Abstract

Information technology is developing very fast and is increasingly strengthened by the existence of the internet that has spread throughout the world. With the internet, the flow of information is increasingly spinning to the public and information technology applications have begun to emerge. These applications make it easy for people who use them, including e-mail, video conferences, mailing lists, chat, e-learning, and others. This paper implements an e-learning system as an Islamic mentoring in the Department of Information Engineering. The e-learning system has the potential to make the mentoring process more effective, because the interaction are wider open. Mentees can communicate with their mentors anytime via the internet. Through e-learning, mentees can continue learning even if they are not physically present at weekly mentoring meetings. Mentoring activities become very flexible because it can be adjusted to the availability of mentee time. Learning activities occur through mentee interaction with learning resources available in e-learning applications and can be accessed from the internet. This e-learning application can be used as a supporting facility of Islamic religious mentoring using conventional methods where mentoring participants meet weekly with their respective mentors. With e-learning applications on Islamic mentoring, mentees can interact with their mentors wherever and whenever they are. With the prerequisites, they are connected to the internet.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the silent killer diseases known as cardiovascular disease. Increased blood pressure and an unbalanced lifestyle can increase the risk factors for the emergence of various diseases such as coronary arteries, heart failure, stroke, and kidney failure. The purpose of this research is to determine the blood pressure lowering effect of inggir-inggir fruit ethanol extract on normotensive Wistar rats and to determine the blood pressure lowering effect of inggir-inggir fruit ethanol extract on hypertensive Wistar rats. This study uses an experimental method that is to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable with the research stages. The results of statistical analysis showed that the EEBI group doses of 50 mg / kg bw, 100 mg / kg bw and 150 mg / kg bw were not significantly different (p> 0.05) with the control group (CMC-Na 0.5%) or the positive comparison group (bisoprolol) in reducing TDS, TDD, DJ and TAR of normotensive Wistar rats. The results of statistical analysis showed that EEBI doses of 50 mg / kg bw, 100 mg / kg bw and 150 mg / kg bw can reduce TDS, TDD, and TAR of hypertensive Wistar rats significantly (p < 0.05) compared to the normal group without any administration and the CMC-Na 0.5% control group but could not reduce the DJ of hypertensive Wistar rats significantly (p> 0.05) with the normal group without any administration and the CMC-Na 0.5% group. EEBI dose of 50 mg/kg bw is the best group to reduce TDS, TDD and TAR.

Abstract

Pengembangan inovasi di sektor UMKM memang harus selalu di lakukan oleh seorang pebisnis. Mengingat kegiatan UMKM ini juga merupakan faktor penggerak ekonomi di sebuah negara, tidak terkecuali di negara Indonesia. Sudah tidak menjadi sebuah rahasia bahwa perekonomian negara banyak yang di pengaruhi oleh kegiatan bisnis yang termasuk kegiatan UMKM, bisa terdiri dari masyarakat berpendapatan rendah, berpendapatan menengah maupun berpendapatan tinggi. Seperti contoh UMKM yang beroperasi di bidang bahan makanan pokok nasional, apalagi yang menjadi ciri khas dari negara tersebut. Tempe merupakan salah satu makanan pokok yag menjadi ciri kha dari negara Indonesia, yang mana pengusahanya sudah dari berbagai kalangan. Hal ini juga termasuk salah satu jenis UMKM yang berada di desa Kebonsari kecamatan Yosowilngun Kabupaten Lumajang. Dengan data dan keadaan asli bahwa kebanyakan di desa tersebut memang banyak UMKM produksi tempe yang masih cukup tradisional baik pengolahan, pengemasan hingga pemasaran. Oleh karena itu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis riset kali ini mempunyai program kerja yang salah satunya ialah pelatihan mengenai inovasi baru olahan tempe “tempe ungkep”. Pelatihan ini bertujuan agar UMKM maupun kader-kader di desa kebonsari khususnya UMKM produksi tempe dapat berinovasi mengenai produksi tempe, pengemasan tempe, maupun pemasaran tempe sehingga dari inovasi tersebut dapat memberikan dampak baik berupa peningkatan income baik untuk desa maupun pelaku usaha.

Abstract

Profesionalisme guru sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuannya memanfaatkan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran, untuk menunjang kelancaran tugas profesinya. Dalam melaksanakan kompetensi pembelajaran, guru dituntut memiliki kemampuan secara metodologis dalam hal perancangan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, terutama penggunaan strategi dan metode pembelajaran. Fasilitas merupakan suatu sarana yang harus tersedia untuk mempermudah kegiatan belajar di sekolah. Sarana adalah segala perangkat peralatan, bahan, dan perabot digunakan untuk proses belajar mengajar di sekolah, seperti gedung, ruang belajar, media belajar, meja, dan kursi. Salah satu isu yang ada di Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Ulum yaitu kurangnya dukungan fasilitas belajar di Madrasah Diniyah, seperti pengadaan bangku belajar, kurangnya bahan ajar sesuai kebutuhan bakat dan minat santri serta minimnya akses teknologi pendidikan serta kurang memadainya shariyah madin. Melihat dan mendalami dari kondisi yang ada di lokasi pengabdian, maka mahasiswa pkm-br mengawali kegiatan dengan memberikan inovasi kepada para pengelola Yayasan tersebut tentang pengertian akan pentingnya kegiatan belajar yang efektif terhadap peserta didik. Adapun kegiatan yang dipakai dalam pembelajaran di madin miftahul ulum mahasiswa PkM-BR menggunakan metode ceramah, metode hafalan dan metode, dan yang paling utama mengadakan meja belajar sebagai sarana belajar mengajar yang efektif, Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode EBR (Empowerment-Based Research) dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah ECA-EVARED (Exploration, Create and Action, Evaluation and Dissemination). Pada tahap Exploration, dilakukan identifikasi di lokasi dampingan, bahwa adanya kondisi sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai,, seperti pengadaan bangku belajar, kurangnya bahan ajar sesuai kebutuhan bakat dan minat santri serta minimnya akses teknologi pendidikan serta kurang memadainya shariyah madin, melihat kondisi demikian maka dipandang perlu untuk meningkatkan efektifitas belajar melalui sarana dan prasarana, terutama pengadaan bangku belajar, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kebutuhan akan sarana seperti meja belajar sangat mendukung efektifitas belajar, dengan bukti adanya semangat siswa untuk belajar dalam kondisi yang nyaman.
