Abstract

Arabic is one of the languages of communication and also the language of religion. therefore most Muslims learn Arabic to make it easier to understand the contents of the holy book Al- Qur'an 'an and to explore the religious side. This research is a library research (Library Research). The library method is a suitable method in this research. Because in this case library sources such as books and journals will be used to collect various data relating to instilling the values of monotheism in learning Arabic.  This study aims to   determine  the importance of understanding the Arabic language. Learning Arabic requires carefulness and seriousness since the tools of knowledge acquired in Arabic will not be easily understood in a short learning times. Therefore, one who wants to understand Islam well is highly recommended to study Arabic seriously as the most impossible thing he can do. That is because by learning Arabic, he will be able to understand every meaning of Islamic teachings contained in the holy book Al- Qur'an which has been written in Arabic. The results of this study indicate that there is an urgency to learn Arabic in the realm of Islamic education when viewed from the perspective of human life, structurally related to cultural tools.

Abstract

Islamic education in the digital era faces various challenges, particularly in shaping students' character to develop strong moral and spiritual resilience. One approach to addressing these challenges is integrating Sufism values into the Islamic education system. This study employs a library research method by analyzing various relevant literature on the role of Sufism in character education. The findings indicate that Sufism can be an effective solution in tackling moral degradation, Islamic identity crises, and the negative influences of technology among young generations. The revitalization of Sufi values in education can be implemented through strengthening spirituality in the curriculum, adopting a holistic learning approach, and utilizing technology for da'wah and character education. Through these strategies, Islamic education not only focuses on academic aspects but also shapes students with a balance of intellectual and spiritual qualities.

Abstract

Arabic speaking skills (maharah kalam) is an important aspect in Arabic learning, especially for students in college. However, there are still many students who have difficulty in speaking Arabic actively. This community service activity aims to describe the lecturer's assistance in improving students' speaking skills through the outing class program. This community service activity uses the participatory action research method. The results of the study showed that outing classes accompanied by lecturers intensively were able to increase students' courage in speaking, enrich vocabulary, and train speaking skills effectively. Students showed high enthusiasm for this method because the learning atmosphere became more enjoyable and contextual. In conclusion, assistance in the outing class program is an effective strategy in improving students' Arabic speaking skills and can be implemented sustainably as an alternative learning method.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work discipline on employee performance at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Office. The sample size of this study was 58 employees. The results of the research on the partial test of competency variables affect employee performance at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Office. Work Discipline affects the performance of employees at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Office. Then the Simultaneous Test between competency and work discipline variables influences employee performance at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Office. Partially, competence affects employee performance at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Service with a value of tcount (2.395) greater than ttable (2.004). Partially, work discipline affects employee performance at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Office with a value of tcount (3.557) more than the value of ttable (2.004). Simultaneously competence and work discipline affect employee performance at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Office with a Fcount (13.578) greater than Ftable (3.168).

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang dakwah Rasulullah di kota Madinah dengan berbagai strategi yang dilaksanakan untuk pengembangan dakwah Islam dan pelaksanaan piagam madinah dalam mendorong perubahan sosial. Madinah sebagai kota yang heterogen dan multikultural memiliki keunikan dibanding kota Mekkah yang menjadi awal pelaksanaan dakwah Rasulullah Saw. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis historis melalui sumber-sumber kepustakaan. Penulis mengumpulkan data memalui sumber dokuemtasi yang relevan dengan kajian ini. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa dakwah yang dilakukan oleh Rasulullah di Madinah menjadi titik awal peningkatan perkembangan dakwah Islam saat itu. Kesuksesan dakwah ini, tidak terlepas dari upaya rasulullah dalam membangun komunitas muslim yang kuat dan bersinergi melalui pembangunan masjid sebagai pusat komunitas, mempersaudarakan kamum Muhajirin dengan Asnhor, membangun komunikasi dengan  berbagai unsur masyarakat yang memiliki latar belakang berbeda, dan pembuatan kesepakatan bersama dalam bentuk piagam Madinah. Dan juga, piagam Madinah ini berkontribusi besar pada perubahan sosial masyarakat Madinah, sehingga mampu bersinergi dan berkontribusi untuk kesejateraan dan kemajuan.     This article aims to explain the Prophet's preaching in the city of Medina with various strategies implemented for the development of Islamic preaching and the implementation of the Medina Charter in encouraging social change. Medina as a heterogeneous and multicultural city is unique compared to the city of Mecca which was the beginning of the Prophet's da'wah. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a historical analysis approach through literature sources. The author collects data through documentation sources that are relevant to this study. The results of this study explain that the preaching carried out by the Prophet in Medina became the starting point for the increased development of Islamic preaching at that time. The success of this da'wah is inseparable from the efforts of the apostle of Allah in building a strong and synergized Muslim community through the construction of a mosque as a community center, brotherhood between the Muhajirin and Asnhor, building communication with various elements of society that have different backgrounds, and making a mutual agreement in the form of the Medina charter. Also, the Medina charter contributed greatly to the social change of Medina society, so that it was able to synergize and contribute to prosperity and progress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan yang dilakukan orang tua dan masyarakat dalam memberikan pendidikan agama pada anak, apa saja usaha yang dilakukan serta untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan agama pada anak di Barak Neuheun. Untuk memperoleh data yang konkret penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik penelitian Library Research dan Field Research, sedangkan teknik penarikan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan dilaksanakan dalam dua pusat pendidikan yaitu keluarga dan masyarakat. Usaha orang tua dalam melaksanakan pendidikan agama yaitu dengan memberikan penyajian di rumah serta dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai agama. Sedangkan dalam masyarakat dibentuk kelompok pengajian khusus bagi anak-anak dengan materi-materi keagamaan. Faktor pendukung pendidikan agama di barak Neuheun adalah kesadaran orang tua dan masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan agama bagi anak. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah ekonomi keluarga yang menyebabkan tersitanya.
