Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengunjung di Taman Tebet Eco Park, Jakarta. Taman ini telah menjadi salah satu daya tarik utama bagi masyarakat urban sebagai ruang terbuka hijau yang menawarkan berbagai fasilitas rekreasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden. Kuesioner tersebut dirancang untuk mengukur dimensi-dimensi kualitas pelayanan, seperti kebersihan, keamanan, kenyamanan, serta keramahan petugas taman, dan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Aspek kebersihan dan keamanan taman, serta keramahan dan profesionalitas petugas, menjadi faktor-faktor utama yang menentukan kepuasan pengunjung. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di Taman Tebet Eco Park diharapkan dapat memperkuat daya tarik taman ini, meningkatkan tingkat kunjungan, serta berkontribusi dalam pelestarian dan pengelolaan ruang terbuka hijau di kawasan perkotaan.

Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of social media presence on the consumer’s buying behavior and their allegiance to the brands which are represented on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Because social media is now becoming one of the most important marketing platforms, it is important to understand how it impacts a consumer’s decision. Survey research method was used and cross-sectional quantitative approach was used whereby data was collected from 500 actively using social media users aged 18-45 years. The interaction between SM interaction, buying behavior, and brand patronage was determined using descriptive and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation, Multiple regression and ANOVA. To recap the findings, the study shows that the overall interaction with social media through multiplied advertisements, endorsement by influentials, and active use of brand content is very much positively linked to consumers’ expenditure and brands’ steadiness. Furthermore, the investigation proved that the sharing platforms like Instagram and TikTok, which provide more of the picture and video content, have a stronger impact on the client’s impulsive buying and short-term behavior compared to the traditional media. Further, brand communities and customized customer engagements through the social media platforms played central roles in creating lasting customer relationship and customer loyalty. This research indeed tries to fill the foregoing lacuna in the literature by providing the empirical investigation into the correlation between social media consumption and consumers thus underlining the relevancy of the interactive communication and digital marketing for maintaining customer continuity and loyalty. These insights are useful for any organizational entity who would like to implemented social media as a marketing tool for promotional campaigns as well as customer retention.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas yang diprosikan dengan current ratio dan kepemilikan instiusional terhadap kebijakan dividen yang dimoderasi oleh cash position. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Penelitian ini menggunakan EVIEWS versi 10. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur Sub Sektor Food and Beverange selama periode 2017-2021 sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Dengan metode purposive sampling dengan cara mengambil sampel dari populasi yang peneliti tentukan dengan menggunakan kriteria tertentu. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan diperoleh 45 sampel data dari 9 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen; 2). kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen; 3). cash position memoderasi pengaruh likuiditas terhadap kebijakan deviden; 4). cash position memoderasi pengaruh kepemilikan institusional terhdap kebijakan deviden. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of asset structure, profitability, business risk and company size on capital structure with the effective tax rate as a moderating variable in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research time period used was 5 years, namely the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 24 companies were obtained that met the criteria. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. The research results show that fixed asset structure has a positive effect on capital structure, profitability has a negative effect on capital structure, while business risk and company size have no effect on capital structure. Effective tax rate is able to moderate the positive influence of asset structure on capital structure, but cannot moderate the influence of profitability, business risk and company size on capital structure. Asset structure, profitability, business risk and company size together influence the capital structure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap manajemen laba pada perusahaan LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan melalui teknik studi kepustakaan berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2020 – 2022. Pemilihan teknik model estimasi data panel menggunakan uji chow, uji hausman dan uji lagrange multiplier. Penelitian ini juga melakukan uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen laba, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,0192, dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari < 0,05. Leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap manajemen laba, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,1254, dimana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari   > 0,05. Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,2961, dimana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari > 0,05.

Abstract

This study addresses the growing need to understand key drivers of financial performance in manufacturing firms amid increasing demands for corporate accountability and operational efficiency. It aims to examine the effects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Deferred Tax on financial performance, with Firm Size as a moderating variable, using data from manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2019 to 2023. Employing panel data regression analysis via EViews 9, the study uses purposive sampling to select 12 firms (60 observations). Findings reveal that TATO and deferred tax have a positive and significant impact on financial performance, while CSR does not. Firm size strengthens the effects of TATO and deferred tax but does not moderate the CSR–performance relationship. The study’s novelty lies in integrating CSR, asset efficiency, and deferred tax within a moderated model in the context of Indonesian manufacturing firms. It contributes theoretically by enriching financial performance literature and practically by guiding strategic decision-making in similar industrial settings.
