Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing management formulation used by Islamic banks, especially PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Bondowoso Sub-Branch Office to attract Non-Muslim customers in using Savings Products and Financing Products, as well as the obstacles or obstacles they experience. This study uses a qualitative approach where research data collection through managing descriptive data, such as interview transcriptions and observations. The results of this study prove that in marketing its products to Non-Muslim Banks using several marketing techniques including PR marketing (Public Relations) and personal approaches (Personal Approach) or personal marketing (Personal Selling) and utilize the use of brochures, pamphlets, and banners for promotional media. . Meanwhile, the obstacles encountered were technical constraints such as the introduction of terms and the perception of the public who judged that Indonesian Islamic Banks were only intended for Muslims.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik Syariah marketing dan relationship marketing terhadap loyalitas nasabah di BSI KCP Probolinggo Sudirman dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada nasabah BSI KCP Probolinggo Sudirman baik nasabah pendanaan maupun pembiayaan sebanyak 2.768 nasabah. Jumlah sampel ditetapkan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan margin of error atau batas kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi sebesar 10% sehingga dari rumus tersebut dibutuhkan sebanyak 97 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner dan sampel yang diambil menggunakan purposive random sampling. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif deskriptif dan metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah path analysis atau analisis jalur dengan bantuan alat analisis SPSS versi 25. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara tidak langsung karakteristik Syariah marketing dan relationship marketing melalui kepuasan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Sehingga hipotesis yang berbunyi ada pengaruh karakteristik Syariah marketing dan relationship marketing terhadap loyalitas nasabah di BSI KCP Probolinggo Sudirman dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening dapat diterima.

Abstract

The ball pick-up system is carried out to introduce BMT to all levels of society, especially the lower middle class as an effort made by BMT to introduce BMT so that people are interested in becoming members by visiting each member's home. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the ball pick-up system strategy at BMT Maslahah Condong Sub-Branch in increasing the number of customers and to find out the constraints of the ball pick-up system strategy. This research uses qualitative methods based on the philosophy of postpositivism. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Descriptive analysis techniques by examining and describing the findings that have been obtained from observations and existing documentation. The results of this study indicate that the ball pick-up system is very effective in increasing the number of customers. The effectiveness in question is with active planning and time, integration of communication and work enthusiasm by the BMT. The ball pick-up strategy at BMT has the advantage of providing convenience to customers in transacting with no need to come to the office for transactions, increasing socialisation, providing calendars, delivery and courteous service to members. The obstacles faced are mobile printers that sometimes err, the amount of savings that are not the same amount, and the limited time and lack of employees who run.

Abstract

This research will discuss the analysis of the mechanism for collecting hajj savings funds using a Mudharabah agreement at BTN KCPS Probolinggo. With the aim of finding out more about the mechanism for collecting Hajj savings funds with a Mudharabah agreement at BTN KCPS Probolinggo. The research method is descriptive qualitative and data is obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, tested with credibility tests and analyzed from data collection to reporting. The results of this research show that the Mudharabah Agreement which is used to collect funds is also very helpful for customrs in deciding to save for hajj at BTN KCPS Probolinggo, where the sharia system is currently starting to develop in Indonesia. With the existence of this hajj savings product at BTN, of course, using the Mudharabah contract as a reference, there are many things that can be obtained by the customers themselves, such as helping to ease the preparation and carrying out of the hajj through sharia-based fund management, free opening fees, no monthyl administration, and customers can get ATM card fasilities that can be used by VISA providers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the segmenting, targeting and positioning (STP) strategy is implemented in a company, where the STP strategy itself has an important role in increasing a company's profits from iB prime savings at Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Probolinggo (BTN). This method uses qualitative methods in collecting interview data (In-depth interviews), focus group discussions (FGD) and is equipped with documentation carried out with 3 sources, namely customer service and 2 members of the finance office of BTN Syariah Probolinggo bank. The results of this research show that the Prima iB Savings at BTN Syariah Bank Probolinggo applies the STP strategy to its products. Implementation of segmentation for Prima iB Savings through geographic, behavioral and democratic segmentation. Meanwhile, targeting is applied to entrepreneurs, developers and notaries because the target market itself is customers from the upper middle class economy because they have quite high mobility. Abstract

Account Officers have an important role in increasing the efficiency of the institution. Apart from recruiting members, account officers are responsible for various tasks, such as resolving problematic financing, conducting surveys, and conducting financing analysis. accept or reject requests for financing, and become a source for sharia institutions to ensure the continuity of requests for financing. Account Officers must evaluate customers for financing and realizing funding. The purpose of this study is to identify the methods used by account officers to assess the feasibility of applying for financing at the BMT Maslahah Besuk Branch, and explain the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for Account Officers in determining the feasibility of applying for financing at the BMT Maslahah Besuk Branch and explain the solutions they make. in overcoming these inhibiting factors. To express these challenges completely and clearly, researchers used a qualitative approach with raw data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Additional investigations were conducted, and the conclusions reached indicated that the Account Officers modified their approach by working through five steps, including the funding stage, the data collection stage, the data analysis stage, the approval stage, and the disbursement stage. then the 5C concept is used to evaluate. Factors constraining Account Officers in determining eligibility for financing Lack of information on prospective members, inappropriate use of financing, and incomplete customer data are obstacles that must be overcome by Account Officers to assess whether or not a financing is appropriate. Reviewing the 5C principles, taking a personal approach when talking to prospective customers, conducting interviews, preparing the necessary documents, and educating prospective customers so as not to hinder the financing application process.

Abstract

The Rengganis Regional Company of Probolinggo Regency is a company engaged in services that manages (Sports Building) Sasana Krida Gymnasium & Tennis Court, Jabung Tirta Swimming Pool and Bremi Pesanggrahan. To determine the success of the company's ability to develop its business, we can assess the company's performance through financial reports. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of the Rengganis Regional Company, Probolinggo Regency, East Java in 2018 - 2020 and to describe the financial soundness of the Rengganis Regional Company of Probolinggo Regency from 2018 to 2020 based on the Decree of the Minister of SK Menteri BUMN Nomor : KEP-100/ MBU/ 2002. The research approach that the author uses is a descriptive qualitative approach, which is directed at how the financial performance and health level of the Regional Company Rengganis Kab. Probolinggo. Data obtained from financial reports sourced from the Regional Company Rengganis Kab. Probolinggo in 2018, 2019 and 2020. The results show that the financial soundness of the Rengganis Regional Company during the three accounting periods, 2018, 2019 and 2020 according to the Decree of the Minister of SK Menteri BUMN Nomor : KEP-100/ MBU/ 2002 through 8 ratio indicators is not good. This is due to the less than optimal management of the financial performance of the Rengganis regional company.

Abstract

Maintenance fee (mu'nah) is a gold pawn maintenance fee that is calculated based on a certain proportion of the estimated collateral pawned by the customer. The purpose of this study was to determine the gold pawn financing mechanism of Bank Syariah Indonesia, Lumajang S. Parman Branch Office and to describe the implementation of the mu'nah payment system of Bank Syariah Indonesia, Lumajang S. Parman Branch Office. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation, then the data is analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. Data validity uses source triangulation techniques. This study concluded: 1) The gold pawn financing mechanism at BSI KCP Lumajang S. Parman has a very easy process with simple terms and conditions, no interest is charged, financing does not contain gharar and is based on sharia law. 2) Implementation of the mu'nah payment system in gold pawn financing, there is collateral in the form of jewelry or gold bars held by BSI and its security and safety are maintained by imposing mu'nah fees (maintenance fees) which are borne by the customer. Customers who take financing below the predetermined estimated value get a mu'nah discount. The determination of the mu'nah fee discount has been automatically systematized when the officer inputs the nominal financing taken by the customer.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the influence of Syariah financial literacy and financial attitudes on the consumptive behavior of active students of the Sharia Financial Management Study Program. The research method uses an exploratory quantitative approach with samples determined using Cochran's formula and proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis after classical assumption tests. The results of the study showed that Sharia financial literacy and financial attitudes had a significant effect on students' consumptive behavior. These results contributed to strategies for improving financial literacy and controlling consumption behavior, as well as being a cornerstone in the formation of financial education policies based on Sharia values in the campus environment.

Abstract

Bank BTN Syariah is one of the Islamic financial institutions that offers services in storing public funds and providing financing to customers in need, particularly through home ownership financing (KPR). As a sharia-compliant bank, BTN Syariah must carefully assess the eligibility of prospective debtors before approving financing applications. This assessment serves as a preventive measure to minimize potential risks or losses arising from non-performing financing (NPF). To manage these risks, BTN Syariah implements the 5C principle in its creditworthiness evaluation process, which includes Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and economic Conditions. Furthermore, the bank employs several mitigation strategies such as implementing grace periods, rescheduling of principal balances, and restructuring outstanding financing obligations. This study seeks to explore how BTN Syariah applies risk management strategies specifically to its KPR products to reduce the occurrence of problematic financing. A qualitative descriptive method is used, combining literature review with field research through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that KPR financing at BTN Syariah is prone to risks primarily stemming from the inability of debtors to fulfill their repayment obligations. This condition necessitates the presence of an effective risk management system that is responsive, preventive, and adaptive to ensure the bank’s financial stability while upholding sharia principles.
