Abstract

Vocational higher education has developed as a service that cannot avoid marketisation. One of the higher education marketing tasks is creating the value of its customers. However, the creation of customer value in vocational tertiary education has not been touched by researchers. This study aims to determine the concept and measurement of the dimensions of customer value creation in vocational higher education. In addition, it tries to measure the validity and reliability of its dimensions. This study uses analyzing the concept of customer value creation in several journals to then be associated with value creation in vocational higher education. As for the respondents were academic citizens from each institution consisting of leaders, lecturers, heads of study programs, education staff and students taken proportionally. This research has a total of 876 respondents from 30 institutions and uses a structured questionnaire based on a 7-point scale. The results showed that the creation of customer value in vocational tertiary education can be explained by all of its dimensions. Although not all indicators can explain the dimensions of customer value creation. Indicators that can explain customer value creation are changes in knowledge, general skills, special skills, learning suitability that consider student conditions and objectivity of assessment. The model is quite good with moderate predictive relevance (Q2). This research is limited to vocational higher education in the provinces of West Java and Banten. There is very little data coming from companies that use graduates. The originality of this research is customer value creation in vocational higher education consisting of three dimensions, namely learning outcomes, learning strategies, and learning evaluation.

Abstract

Karyawan adalah aset perusahaan karena peranannya sangat menentukan berhasil tidaknya perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Dalam memperoleh karyawan yang berkinerja baik perusahaan harus mengadakan pelaksanaan pelatihan, yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan BPRS HIK CIBITUNG Cabang Ciamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pelatihan dan gambaran tingkat kinerja karyawan pada BPRS HIK CIBITUNG Cabang Ciamis, serta untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh tingkat pelatihan terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan sampel berjumlah 20 orang responden dan juga menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 25.0 for windows. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran tingkat pelatihan dan tingkat kinerja pada BPRS HIK CIBITUNG Cabang Ciamis, Bandung sudah optimal. Pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan BPRS HIK CIBITUNG Cabang Ciamis memiliki pengaruh pada kategori tinggi dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,817. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil perhitungan R Square atau koefisien determinasi sebesar 66,7% atau dibulatkan menjadi 67% memiliki arti bahwa kinerja karyawan BPRS HIK CIBITUNG Cabang Ciamis dipengaruhi oleh pelatihan sebesar 67%. Penulis merekomendasikan agar perusahaan meningkatkan pemberian program pelatihan guna menunjang kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yaitu variabel X (Kecerdasan Emosional) dan variabel Y (Kinerja Karyawan). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pan Garmindo Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis untuk membahas identifikasi masalah bagaimana kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pan Garmindo Tasikmalaya dan verifikatif analisis untuk membahas identifikasi masalah seberapa besar pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pan Garmindo Tasikmalaya. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 30 karyawan dari jumlah total 150 karyawan yang ada, dan diambil secara acak yang ada pada PT. Pan Garmindo Tasikmalaya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sample random sampling dengan rumus Arikunto. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, angket (kuesioner), dan dokumentasi. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pan Garmindo Tasikmalaya. Untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh variabel tersebut digunakan regresi linear sederhana dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan metode statistik yaitu regresi linear sederhana, diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 2,67% dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,516. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pan Garmindo Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pendidikan vokasi selama hampir dua tahun masa pandemic Covid-19 relative hampir seluruhnya dilakukan secara virtual. Namun demikian pada akhir ini dianjurkan untuk kembali tatap muka. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari dimensi teoritis bagaimana mengukur layanan pendidikan vokasi pasca pandemi. Adapun metode penelitian dilakukan dengan systematic literature review. Abstract

The Preman Pensiun cinema in the episode Return to Fitri has vital elements of the pull of religion so that humans return to Him. The purpose of this study is to interpret cultural signs visually. Using a critical paradigm with a visual semiotic method that is both structural and poststructural, the researcher uses a post-semiotic approach rooted in postmodernism to interpret the image that the author refers to from the Sinema Preman Pensiun episode of Return to Fitri. The study's results, from the perspective of structural visual semiotics, show that the power of religion is clearly depicted in the scenes played by Muslihat and Ujang figures. However, in the post-semiotic perspective, the pull of religion is a method of capitalism to influence or grip the minds of the audience so that they are interested in being part of the film (the audience). This research is expected to impact researches on communication semiotics that continue to develop and on da'wah communication in general, which the authors define as religious communication in the context of a critical paradigm.

Abstract

Investment is a commitment to a number of funds or other resources that are currently being carried out with the aim of obtaining profits in the future or can be interpreted as investing money in a company or project for the purpose of obtaining profits. Basically investing is buying an asset that is expected to be resold in the future at a higher value. The expectation of future profits is a compensation for the time and risk associated with an investment made. There are various types of investments on the market, including; time deposits, Bank Indonesia Certificates, stocks, bonds, money market securities, derivative products, property, gold, mutual funds, foreign currencies. The population is food and beverage companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and have closing stock price data, and the sample is 9 food and beverage company on the period 2017-2019 using data panel regression with e-views. The results showed that earnings per share (EPS) had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Then, Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Also, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri di Wilayah Utara Kabupaten Garut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptik analitik dengan maksud agar memperoleh gambaran empirik mengenai keadaan yang tengah berlangsung. Hasil analisis menunjukan iklim organisasi pada SMA Negeri di wilayah Utara Kabupaten Garut walaupun termasuk kategori baik tetapi iklim yang terjadi belumlah optimal, selain itu kepemimpinan mempunyai peran yang cukup signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, oleh karena itu kualitas kepemimpinan harus senantiasa ditingkatkan

Abstract

Salah satu komponen penting dalam manajemen dokumen untuk kelancaran operasi organisasi adalah sistem penyimpanan arsip. Kemampuan sistem penyimpanan arsip untuk menangani, menyimpan, dan mengambil arsip secara efisien, akurat, dan cepat disebut sebagai efektivitas sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas sistem penyimpanan arsip di Departemen Admin & General (A&G) de Java Hotel Bandung, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi dan solusi untuk meningkatkan pengelolaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil Penelitian Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penyimpanan arsip di Departemen sudah cukup efektif dengan penggunaan map berlabel dan cadangan digital, namun masih terdapat beberapa masalah seperti penumpukan arsip fisik dalam kardus, lambatnya akses dokumen digital, dan kurang optimalnya pemusnahan arsip inaktif. Faktor utama yang memengaruhi efektivitas meliputi keterbatasan ruang penyimpanan, kurangnya standarisasi prosedur, dan keterampilan staf yang belum maksimal. Pelatihan karyawan, penerapan rak penyimpanan khusus, pembersihan arsip digital secara berkala, dan penerapan kebijakan retensi arsip yang lebih terstruktur adalah beberapa solusi yang disarankan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi perbaikan sistem kearsipan di industri perhotelan.

Abstract

The 2023 LP3I Polytechnic Community Service activities carried out by Field Supervisors and students were held in Godog Village, Karangpawitan District, Garut Regency from 15 July - to 19 August 2023. Some of the problems that exist in Godog Village as a result of observations with local community leaders are: interaction between residents in the housing circle has not been well created, Godog Village residents are not aware of the importance of digitalization, and students in the Karangpawitan area still consider it not important to continue their education. Researchers used the Service Learning (SL) approach. SL is intended to integrate learning into community service activities. This service program aims to have a beneficial impact on the development of the area where it is implemented.
