Abstract

the number of motorized vehicles increases every year, especially private vehicles and is not offset by inadequate access until the road becomes more crowded, even traffic jams occur, especially during public holidays and national holidays. for example, during eid holidays there is a density of traffic flow when going back and forth every year, with the development of current technology the density of traffic flows that occur can be calculated so that it will be easier to anticipate in the future. but in this study only will examine the parameter values that cause the vehicle to occur density and accumulation, because it can be developed with parameter values so that the results can be obtained efficiently in solving traffic density. From the results of the anfis method, efficiency is obtained, namely on h-1 and h days of 2014, and 2017 can use Parameters with magins of 6,3% and 4,32%, while 2015 and 2016 can use parameters with margins 1,79% and 0,79%. and for the h + 1 day of 2014, 2016, and 2017, it is more efficient to use parameters with margins 1,4% and only parameters in 2015 which have the efficiency value using parameters with margin -6,17. anfis application in this calculation can be developed in a prediction system.

Abstract

Pelatihan ergonomi dan kesehatan keselamatan kerja (K3) pada penggunaan gas LPG rumah tangga ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap potensi bahaya serta penerapan tindakan pencegahan yang tepat di lingkungan rumah. Kegiatan pelatihan difokuskan pada edukasi penggunaan peralatan gas yang sesuai standar, pemeliharaan tabung dan regulator, serta penataan ruang dapur secara ergonomis guna meminimalkan risiko kecelakaan dan gangguan kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, simulasi langsung, dan diskusi kelompok. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terkait aspek ergonomi dan K3, serta perubahan perilaku positif dalam penggunaan LPG secara aman. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model edukasi berkelanjutan untuk menciptakan lingkungan rumah tangga yang lebih aman dan sehat.

Abstract

The PEM Akamigas Warehouse Laboratory serves as a vocational learning facility in oil and gas logistics, providing practical experience for students. However, the current warehouse layout is inefficient due to unstructured material placement and suboptimal movement flows. This research aims to redesign the warehouse layout using the Class based storage (CBS) approach, beginning with ABC-based classification of materials by movement frequency. Simulations were conducted using rectilinear distance analysis and evaluated across three storage modes: general storage, Dedicated Storage, and CBS. Results indicate that the proposed layout significantly reduces operational time, especially in CBS mode, which demonstrated uniform improvements in operator activity, run time, and transporter time. The CBS-based layout successfully streamlines material flow, optimizes warehouse space utilization, and enhances the realism of practical learning. Thus, the redesigned layout is not only more efficient but also supports educational objectives aligned with logistics industry standards.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the selection of land transportation vendors for fuel oil (BBM) at PT. XYZ using the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) technique. Land transportation of fuel oil (BBM) has a high complexity that involves aspects of safety, delivery reliability, and compliance with HSSE standards. PT. XYZ faces challenges such as delivery delays and safety risks that can disrupt distribution continuity. The SAW method was chosen to evaluate vendors objectively based on predetermined weighted main criteria, such as operational performance, fleet capacity, and service flexibility. The data used is existing vendor data, analyzed to produce systematic, transparent, and measurable vendor selection decisions. The results of the study are expected to provide strategic recommendations to improve the efficiency, safety, and reliability of fuel oil distribution at PT. XYZ, while supporting the principle of “Delivering Energy with Excellence” and strengthening national energy security in a sustainable manner. This approach places PT. XYZ in an adaptive position to future energy distribution challenges.ANALISIS DATA OPTIMASI PEMILIHAN VENDOR TRANSPORTIR BBM MODA DARAT DENGAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING DI PT.XYZ  Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan pemilihan vendor transportir Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) moda darat di PT. XYZ menggunakan metode Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) dengan teknik Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Distribusi BBM melalui moda darat memiliki kompleksitas tinggi yang melibatkan aspek keselamatan, keandalan pengiriman, dan kepatuhan terhadap standar HSSE. PT. XYZ menghadapi tantangan seperti keterlambatan pengiriman dan risiko keselamatan yang dapat mengganggu kontinuitas distribusi. Metode SAW dipilih untuk mengevaluasi vendor secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria utama yang telah ditentukan bobotnya, seperti performa operasional, kapasitas armada, dan fleksibilitas pelayanan. Data yang digunakan merupakan data vendor yang sudah ada, dianalisis untuk menghasilkan keputusan pemilihan vendor yang sistematis, transparan, dan terukur. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, keselamatan, dan keandalan distribusi BBM di PT. XYZ, sekaligus mendukung prinsip “Delivering Energy with Excellence” dan memperkuat ketahanan energi nasional secara berkelanjutan. Pendekatan ini menempatkan PT. XYZ pada posisi yang adaptif terhadap tantangan distribusi energi masa depan.

Abstract

This study investigated linguistic racism in Indonesian EFL classrooms, where Standard English dominated and marginalized regional linguistic identities. Employing Critical Race Theory, raciolinguistics, and postcolonial applied linguistics, it analyzed observations, interviews, and discourse from three junior high schools in Medan. Findings revealed that regional accents and non-standard grammar were policed, corrected, and ridiculed, fostering internalized hierarchies that equated fluency with whiteness and global prestige. English-only policies and Anglo-American curricular content further silenced diverse voices, perpetuating colonial language gatekeeping. Emotional harm, identity suppression, and peer surveillance exacerbated students’ withdrawal and conformity pressures. Nevertheless, students resisted through translanguaging, code-switching, parody, and peer support, asserting hybrid identities and challenging hegemonic norms. The study called for pedagogical reforms embracing culturally responsive and inclusive approaches that validated multilingualism, dismantled linguistic hierarchies, and promoted equitable English learning. This shift was vital to transform classrooms from sites of exclusion to spaces where diverse linguistic identities were empowered.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan appraisal terhadap aset tetap berupa Armada Mobil Tangki (AMT) yang beroperasi di sektor industri migas di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Proses penilaian dilakukan dengan menerapkan tiga pendekatan utama, yaitu Pendekatan Pasar, Pendekatan Biaya, dan Pendekatan Pendapatan, guna memperoleh estimasi nilai wajar aset secara komprehensif. Selain itu, dilakukan pula analisis kelayakan investasi menggunakan metode Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Modified Internal Rate of Return (MIRR) untuk menilai prospek ekonomi dari pengoperasian aset tersebut.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai perolehan aset sebesar Rp174,5 miliar dengan akumulasi penyusutan selama 8 tahun sebesar Rp21,8 miliar per tahun, yang mengurangi nilai buku menjadi nol di akhir masa ekonomis. Berdasarkan pendekatan pendapatan, dengan asumsi arus kas masuk Rp50 miliar per tahun dan tingkat diskonto 10%, diperoleh NPV sebesar Rp92,2 miliar dan IRR sebesar ±26,2%, yang menunjukkan kelayakan finansial yang kuat. MIRR juga menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan realistis dengan mempertimbangkan reinvestasi arus kas pada tingkat WACC. Secara keseluruhan, proyek investasi AMT dalam distribusi migas dinilai layak dan menguntungkan, serta dapat menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan pengembangan atau penggantian aset.
