Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam industri rekreasi berbasis probabilitas telah melahirkan ekosistem permainan daring yang semakin adaptif, salah satunya diwujudkan melalui Slot QRIS 5000. Konvergensi antara mekanisme slot online dan sistem transaksi elektronik seperti OVO, pulsa, serta infrastruktur pembayaran digital lainnya membentuk arsitektur keuangan yang lebih dinamis, memungkinkan partisipasi luas tanpa hambatan struktural yang signifikan. Eksistensi slot QRIS bukan sekadar inovasi transaksional, tetapi juga manifestasi dari evolusi permainan berbasis algoritma stokastik. Situs seperti Wargabet dan Wargaslot mengokupasi lanskap permainan daring dengan menawarkan beragam kategori permainan, mulai dari slot gacor hingga slot maxwin, yang beroperasi dalam spektrum volatilitas bervariasi. Sementara itu, mekanisme slot demo dan akun demo slot berperan sebagai laboratorium eksperimental bagi pemain dalam mengidentifikasi pola distribusi peluang sebelum melakukan interaksi berbasis rupiah secara faktual. Dominasi transaksi berbasis denominasi 5000, atau yang dikenal dengan nomenklatur 5K dan 5rb, menjadi titik temu antara inklusivitas ekonomi dan mobilitas kapital dalam ruang permainan digital. Pada tataran sosiokultural, struktur komunitas dalam permainan slot memperlihatkan segmentasi hierarkis, dengan individu-individu unggul secara statistik yang diidentifikasi sebagai raja dan ratu dalam ekosistem permainan berbasis probabilitas. Narasi ini semakin diperkuat oleh kehadiran pemain yang dijuluki jenius, yakni mereka yang mampu mengonstruksi strategi berbasis analisis prediktif. Dalam konfigurasi ini, harapan tidak hanya menjadi sekadar aspirasi, melainkan entitas yang terkalkulasi dalam logika sistemik, di mana setiap partisipan beroperasi dalam spektrum determinasi rasional guna mengoptimalkan peluang kemenangan dalam lanskap permainan yang telah terstruktur secara matematis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of Character Education and school environment support on inclusivity and ethical behavior among junior and Senior High School students in DKI Jakarta province. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression approach. The sample consisted of middle and high school students who were randomly selected. The results of the validity and reliability test show that the research instrument is valid and reliable. The results of regression analysis showed that the implementation of Character Education and school environment support had a positive and significant effect on inclusiveness and ethical behavior, with character education having a stronger influence. The R2 test of 0.659 indicates that 65.9% of the variation in inclusiveness and ethical behavior can be explained by both independent variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors. In addition, the results of the F test prove that the regression model used is significant in explaining the relationship between variables. These findings underscore the importance of strong character education and a conducive school environment in shaping an inclusive and ethical generation. Therefore, educational institutions are expected to continue to strengthen character education programs and create a learning environment that supports the development of inclusivity and ethical values.

Abstract

Customary law has long been an integral part of social conflict resolution in Indonesia, particularly in communities that still maintain local wisdom. This study aims to explore the role of customary law in social conflict resolution in multicultural societies and propose a model for revitalizing customary law that can be integrated with the state legal system. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving in-depth interviews, document analysis, and field observations in several regions in Indonesia, including Sumatra, Kalimantan, Papua, and Bali. The results show that customary law remains relevant and effective in resolving social disputes through consensus-based mediation mechanisms. However, there are challenges in integrating traditional values ​​with modern legal norms, particularly those related to human rights and gender equality. This discussion proposes a hybrid model that combines customary law with state law, as well as formal recognition of customary mediation outcomes to increase its legitimacy and effectiveness. In conclusion, revitalizing customary law aligned with state legal principles can strengthen legal pluralism in Indonesia and improve inclusive social conflict resolution.

Abstract

Preliminary observation showed that lack of interest toward civic education subject (PKn) was the cause for unenthusiastic attitude in the learning activities. College students regard PKn as a subject that focuses only on rote. The less emphasis on reasoning aspect was the cause for the lack of learning interest toward Civic Education (PKn) among college students. Therefore, it is essential to have a learning strategy that focuses on students and has the ability to create a fun atmosphere needed to improve students’ result on civic education (PKn). For the purpose, we choose Problem Based Learning as a method to improve students’ participation in learning activities which in turn will help improve college students’ result in Civic Education (PKn) subject, especially on students of hospitality study program of Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif. Based on observation result and discussion, it showed that Problem Based Learning was able to improve students and also lecturer activities in the learning process. The learning aspects developed include growing college students’ courage in asking and throwing opinions, motivating and raising enthusiasm among college students, improving college students’ ability in group/class discussion, improving good relationship between college students and lecturer, good relationship among college students and improving college students’ participation in the learning activities. The improvement in college students’ active participation during learning activities was followed by improvement in college students’ achievement. The achievement improvement was considerably higher compared to preliminary observation. ABSTRAKBerdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan pengalaman selama ini, mahasiswa kurang aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran PKn. Mahasiswa nampak kurang tertarik dengan mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) karena selama ini Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) dianggap sebagai mata kuliah yang hanya mementingkan hafalan semata, kurang menekankan aspek penalaran sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya minat belajar. Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) mahasiswa di kampus dengan strategi pembelajaran yang berpusat pada mahasiswa dan penciptaan suasana yang menyenangkan sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn). Dalam hal ini Penulis memilih model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (problem based learning) sebagai upaya meningkatkan partisipasi mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran diharapkan mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar para mahasiswa khususnya dalam matakuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) di Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif, di Prodi Perhotelan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian adanya penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah (problem based learning) mampu meningkatkan peran/aktivitas mahasiswa maupun dosen dalam proses pembelajaran. Aspek-aspek yang dikembangkan meliputi: menumbuhkan keberanian mahasiswa dalam bertanya dan mengemukakan pendapat, motivasi dan kegairahan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, mengembangkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti diskusi kelompok/kelas, hubungan baik mahasiswa dengan dosen, hubungan baik mahasiswa dengan mahasiswa lain dan mengembangkan partisipasi mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran. Dengan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah (problem based learning) menunjukkan adanya peningkatan partisipasi aktif mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran yang diikuti dengan peningkatan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Peningkatan prestasi belajar terlihat pada hasil test pertama dibandingkan dengan hasil test kedua saat penelitian dilaksanakan.

Abstract

This study discusses multimedia's effectiveness for accelerated or post-pandemic low learning at the elementary school level. Very few data findings discuss the effectiveness of post-pandemic technology-based learning. An electronic data search will be carried out on various literature related to the two variables above to overcome this problem. Next, we analyze the data using a phenomenological approach that involves a deep data coding system and high integration and ends with the principle of high validity to answer the issues and problems we have formed above. After going through a series of studies and presentation of existing data, this study is believed to have produced several findings, including the application of multimedia for the elementary level, efforts to accelerate learning loss due to the impact of the Pandemic have proven to be able to provide several conveniences and be innovative in its implementation. The reason is that multimedia attracts learners and allows learning to find new things that cannot be done manually. These findings will be the best contribution to the development of multimedia learning for post-pandemic elementary schools.
