Abstract

The goals of suitable instructional model were for creating the condusive condition in teaching and learning process. With the condusive condition the students would be more active and fun in learning the materials. The conventional method was one of the engender students’ achievement were low. Based on the background, the problem statement here, was there an Effect of Tutorial Instructional Model Based on E-Learning Towards Students’ TIK Subject Matter Achievement in X SMAN 1 East Praya, Central Lombok in Academic Year 2016/ 2017?. While the purposed of this study was for knowing the Effect of Tutorial Instructional Model Based on E-Learning Towards Students’ TIK Subject Matter Achievement in X SMAN 1 East Praya, Central Lombok in Academic Year 2016/ 2017. Further more, this study used Cluster Random Sampling in taking sample. Besides that the collecting data here used tests as a main method while the documentation, observation and interview as acomplement method. Thus for the data analysis used T-test. Based on the data analysis found t-test as a 4,475 and t- table 2,048 in significance level 5% with d.b (N-1)= 29-1= 28. On the other words t-test was bigger than t-table (4,475> 2,048) which means (Ha) was accepted and (Ho) was rejected thus for, there was an Effect of Tutorial Instructional Model Based on E-Learning Towards Students’ TIK Subject Matter Achievement in X SMAN 1 East Praya, Central Lombok in Academic Year 2016/ 2017. Shortly, this study was “significance”.

Abstract

This research focuses on showing the application model of role playing learning by using image media in MI NW Aik Anyar  Sukamulia East Lombok students. By applying the learning model, it does not escape the condition of students who are less effective in following the learning provided by the teacher. By seeing the lack of effectiveness in teaching, teachers apply the role playing learning model. This research is a Classroom Action Research, with data collection such as observation, and tests. The results found that when the teacher applied the role playing method model in cycle I to 23 students or 70% and improved  again  in cycle II so that student learning completeness reached 92% or 31 students. Thus it can be said that, the role playing method is a very effective method for teachers to apply in teaching MI NW Aik Anyar Sukamulia East Lombok students.

Abstract

This research discusses the complexity of school-based management as a strategy to improve teacher quality. In the ever-evolving era of education, the role of school-based management becomes crucial in creating an effective learning environment. The concept of complexity is applied to describe the dynamics, interactions and challenges involved in managing teachers together in an educational environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a focus on the implementation of school-based management and its impact on co-teachers at SD Negeri 3 Tirtanadi. Data were collected through interviews, observation and document analysis related to education policy. The research findings show that the complexity of school-based management includes factors such as leadership, stakeholder engagement, professional development and organisational culture. The results provide deep insights into how schools can effectively manage these complexities to improve teacher quality. The practical implications of this research involve crafting education policies that support the implementation of school-based management, empowering school leadership and strengthening collaboration among stakeholders. As such, this research makes a significant contribution to the understanding of the complexities of school-based management as a strategic endeavour in improving teacher quality in the contemporary education era.

Abstract

This study aims to develop innovative project assessment instruments that are relevant to improving reading skills in Arabic language learning. The focus of this study is on the Grade IX Arabic Textbook published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the need for assessment methods that can encourage students to understand texts deeply, critically, and contextually, in accordance with the demands of today's learning. This study used library research method strengthened by content analysis to explore the optimal strategies and approaches in developing project-based assessment instruments. The findings show that the instrument can be designed through activities such as text analysis, summarization, and interpretive discussion. The instrument is accompanied by an evaluation rubric that covers vocabulary understanding, text structure, content analysis, and the ability to reflect the meaning of the text in the context of daily life. This innovation is expected to improve students' reading ability while honing critical thinking skills and appreciation of Arabic texts. In addition, this instrument provides teachers with a comprehensive and measurable evaluation tool to objectively monitor student progress. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of Arabic language learning in Indonesia through an interactive and applicable approach, so that it can meet the needs of modern education in improving maharatul qiro'ah effectively and continuously.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang membentuk ekspektasi melalui analisis wawancara mendalam yang melibatkan enam partisipan. Temuan ini menyoroti peran kunci dari Citra Destinasi, Pengalaman Masa Lalu, Informasi Media Sosial, Keyakinan Umum, Word of Mouth (WOM), dan Jenis Hiburan dalam membentuk ekspektasi wisatawan. Wawasan ini memberikan perspektif penting penting bagi industri pariwisata untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran, manajemen ekspektasi, dan kepuasan pengunjung. Meskipun ada keterbatasan dalam jumlah partisipan dalam pendekatan kualitatif, temuan ini diharapkan untuk membantu destinasi wisata dalam menciptakan pengalaman wisata yang memuaskan dan berkelanjutan di pasar yang kompetitif dan dinamis Abstract This study explores the factors shaping tourist expectations through an in-depth interview analysis involving six participants. The findings highlight the key roles of Destination Image, Past Experiences, Social Media Information, Common Belief, Word of Mouth (WOM), and Types of Entertainment in shaping tourists' expectations. These insights provide crucial perspectives for the tourism industry to enhance marketing strategies, expectation management, and visitorsatisfaction. Despite limitations in the number of participants in the qualitative approach, these findings are expected to assist tourist destinations in creating satisfying and sustainable travel experiencesin a competitive and dynamic market
