Abstract

Science learning is still often considered difficult. But basically, it will feel easy if it is based on interest. Ecology and biodiversity material, which mostly contains theory, requires a strategy to get students interested, namely by associating something around them with that material. Based on this, research was carried out with the aim of developing an interactive student book called the Etintec Student Book on ecology and biodiversity based on the ethnoscience of culture typical of Ponorogo Regency. This research is development research with a modified model from 4D to 3D with stages including defining, designing, and developing. In the define stage, things are found that become a reference for designing innovative products, starting from learning problems to development goals. At the design stage, the Etintec Student Book product was produced including layout design, material preparation (narration, comics, Ponorogo cultural reviews), evaluation preparation consisting of crossword puzzles (TTS), digital evaluation with quizizz (QR Code), and project evaluation. And at the development stage validation was carried out on several learning media experts from science teachers and lecturers with a score of 3.58, meaning that this product can be used with minor improvements. This research can be continued with the field practice test phase and the effectiveness test so that later the Etintec Student Book can be widely used and the dissemination stage can be carried out.

Abstract

The existence of technological developments accompanied by the demands of the times, requires the quality of education that is effective and efficient for the realization of advanced human resources. Therefore Indonesia plans to implement the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to address education problems. One of the things that can be done is through the development of animated video-based learning media through the plotagon application. The existence of animated video learning media is expected to improve the quality of student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the plotagon animated video learning media on science subjects in junior high school class IX on biotechnology in the food sector. The method used in this research is R&D (Research and Development), which is a method that can produce certain products and is tested for its effectiveness through the development of science learning media in the form of biotechnology animation videos. The results of this study indicate that animated video-based learning media through the plotagon application are preferred by students because they are easy to understand. So it can be concluded that if the animated video of the plotagon is used as a learning medium and applied in the learning process, it can improve the quality of learning outcomes and the quality of education in the future.

Abstract

The low understanding of students in receiving learning materials makes the grades and achievements of these students tend to be lower, this is caused by several factors. As for one of the factors related to the understanding of students in receiving learning materials and the success of the learning process, especially science subjects, namely the metacognitive abilities of these students. To be able to attract students' interest in learning and also to be able to improve the metacognition abilities of students, especially in science subjects, a learning model is needed and accompanied by an appropriate and effective approach so that it can attract students' interest in learning and can also improve students' metacognition abilities. In conducting research, the type of research used is experimental quantitative research. The population in this study were seventh grade students at MTs Darul Huda Ponorogo, where the samples taken were students of class VII-32 totaling 24 students and class VII-33 totaling 25 students. This study used observation methods, response questionnaires, and metacognition tests as data collection instruments. Based on data analysis, it was found that the implementation of the learning process using the NHT (Numbered Head Together) model based on SSI (Socioscientific Issue) at MTs Darul Huda was very well implemented, students' responses to the learning process using the NHT (Numbered Head Together) model based on SSI (Socioscientific Issue) obtained 95% very good response, After conducting the N-Gain test to determine the effectiveness of the learning model applied by researchers, it can be seen that the use of the NHT (Numbered Head Together) method is quite effective in improving the metacognitive abilities of students in science subjects on environmental pollution material.

Abstract

Pembelajaran daring memiliki banyak tantangan tanpa terkecuali pada mata kuliah Bioteknologi di IAIN Ponorogo Bioteknologi merupakan pemanfaatan makhluk hidup yang direkayasa untuk dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan manusia Ketika pembelajaran daring sulit untuk melakukan pembelajaran secara efektif Salah satu model yang sesuai untuk diterapkan ketika pembelajaran daring yaitu Project Based Learning< em> PjBL Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif Teknik pengumpulan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner Penerapan model yang sesuai ketika pembelajaran daring dapat memaksimalkan hasil dari kegiatan belajar mengajar khususnya kemampuan berpikir peserta didik Penggunaan model pembelajaran yang tepat juga dapat digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan khususnya ketika masa pandemi Covid 19 Berdasarkan hasil penelitian model pembelajaran PjBL mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa IPA di IAIN Ponorogo dilihat dari indikator kreativitas berupa kelancaran dalam berpikir fluency< em> keluwesan flexibility< em> elaborasi ellaboration< em> dan orgininalitas originality< em> Mahasiswa IPA mampu menemukan ide ide baru terkait produk bioteknologi mulai dari olahan makanan hingga pertanian Keberhasilan mahasiswa IPA dalam membuat produk olahan bioteknologi memberikan mereka ide untuk mengembangkannya dalam bidang wirausaha dan penelitian lanjutan untuk kedepannya < p>

Abstract

Digitalisasi dalam pembelajaran diyakini mampu mendukung era globalisasi dengan melatih kemampuan berpikir mahasiswa melalui media digital pembelajaran tiga dimensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penerapan media digital pembelajaran tiga dimensi berbasis augmented reality. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan teknik angket untuk menjaring persepsi mahasiswa dengan Google form. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap perwakilan mahasiswa di dua negara, Indonesia dan Malaysia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa begitu tertarik ketika proses pembelajaran menggunakan media digital seperti augmented reality dengan persentase lebih dari 50%. Hal ini bisa disimpulkan bahwa perlu dikembangkan dan disosialisasikan lebih lanjut ke dua negara bahwa augmented reality sangat penting dalam pembelajaran khususnya topik sosiosaintifik. Topik sosiosantifik merupakan pendekatan dalam pembelajaran yang biasanya dalam penjelasan materinya membutuhkan simulasi tiga dimensi sehingga kedepannya sangat cocok mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality.
