Abstract

This paper discusses the teacher's perception of the application of the full day school system at SMAN 1 Citeureup. This research is motivated by the existence of an innovation in education set by the government about the school day that is full day school. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research with field research approach. The research data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) Some teachers respond positively to the full day school policy, if the school is able to support all aspects needed by both teachers and students, starting from the concept of managing a full day school learning that is well planned, structured and directed so that it is more effective in carrying out the learning process and the development of adequate facilities and infrastructure (2) teachers' perceptions about the advantages of full day school systems can be a solution for parents who care about the moral crisis that is being experienced by students at this time. Furthermore, as a means of improving the quality of student morals for the better, and to maximize student time to be more useful by developing students 'talents, interests and creativity (3) teachers' perceptions of the weaknesses of full day school lies in the technical implementation in schools, the lack of student socialization with the surrounding environment inadequate places of residence and facilities and infrastructure (4) management of full day school learning in SMAN 1 Citeureup in accordance with PP No. 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards which include program planning, implementation and evaluation.

Abstract

Improving Early Childhood Intelligence Through Integrative Learning of Science and the Qur'anThe Qur'an and science are a whole that cannot be separated. The Al-Quran supports humans to think logically regarding the existence of various things around them, especially regarding the creation of this universe. Likewise, science is created from human critical thinking about the objects around it. This integrative learning model needs to be introduced early on to children at the Early Childhood Education level. This research aims to see the impact of science and religion integrative learning for early childhood. This research is a qualitative-phenomemological research with the research object Raudhatul Athfal Bait Qurany Attafkir, Ciputat. This study found that, 1) the learning process is carried out in an integrative manner, such as conducting science experiments on students and then explaining the facts contained in the Al-Qur'an, 2) the concept of integration of science and the Qur'an in RA Bait Qur'any tends to systematic synthesis, namely instilling the concept indirectly to students that scientific objects are God's creation. The process of learning science is an effort to observe, classify, analyze and take lessons in order to build knowledge and lead to belief in the oneness of Allah and encouragement to be bound by Allah's rules. This research proves that science learning that integrates with the Qur'an can be taught from an early age. Science learning is friendly to children's growth and development because learning is not only built on the logic of thinking in the Qur'an but also based on developmental psychology and the level of thinking of early childhood. The integration of science and Al-Qur'an learning in RA Bait Qur'any is in thematic form with an experimental learning approach, logical thinking, and stimulates five children's intelligences, namely religious, moral, social, emotional and cognitive intelligence

Abstract

Judaism and Islam are two religions that were revealed by Allah to humans, both religions are equipped with holy books as a guide for their people, the Torah is the Jewish holy book and the Qur'an is intended as the holy book of Islam, both the Torah and the Qur'an are the same contains the word of Allah SWT. The original Torah text had reported the arrival of the Prophet Muhammad, complete with his physical characteristics, but when Rasulullah was sent as a prophet, the Jews actually denied it because he did not come from the Children of Israel as the Jews hoped. The rejection of Muhammad as the last prophet was the source of tension in communication patterns between Jews and Muslims. This communication tension is getting stronger due to the actions of Jews who are trying to commit apostasy against Muslims because they feel that their religion is the truest. The Koran explicitly states that Jews will not be happy with Muslims until Muslims follow the path of the Jewish religion. The Qur'an also reminds us that the group that is most hostile to Muslims is the Jews, so Muslims need to be careful in establishing communication with Jews.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendidikan sosial berbasis al-Qur’an dan Pancasila dapat membentuk masyarakat madani di Indonesia. Sesuai dengan spirit Pancasila, terlebih lagi dengan ajaran Islam yang terkandung di dalam al-Qur’an, masyarakat madani yang tumbuh dan berkembang di Indonesia, harus berlandaskan atas Ketuhanan yang Maha Esa. Masyarakat madani memiliki peran sebagai sambungan paling penting antara rakyat dan negara dengan proses pembentukan peradaban pemerintahan yang baik dan bersih. Masyarakat madani Pancasilais yang bermoral, sadar hukum dan beradab mampu mewakili masyarakat umum atau rakyat dalam memperjuangkan kepentingan bersama kepada pemerintahan. Lebih lanjut, masyarakat madani akan menyokong pemerintahan yang berupaya memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat umum

Abstract

This paper discusses the concept of leadership in the Qur'an. This literature study confirms that the concept of khilafah which means the replacement of predecessors both individually and in groups based on the Al-Quran and sunnah is general in nature (imâmah and imârah are included in it), theological and sociological in nature. While the imâmah is a leadership institution that is often used by doctrinal Shia groups. Imârah which is also a leadership concept in the Qur'an has a more social nuance and is almost unrelated to aspects of Islamic doctrine so that it is more sociological in nature. Because the concept of khilafah already includes all leadership concepts, namely containing theological, sociological, even phenomenological dimensions, then humans should have understood why every human being was created by Allah as a caliph on earth, because a caliph already has profane and transcendental dimensions. From art then this writing can at least become a new discourse in the world of leadership in Islam

Abstract

Education plays an important role in the development of a country, Indonesia is no exception. Good education management will give birth to superior human resources born from the education space, on the other hand, poor education management cannot be a driving force for the progress of the nation. In the context of Indonesia, there is still a lot of homework in the world of education that needs to be addressed seriously, for example in the aspect of government policy on education and the quality of teaching staff, another problem is the inequality of educational infrastructure, especially in remote areas. It is very important to take collective steps to solve problems in the world of education. At the elite level, it takes the government's intention and awareness to realize policies that favor the world of education, especially regarding the amount of the budget for the education sector, the education budget should still need to be increased if you want to achieve quality education. Islam pays special attention to education, there are many verses in the Qur'an that explain education, even specifically Islam views noble people who have knowledge by elevating their degrees.

Abstract

Dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI), ketentuan nusyūz -pembangkangan dalam rumah tangga- hanya berlaku untuk istri dan diatur secara rinci oleh Pasal 80, 83, dan 84, dengan konsekuensi hukum berupa gugurnya hak nafkah istri. Sebaliknya, Al-Qur’an Surah (QS) An-Nisa (4): 128 secara jelas mengakui kemungkinan nusyuz yang dilakukan oleh suami, mencakup sikap kasar, tidak memenuhi kewajiban materi (nafkah) maupun non-materi (kasih sayang, hubungan intim), hingga ketidakadilan dalam poligami. Dengan demikian, di sini terjadi ketimpangan antara al-Quran dan KHI, sehingga dibutuhkan kajian ulang terhadap QS 4: 128 untuk mengaudiensi KHI pasal 80-84 sehingga tercipta peraturan yang didasarkan kepada ‘pandangan dunia al-Quran’ (Quranic worldview). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan relativisme budaya untuk menganalisa data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui investigasi dari undang-undang serta konteks dan fitur linguistic QS 4: 128. Penelitian ini menemukan terjadinya kekosongan hukum positif mengenai nusyuz suami yang berpotensi menciptakan ketidakseimbangan dan ketidakadilan bagi istri yang menghadapi perilaku nusyuz dari suaminya. Kekosongan ini terjadi karena apabila pembangkangan dalam rumah tangga dilakukan oleh istri, maka disebut nusyuz, sementara apabila pembangkangan dilakukan oleh suami, maka disebut KDRT (Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga). Ini menunjukkan kepada kerancuan pemahaman terhadap dua terminology ini, karena istri bisa saja melakukan KDRT, sementara suami bisa saja melakukan nusyūz. Penelitian ini memberi rekomendasi agar pengaturan hukum positif Indonesia perlu ditinjau ulang untuk mencerminkan prinsip keadilan Islam yang lebih inklusif dan seimbang, sebagaimana pandangan dunia al-Quran, guna memastikan perlindungan hukum yang setara bagi kedua belah pihak dalam perkawinan.

Abstract

This article tries to explain the method of interpreting the Qur’an bil Qur’an or the method of interpreting the verses of the Qur’an with other verses of the Qur’an. This research uses a qualitative methodology with literature review techniques. In this section, a study is carried out regarding the concepts and theories used based on the literature review. The literature in question is books and articles that discuss methods or styles in interpreting the Al-Qur’an whose primary source is the book Rules of Tafsir by Salman Harun (Professor of Tafsir Science at UIN Jakarta).  Through the literature review method, this article finds research results that the form of interpretation of the Al-Qur’an with the Al-Qur’an is essentially divided into two models: First, muttashil interpretation. Second, the interpretation is munfashil. The process of interpreting the Qur’an with the Qur’an is done in at least two ways: First, through history. Second, through notes. The forms of interpretation of the Qur’an with the Qur’an, including: Bayan Al-Mujmal, Takhsisul ‘Amm, Al-Bayan bi Al-Manthuq aw Bi al-Mafhum, Taqyidul Muthlaq.
