Abstract

This research aims to analyze the reduction of aggressive behavior through group counseling using aversion conditioning techniques in class VIII students at MTs Darul Huffaz. This research used the guidance and counseling action research (PTBK) method with subjects of 10 students selected using purposive sampling. The results of the research showed that in the actions from cycle I to cycle II there was a decrease in students' aggressive behavior. Group counseling service activities in reducing the aggressive behavior of class VIII students at MTs Darul Huffaz had been carried out well. This is proven by the results of the achievement of cycle II results which show a decrease in students' aggressive behavior, namely by 8 students or equal to 80% and these results have achieved the target set by researchers, namely 6 students. Results of the student aggressive behavior questionnaire instrument with group counseling services This research shows that starting from the activities before the action until the research ended, the results were quite satisfactory because there was a decrease in each cycle, namely in cycle I after the service was provided, the average score obtained by students only decreased for 3 students, while students who still experienced behavior aggressive is the same as 7 students. And after the service was carried out in cycle II, the average score obtained by students decreased in aggressive behavior by 8 students, while the students who still experienced aggressive behavior in the moderate category were the same as 2 students and had reached the expected target. Keywords: Group Counseling, Aversion, Aggressive Behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan melakukan penilaian kinerja public di Puskesmas Madising Na Mario Kota Parepare penilaian kinerja dari pelayanan public tersebut bedasarakan dari PERMENPAN No.17 Tahun 2017 yang dimana menilai pelayanan public berdasarkan enam aspek yang sudah tersedia, jenisa dari penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan Analisis Deskriptif. Adapun, sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara desk evaluation, observasi lapangan dan kuesioner. Adapun Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penilian dari kinerja pelayanan public yang diberikan oleh Puskesmas Madising Na Mario Kota Parepare yang diukur berdasarkan PERMENPAN No.17 Tahun 2017, yaitu Cukup (Dengan catatan) dengan nilai 2,21 dengan nilai aspek tertingi adalah aspek Profesionalisme Sumber Daya Manusia dan nilai aspek terendah adalah aspek Inovasi.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of interaction in the family with adolescent selfconfidence in Jorong Cupak Nagari Pakan Sinayan. There are teenagers who do not get good support from their families in carrying out an activity, besides that there are teenagers who do not have good interactions with family members. Meanwhile, with adolescent self-confidence, there is a phenomenon that there are still many teenagers who find it difficult to interact with the surrounding environment. This study aims to look at the interactions of adolescents aged 13-19 years in Jorong Cupak, to see the self-confidence of adolescents aged 13-19 years in Jorong Cupak, and to see the relationship between interactions in the family and the self-confidence of adolescents in Jorong Cupak Nagari Pakan Sinayan. This type of research is correlationalquantitative research. The results showed that the interaction in the family of adolescents aged 13-19 years in Jorong Cupak Nagari Pakan Sinayan was declared good with a percentage of 45.8%,the self-confidence of adolescents aged 13-19 years in Jorong Cupak Nagari Pakan Sinayan wasdeclared good with the percentage is 34.8%, and the relationship between adolescent interactionin the family and adolescent self-confidence in Jorong Cupak Nagari Pakan Sinayan has a closerelationship, which is 72%.

Abstract

he purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a significant relationship between students' social interaction with students' learning interests and how the direction and level of closeness of students' social interaction relationship with students' learning interests in class X even semester at SMA Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. The research method used is descriptive quantitative where in this study the authors distributed questionnaires about social interaction and interest in learning. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between students' social interaction and learning interest, there is a degree of closeness of the relationship between students' social interaction and students' learning interests, there is a level of strength of social interaction in students, there is a relationship pattern between students' social interaction students with an interest in learning and there is a significant relationship between social interaction of students with interest in learning in class X students in the even semester at SMA Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung so that this research was declared acceptedKeywords: Social interaction, interest in learning

Abstract

Arenga pinnata atau dikenal dengan nama aren atau enau merupakan tanaman multifungsi yang dimanfaatkan oleh berbagai suku di Indonesia, termasuk suku Melayu Bangka. Kajian etnobotani merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengetahui pengetahuan lokal dan pemanfaatan A. pinnata secara berkelanjutan. Masyarakat Melayu di Desa Sungkap, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah memanfaatkan dan membudidayakan A. pinnata. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kearifan lokal dan upaya konservasi A. Pinnata. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan etnobotani melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap 14 informan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan mentabulasikan data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masyarakat mengenal A. Pinnata dengan nama enau dan air nira dari A. pinnata dengan nama kabung. Bagian A. pinnata dan pemanfaatannya oleh masyarakat yaitu akar (obat tradisional), batang (gagang cangkul/kapak, junjung sahang, kayu bakar), bunga (nira), tulang daun (batang), dan ijuk (ijuk sapu, septic tank). Sari enau digunakan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan gula aren untuk dijual. Masyarakat lokal memiliki kearifan yang disebut “Pepatah sel” yang diyakini masyarakat Desa Sungkap secara turun temurun yang dibacakan selama proses pengambilan air nira. Masyarakat Melayu Desa Sungkap melakukan konservasi dengan cara melakukan penaburan benih aren secara pribadi dan dibuatkan desa konservasi aren oleh pihak desa sebagai bentuk konservasi A. pinnata.
