikan manfaat optimal bagi semua pihak terkait, dan meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan keuangan sekolah secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This research focuses on three iconic Indonesian batik patterns-Kawung, Mega Mendung, and Parang-due to their cultural significance and recognition. Kawung symbolizes harmony, Mega Mendung represents power, and Parang signifies protection and spiritual power. Using the YOLOv5 deep learning model, the study aimed to accurately identify these patterns. Results showed mean average precision (mAP) scores of 77% for Kawung, 80% for Parang, and an impressive 99% for Mega Mendung. The highest precision results were 91% for Kawung, 88% for Parang, and 77% for Mega Mendung. These findings highlight the potential of pattern recognition in preserving cultural heritage. Understanding these designs contributes to the appreciation of Indonesia s culture. The research suggests applications in cultural studies, digital archiving, and the textile industry, ensuring the legacy of these patterns endures.

Abstract

At the moment, agents cannot choose their own path with any flexibility in tower defense games. There may be a lot of enemies in one level of a tower defense game. The majority of in-game characters have a habit of moving in the direction of goals or objectives, though most have distinctive numbers and behaviors. The pathfinding method can be used to determine the route between the sources coordinates and the destination coordinates in an AI movement system. In this study, an objective-based pathfinding technique is used in a tower defense game where players can choose their own route. Based on the test results, the game can change the destination, which forces the adversary to alter their course to reach the new location. By placing units that can block these paths, this game also has the capacity to alter the available paths on the map.

Abstract

During the pandemic, PT. Trendology Indonesia applies the WFH system and implements a work shift system to reduce workplace density. Office and factory space occupancy quotas have been set to limit density and physical contact. PT. Trenologi Indonesia also provides health support to all of its employees by providing medicines or supporting vitamins, routine SWAB Antigen/PCR checks, sharing information regarding locations of vaccination points, and supporting other health systems during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the Human Resources Division must also check employee attendance and employee positions during working hours. However, the process is still carried out by the Human Resources Division manually which causes delays and obstacles. To check and monitor the health conditions of workers so that they can optimally complete their work, one solution is to provide a website that has important features that can be accessed by all workers. So, from the results of this dedication, it will make it easier for the Human Resources (HR) team at partners to collect data for information related to COVID-19 such as vaccination data, health data data, and other information, besides that this system also helps HRD in tracking and monitoring health conditions employees

Abstract

The advantage of video media in education is that it can boost students' interest in the subject matter by allowing them to watch and hear. Teachers are expected to be able to develop engaging learning materials that encourage students to participate actively in their education. This PkM activity was completed at SMPIT Annida as an activity partner. The issues that were identified were 1) The teacher's ability to self-produce learning media, particularly in making learning videos, 2) The availability of free software that could be used to produce video learning media, but never utilized by teachers, and 3) the improvement process for teaching and learning that is effective, efficient, and more engaging. The focus of this activity was on the instructors and students.
