Abstract

The research was carried out because the children could not align eye observations with hand movements, the limited media used by the teacher in play activities, and the lack of training related to fine motor activities. This study aims to determine the results of fine motor development through playing making key chains. Researchers used classroom action research methods with 13 children aged 5-6 years, using data collection techniques by observation, documentation and interviews. Observations of the first cycle, stated that children with criteria for starting to develop there were 4 percentages of 30.76%. The criteria for developing according to expectations are 4 percentages 30.76%, the criteria for developing very well 5, the percentage is 38.46%. Cycle II stated that of the 13 children who started to develop, there was 1 with a percentage of 7.69%. Developing Criteria According to Expectations 5, the percentage is 38.46%. Criteria for Very Good Development 7, the percentage is 53.84%. Reports on the results of cycles 1 and 2 stated that children experienced an increase in their fine motor skills with a percentage of 20% better than their pre-cycle.

Abstract

This article aims to examine how schools build social care characters in early childhood through storytelling and market day. This is a preventive effort against the decline in social skills and empathy in early childhood, along with the challenges of technological development. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of field research (field research) in the context of a case study. The subjects of this study were teachers of classes A and B. The methods used were observation, interviews (to principals and teachers) and documentation at Taud Saqu Al Binaa Kota Cirebon. The results showed that Taud Saqu Al Binaa conducted social care character education at early childhood by compiling programs in the form of storytelling of the Palestinian people's conflict and market day in the context of fundraising (philanthropy) to help Palestinians who are experiencing conflict with Israel. One of the attempts to build social care to children is by integrating this kind of behavior in their daily lives so as to make them get accustomed to the attitudes and actions. The process of inculcating social care characters in students, there are two stages: first is the example of the teacher; second is habituation that must be done continuously. Meanwhile, in strengthening the two stages, several programs, namely: philanthropy, takjil on the road, donations for victims of natural disasters, social services, distribution of qurban meat and qurban food security

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan media digital pada pembelajaran di jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini. Tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui tahapan dari penggunaan media Digital Flashcarddalam pengenalan literasi pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kelompok A dengan usia 4-5 tahun yang terdiri dari 18 siswa di salah satu TK di Kecamatan Purwakarta dan 2 guru kelas pada kelompok A. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, dan wawancara. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan analisis tematik melalui enam tahapan, diantara tahap pengenalan data, tahap perolehan kode awal, tahap pencarian tema, tahap peninjauan tema, tahap penamaan tema, dan tahap penulisan. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa penggunaan media digital flashcard ini perlu melalui beberapa tahapan, di antaranya tahap pengenalan, tahap penjelasan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap mengajukan pertanyaan, dan tahap pemberian reward. Tahapan tersebut dapat membuat pembelajaran lebih terarah, bermakna dan membuat anak lebih tertarik. Artikel ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis digital.
