Abstract

Uswatun hasanah adalah istilah dalam bahasa Arab yang dapat diterjemahkan sebagai "teladan yang baik" atau "contoh yang baik". Dalam konteks pendidikan akhlak untuk anak usia dini, metode uswatun hasanah mengacu pada pendekatan yang menekankan pada memberikan teladan positif dan mengembangkan karakter moral dan etika melalui contoh-contoh yang baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan library research atau penelitian tinjauan pustaka dengan mengutip dari berbagai macam sumber referensi tentang pendidikan akhlak anak usia dini dengan menggunakan metode uswatun hasanah. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa guru mencontohkan tawadhu' melalui kebiasaan apabila bertemu dengan guru atau atasan; mencontohkan tawadhu' dengan menghargai pendapat orang lain sehingga mereka tidak merasa seperti yang terbaik; dan mengajak orang untuk sholat berjamaah. Penggunaan metode uswah hasanah untuk mencontohkan rasa tanggung jawab kepada siswa dengan mencontohkan sikap tolong menolong, melakukan kunjungan atau menjenguk siswa yang sakit atau terkena musibah, dan mematuhi peraturan sekolah dan agama. Di antara faktor pendukungnya adalah kesadaran siswa, contoh guru, kerja sama dan dukungan orang tua, dan sarana dan prasarana. Faktor penghambatnya adalah sebagai berikut: Penyalahgunaan perangkat; Lingkungan siswa; Latar belakang yang berbeda, dan Pengawasan sekolah yang terbatas.

Abstract

Improving Early Childhood Intelligence Through Integrative Learning of Science and the Qur'anThe Qur'an and science are a whole that cannot be separated. The Al-Quran supports humans to think logically regarding the existence of various things around them, especially regarding the creation of this universe. Likewise, science is created from human critical thinking about the objects around it. This integrative learning model needs to be introduced early on to children at the Early Childhood Education level. This research aims to see the impact of science and religion integrative learning for early childhood. This research is a qualitative-phenomemological research with the research object Raudhatul Athfal Bait Qurany Attafkir, Ciputat. This study found that, 1) the learning process is carried out in an integrative manner, such as conducting science experiments on students and then explaining the facts contained in the Al-Qur'an, 2) the concept of integration of science and the Qur'an in RA Bait Qur'any tends to systematic synthesis, namely instilling the concept indirectly to students that scientific objects are God's creation. The process of learning science is an effort to observe, classify, analyze and take lessons in order to build knowledge and lead to belief in the oneness of Allah and encouragement to be bound by Allah's rules. This research proves that science learning that integrates with the Qur'an can be taught from an early age. Science learning is friendly to children's growth and development because learning is not only built on the logic of thinking in the Qur'an but also based on developmental psychology and the level of thinking of early childhood. The integration of science and Al-Qur'an learning in RA Bait Qur'any is in thematic form with an experimental learning approach, logical thinking, and stimulates five children's intelligences, namely religious, moral, social, emotional and cognitive intelligence

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi promosi pariwisata yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Banten melalui akun Instagram @visitbanten.id, menggunakan teori AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share). Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas penggunaan Instagram sebagai media promosi untuk menarik minat wisatawan domestik dan internasional. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa strategi konten yang diterapkan, seperti penggunaan gambar berkualitas tinggi, video pendek, fitur Highlights, dan kontes foto, mampu menarik perhatian audiens dan mendorong mereka untuk mencari informasi lebih lanjut serta mengunjungi destinasi wisata di Banten. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa kendala, termasuk keterbatasan anggaran, kurangnya konten dalam bahasa Inggris, dan rendahnya tingkat engagement dengan pengikut. Akun @visitbanten.id perlu meningkatkan responsivitas terhadap komentar dan interaksi pengguna untuk membangun hubungan yang lebih erat dengan audiens. Peningkatan kualitas konten yang lebih inklusif dan responsif serta optimalisasi penggunaan fitur media sosial diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas promosi pariwisata Banten, menarik lebih banyak wisatawan, dan memperkuat posisi Banten sebagai destinasi wisata pilihan di tingkat nasional dan internasional. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas promosi pariwisata melalui media sosial, khususnya dalam menarik lebih banyak wisatawan domestik dan internasional ke Banten.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic which lasted for approximately three years starting from 2020 to 2022, the global community in general, including in Indonesia, especially in the scope of the world of education, migrated to digital platforms comprehensively, including all elements that support the continuity of the implementation of learning, including in it includes the ease of getting references as online/online learning resources. This convenience certainly has a dichotomy that needs to be addressed wisely because starting from the abundance of learning sites available on the internet, special criteria are needed in order to provide authentic and accountable learning resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Learning Motivation of homeschooled students. This study uses a quantitative approach with analytical observational research using a cross-sectional approach, while the data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and questionnaires. For data analysis, the researcher uses correlational analysis. The research subjects were taken from the criteria determined by the researcher, namely the subjects were students who attended the homeschooling program at the Nurul Syarofa Islamic Boarding School in Bogor and were willing to be research subjects. The results of the study showed that in accordance with Law No. 20/2003 on the National Education System "Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have spiritual religious strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state". The results of the study showed that 30 student samples or 100.0% of them were not motivated to learn Islamic Religious Education in the homeschooling program. There is a significant relationship between two variables that have an impact on student motivation according to the results of statistical tests where the probability value is 0.015

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of regional employment policies on labor productivity and employment absorption in Banten Province. A quantitative approach was employed using an explanatory research method through surveys of active workers in the industrial, trade, and service sectors. Primary data were collected using questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and official local government documents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings reveal that employment policies have a positive and significant effect on both labor productivity and employment absorption. Labor productivity also positively influences employment absorption. Job training programs are identified as the most effective policy indicator, while job placement services require improvement, particularly through the utilization of digital technology. The study recommends strengthening cross-sector coordination, optimizing digital job market platforms, and integrating employment policies with regional investment strategies to create a productive, inclusive, and competitive labor market.
