Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explain the planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation and impact of self-esteem development in improving educator performance in TKIT 2 Qurrota A'yun Ponorogo. It employed qualitative research design. The result of data analysis showed that  self-esteem development process in improving educator's performance in TKIT 2 Qurrota A'yun Ponorogo in accordance with theory of function of planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of self-esteem development. The development of self-esteem in TKIT 2 Qurrota A'yun Ponorogo has a positive impact in improving the performance of educators as well as supports the development activities of self-development and career of educators. This is in line with the theory of the characteristics of self-esteem development activities and the variables that affect performance.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan dampak pengembangan self-esteem (harga diri) dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik di TKIT 2 Qurrota A’yun Ponorogo. Desain penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Berdasarkan proses pengumpulan dan analisis data, penelitian ini menghasilkan: proses pengembangan self-esteem dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik di TKIT 2 Qurrota A’yun Ponorogo sesuai dengan teori fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pengembangan self-esteem. Pengembangan self-esteem di TKIT 2 Qurrota A’yun Ponorogo berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik dan juga dapat mengcover kegiatan pengembangan diri maupun pengembangan karir pendidik. Hal ini sesuai dengan teori ciri-ciri kegiatan pengembangan self-esteem dan variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas metode pembelajaran Sing a Sing untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas I Pondok Pesantren“Darul Muhajirin” Purwantoro dalam mata pelajaran Tajwid melalui penerapan metode Sing a Song. Subjek penelitian adalah kelas I Pondok Pesantren“Darul Muhajirin” Purwantoro yang berjumlah 24 siswa, terdiri atas 10 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri atas dua siklus dengan desain setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahapan, yaitu tahap pertama adalah Planning (merencanakan), tahap kedua adalah acting (melaksanakan), observing (observasi) dan tahap ketiga adalah reflecting (merefleksi). Data penelitian didapatkan selama penelitian tindakan sampai penilaian akhir tindakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada hasil tes awal setelah adanya tindakan pada siklus I dari 16 siswa terdapat 8 siswa yang tuntas (66, 67%), sedangkan pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 22 siswa (91,67%). Dengan demikian dapat dibuktikan bahwa penerapan metode Sing a Song pada mata pelajaran Tauhid kelas I Pondok Pesantren“Darul Muhajirin” Purwantoro dalam Tauhid Bab III Hal Nabi dan Rosul memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research was driven by the researcher’s concern over the rapid development of the digital era, which demands that teachers equip students with critical thinking skills to face emerging challenges. Higher order thinking skills are essential for students to adapt to technological advances while maintaining a strong foundation in Islamic Religious Education values. This study aims to examine the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) strategy in Islamic Religious Education at State Vocational High School 1 Ponorogo and its impact on enhancing students' higher order thinking skills. Using a qualitative approach and case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model: data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. Validity was ensured through triangulation. The findings show that PBL was implemented through five stages: setting objectives and presenting problems, forming groups, guiding group work, student presentations, and evaluation. The implementation of PBL had a significant positive impact on students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. Moreover, it enhanced students’ critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in learning Islamic Religious Education. Overall, PBL proved to be an effective strategy in fostering higher order thinking among students in the digital age.

Abstract

This study examines whether Constitutional Court Decision No. 62/PUU-XXII/2024, which abolishes the presidential threshold for presidential and vice-presidential candidates, aligns with concepts in fiqh siyasah. Using qualitative library research and a descriptive-analytical method, the analysis applies the fiqh siyasah framework to assess the decision. The findings reveal that the abolition reflects the principle of al-Musawah—equality of rights for all citizens—an essential element in Islamic political thought. This concept includes both civil and constitutional rights, supporting inclusive political participation. The study also highlights scholarly views that the hadith restricting leadership to the Bani Quraish is no longer applicable. Therefore, the Court’s ruling aligns with Islamic jurisprudence, aiming to guarantee equal access to constitutional rights for all, without lineage-based restrictions. In conclusion, the decision mirrors the goals of fiqh siyasah by promoting equality and inclusivity within the democratic process in accordance with Islamic political values.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed the way individuals manage their personal finances. Migrant students often face challenges in recording income and expenses, controlling budgets, and maintaining consistent saving habits. This study aims to design a mobile-based financial management application using the Design Thinking approach, which consists of five main stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. Observations and interviews were conducted with four migrant students to understand their financial management habits and challenges. The results of the user needs analysis were translated into an intuitive UI/UX design with key features such as transaction recording, budget reminders, and financial reports. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) indicated that the application has a high level of ease of use and can enhance individual financial management effectiveness. Thus, this study is expected to contribute to the development of digital solutions that assist individuals in achieving financial stability

Abstract

Time is something that is expensive and cannot be repeated. The inability of a person to manage it will impact on his daily life. This research aims to provide counseling to children regarding the importance of time management. The research approach used is a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis uses triangulation techniques. This counseling had a positive impact on the discipline of children in the Nurut Tilawah Balong Al-Qur'an Education Park. They understand more about self-discipline and want to change behavior in everyday life. They are also enthusiastic about participating in activities at the institution, they are even able to make a schedule to get used to discipline.

Abstract

Morals are an order in social life that regulates behavior that is permitted or prohibited to be carried out by a person. In reality, the moral education taught in schools has not been fully accepted by children. Therefore, support from family and environment is needed. Especially when someone has been faced with real social life. Moral degradation is still a topic that is increasingly discussed in various levels of society. This research aims to provide education to the public about the importance of moral education in society. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the research show that the implementation of outreach about the importance of community moral education in Tosanan village, Kauman sub-district, Ponorogo regency went through several stages: Initial preparation, Opening, Delivery of outreach material, Discussion, Evaluation, Closing and Follow-up. The implications of counseling about the importance of moral education in society have a positive impact. This is proven by an increase in public understanding of moral education. People's behavior is more organized than before and noble morals are always prioritized in everyday life.

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah adanya keresahan peneliti terkait kurangnya pemahaman peserta didik terkait makna bulan Ramadan. Dimana sebagian mereka hanya mengetahui puasa hanya sebatas menahan lapar dan haus saja. Hal ini tentunya membutuhkan alternatif solusi agar mereka memahami makna Ramadan secara utuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan Pondok Ramadan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Ponorogo serta dampaknya terhadap pemahaman peserta didik tentang makna bulan Ramadan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis datanya menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Pengecekan keabsahan temuan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pondok Ramadan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Ponorogo terbagi dalam tiga jenis kegiatan utama, yaitu: kegiatan ibadah rutin, kegiatan pembelajaran, kegiatan penguatan karakter. Dampak pelaksanaan kegiatan Pondok Ramadan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik tentang makna bulan Ramadan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Ponorogo adalah positif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya beberapa aspek, yakni: aspek spiritual: peningkatan kesadaran beribadah dan pemahaman agama; aspek sosial: munculnya empati dan kepedulian; aspek moral: terbentuknya perilaku jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
