Abstract

The thesis discussed the effectiveness of task force of the efforts to the removal of trade women and boy who is victims of human . Various policies which created a government pertaining to crimes trade women and children , basically the policy made relatively comprehensive , starting from the constitution of 1945 to regulations below. Effort  task force against the removal of trade women and children is currently still less effective. This can be seen from there are still many the cases of trafficking of women and children. Efforts task force made in to reduce and a handle human trafficking as a form of prevention to be victims , done by means of coordination , socialization , rehabilitation and reintegrated.

Abstract

This article analyzes the factors that influence the exploration of external potential and empowerment for educational success, so that the education of a student in an institution or company is able to place him/her as competent and professional human resources. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and/or other academic online media.The results of this article are that: Determination of Educational Success 1) System Thinking, 2) Empowerment 3) Self Potential, apart from the above determination there are also other factors such as social background , culture and learning process.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengalisis tentang Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam menggali Potensi External dan pemberdayakan untuk keberhasilan Pendidikan, sehingga pendidan seorang siswa dalam suatu lembaga atau perusahaan mampu menempatkan menjadi SDM (yang berkompeten dan professional, Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan atau media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel ini adalah bahwa: Determinasi Keberhasilan Pendidikan 1) Berfikir Sistem, 2) Pemberdayaan 3) Potensi Diri, selain Determinasi diatas juga ada faktor lain seperti latar belakang sosial, budaya dan proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Low understanding of students' cognitive abilities so that it has an impact on the learning outcomes obtained. This study aims to determine the process of teachers teaching numbers to children using number jumping games in developing cognitive abilities about recognizing symbols of numbers 1-10. Qualitative research method descriptive approach about the use of number jumping games used in kindergarten(RA) Azzahra Walantaka using data collection techniques observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research on the use of number jumping games can make it easier for teachers to introduce number symbols 1-10 and can develop children's cognitive abilities. Indicators developed in the number jumping game are students recognize numbers both orally and in writing, students are able to mention the sequence of numbers 1-10, students are able to make a sequence of numbers 1-10 by jumping numbers and students can understand the concept of 1 by 1 correspondence, namely the word one represents one object. The indicator was chosen because it adapts to the symbolic thinking development stage of children aged 4-5, namely recognizing numbers 1-10. In this study it can be concluded that children's cognitive will develop optimally by using number jumping games that are used continuously and teachers provide support and guidance to students.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of leadership style, organizational systems, and work motivation on the effectiveness of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) in Jambi Province. The study focuses on understanding how leadership, organizational management, and teacher motivation can impact the operational success of Islamic high schools (Madrasah Aliyah) in this region. Using a quantitative approach, the research employs path analysis to assess the relationship between these variables. The results indicate that leadership style, organizational systems, and work motivation each significantly affect the performance and effectiveness of these institutions. The study highlights the importance of a well-structured leadership style and an effective organizational system in fostering an environment conducive to educational success. Additionally, teacher motivation is identified as a key factor influencing both individual and institutional performance. These findings provide valuable insights for educational leaders and policymakers aiming to enhance the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah institutions
