Abstract

Abstract

This study developed a dynamic simulation system for single qubit and multi qubit using a Python-based approach, leveraging quantum computing libraries such as Qiskit, NumPy, and Matplotlib. The system is designed to simulate various quantum operations, including Hadamard, Pauli-X, Pauli-Y, Pauli-Z, CNOT, and Toffoli, with integration into a Flask-based web interface for easy user interaction. The simulation results show a high level of accuracy, with a difference of only 0.2% in measurement probabilities for single qubit operations like Hadamard and less than 0.4% for multi qubit operations like CNOT and Toffoli. The tests also demonstrated efficient execution times, ranging from 12 to 25 milliseconds, even for complex quantum operations. Validation against established literature confirms that the system is accurate, efficient, and reliable, making it a valuable tool for supporting learning and research in quantum computing.

Abstract

Indonesia demonstrates considerable maritime potential; however, exploitation of the blue economy remains inadequate, particularly for aquaculture-derived products in Cirebon's coastal areas. As a central aquaculture hub in West Java, Cirebon faces persistent challenges in establishing sustainable value chains, characterized by insufficient value addition, fragmented stakeholder relationships, and incomplete adoption of the blue economy. This investigation pursues three objectives: (1) examining current value chain structures, (2) determining sustainability determinants, and (3) developing enhancement strategies. A mixed-methods analysis involving 190 participants from four sub-districts indicates promising opportunities but is constrained by economic, social, and environmental sustainability challenges. Processing stages yielded the highest value addition (42.4%), while aggregate sustainability was rated 2.67 (Moderately Sustainable), with social factors scoring highest (3.12) and having a positive impact on welfare. Economic-technological dimensions exhibited the strongest interdependence (r=0.675), which directly contributes to improving the economic performance of value chain actors. Establishing integrated fisheries industrial clusters emerged as the foremost strategic imperative for advancing blue-economy-oriented aquaculture downstream activities across Cirebon's coastal territories.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the warehouse operations, there are various factors that must be considered, one of which is the warehouse layout. These factors are often to be underestimated by most manufacturing companies and cause frequent problems with the material being excessive . This problem was also experienced in PT XYZ. Therefore, in this research, the author will analyze the layout of PT XYZ's warehouse, especially the defense material. The PT has a warehouse covering an area of 192 square meters. The method used is the class based storage. The class based storage method is a way to store goods in a warehouse. Goods are divided into three classes, called A, B, and C, and the ABC analysis that has been carried out previously is used to determine warehouse receipt and expenditure activities. It is known that class A has a value of 29.69% with a total of 19 categories, class B has a value of 28.13% with a total of 18 categories, class C has a value of 42.19% with a total of 27 categories. The proposed layout can reduce the excessive of material on the walking area and in storage areas. In the proposed layout for the accumulation of materials in the walking area there is a separate area. The comparison of material movement distance before and after changes to the warehouse layout is 34.1% or 6,914 meters. The results before the changes were 20,273 meters, while the results after the changes were 13,359 meters.
