Abstract

Science learning is still often considered difficult. But basically, it will feel easy if it is based on interest. Ecology and biodiversity material, which mostly contains theory, requires a strategy to get students interested, namely by associating something around them with that material. Based on this, research was carried out with the aim of developing an interactive student book called the Etintec Student Book on ecology and biodiversity based on the ethnoscience of culture typical of Ponorogo Regency. This research is development research with a modified model from 4D to 3D with stages including defining, designing, and developing. In the define stage, things are found that become a reference for designing innovative products, starting from learning problems to development goals. At the design stage, the Etintec Student Book product was produced including layout design, material preparation (narration, comics, Ponorogo cultural reviews), evaluation preparation consisting of crossword puzzles (TTS), digital evaluation with quizizz (QR Code), and project evaluation. And at the development stage validation was carried out on several learning media experts from science teachers and lecturers with a score of 3.58, meaning that this product can be used with minor improvements. This research can be continued with the field practice test phase and the effectiveness test so that later the Etintec Student Book can be widely used and the dissemination stage can be carried out.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam mengatasi perilaku Amoral anak TK di RA Nurul Hasan Gelang Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengenai peran guru PAUD dalam penanaman Amoral anak usia dini di Raudlatul Athfal Nurul Hasan Desa Gelang Kec. Sumber Baru Kab. Jember yaitu guru: 1). Berperan sebagai pembimbing, guru mengarahkan metode bercakap-cakap kepada anak-anak, 2). Berperan sebagai pelatih, guru menanamkan norma melalui pembiasaan yang baik, 3). Berperan sebagai motivator, dengan cara memberi motivasi atau mendorong anak dengan memberi pujian serta rangsangan berbagai kegiatan yang disukai anak, 4) Berperan sebagai inspirator, melalui pemberian contoh menggunakan media berupa gambar atau cerita bergambar bahkan guru tersebut yang menjadi model/contoh bagi anak didiknya. 5)Berperan sebagai evaluator, guru berperan sebagai penilai/evaluasi yang dilakukan dengan cara menilai norma yang ditampilkan anak.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to preserve the traditional game cublak-cublak suweng as an effort to divert children's attention from gadget addiction in the form of the role of parenting in Dukuh Dempok Village. In Dukuh Dempok Village, there are problems experienced by young children, namely that the majority of young children there have experienced a lack of social interaction between early childhood with their parents and the surrounding environment, including their peers, where children play with gadgets more often and this results in lack of obedience to parental orders. The role of effective parenting is like the role of parenting in the family, which means the habits of parents in leading, nurturing and guiding children in the family. Nurturing means taking care of it by caring for it, educating it, guiding it by helping it, and training it in all things. Because every child has the right to receive growth and development that is appropriate to his or her stage of development. Through traditional games, the role of parents is very necessary to encourage children's social emotional development, especially children's social interactions. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research was located in Dukuh Dempok Village, Wuluhan District, Jember Regency. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of parental parenting in Dukuh Dempok Village through the traditional game cublak-cublak suweng influences social interactions and can instill character education in early childhood. In line with this, the role of parenting provided by parents (especially mothers) in Dukuh Dempok Village towards early childhood is: a). The role of parents as companions, b). The role of parents as financial support, and c). The role of parents as Preservers of Traditional Culture

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan serta menganalisa temuan praktik baik peningkatan kualitas kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui kegiatan komunitas belajar di TK IT BUAH HATI KITA. Permasalahan yang ditemukan sesuai hasil observasi ialah terdapat guru di lembaga pendidikan yang kompetensi pedagogiknya kurang sehingga menyebabkan kesenjangan kompetensi pedagogik antar guru. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat dilakukan ialah melaksanakan kegiatan komunitas belajar. Metode penelitian ini ialah kualitatif deskriptif dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tiga langkah: Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan Kesimpulan. Komunitas belajar di TK IT BUAH HATI KITA dapat membantu guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik. Melalui pengalaman dari guru senior dan materi praktik baik guru, komunitas ini memberikan pengetahuan penting bagi guru. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan diantaranya pertemuan rutin, workshop, diskusi, observasi, pengembangan media pembelajaran, dan mentoring yang menciptakan lingkungan belajar serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas kompetensi guru.  Dengan adanya deskripsi praktik baik  yang telah ditemukan,  penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan baru serta dapat membantu peningkatan kualitas kompetensi pedagogik guru di seluruh lembaga pendidikan.
