Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) mengapa masyarakat Suku Bugis di Kelurahan Kabonena Kecamatan Ulujadi Kota Palu melakukan Tradisi Mabbaca Doang. 2) makna Mabbaca Doang terhadap masyarakat Suku Bugis di Kelurahan Kabonena Kecamatan Ulujadi Kota Palu. 3) fungsi Mabbaca Doang pada masyarakat Suku Bugis di Kelurahan Kabonena Kecamatan Ulujadi Kota Palu. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan individu sebanyak lima orang informan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1. Masyarakat suku Bugis setempat melakukan tradisi mabbaca doang di masyarakat Suku Bugis di Kelurahan Kabonena Kecamatan Ulujadi Kota Palu yaitu karena mabbaca doang dianggap sebagai warisan leluhur yang layak untuk dipertahankan karena prosesinya yang tidak begitu memberatkan dan niatnya karena Allah dan jika mabbaca doang ini tidak dilakukan, mereka percaya bahwa akan ada sesuatu hal yang akan menimpa hidup mereka. 2. Makna mabbaca doang bagi masyarakat Suku Bugis masyarakat Suku Bugis di Kelurahan Kabonena Kecamatan Ulujadi Kota Palu yaitu pertama sebagai bentuk rasa syukur kepada Tuhan dan yang kedua sebagai penolak bala. 3. Fungsi mabbaca doang bagi masyarakat Suku Bugis di Kelurahan Kabonena Kecamatan Ulujadi Kota Palu yaitu sebagai perwujudan religi yang berisi tentang keyakinan-keyakinan individu terhadap apa yang telah diberikan Tuhan kepadanya dan mengintensifikasikan solidaritas sosial.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in social studies learning for students at SMP Alkhairaat Tandaigi, Siniu District, Parigi Moutong Regency. The focus of the discussion in this study is how the social science teacher understands at Alkhairaat Tandaigi Middle School, Siniu District, Parigi Moutong Regency about the 2013 Curriculum and How to Implement the 2013 Curriculum in Social Sciences at Alkhairaat Tandaigi Middle School, Siniu District, Parigi Moutong Regency. The method that the author uses in this study is a qualitative research method. With data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the social studies teacher's understanding of the 2013 curriculum is that the 2013 curriculum is a follow-up to the previous curriculum. This competency-based 2013 curriculum focuses on the acquisition of certain competencies by students. Therefore, students are required to be more active and skilled at the time of learning. With the 2013 curriculum, it is not only focused on students, but teachers are also required to be more creative in teaching. Because the teacher is one of the human components in the teaching and learning process that plays a role in efforts to shape the behavior of students. And the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in social studies subjects was obtained from interviews with social studies teachers and school principals that had gone well. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum, which means that it has been applied in total using the 2013 curriculum. The obstacles in implementing the 2013 curriculum in social studies lessons at Al Khairaat Tandaigi Junior High School, Siniu District, Parigi Moutong Regency, namely, in implementing the 2013 curriculum, students and teachers need quite a long time to develop the curriculum. understand and adapt to the new model learning system offered by the government in the 2013 curriculum. With this method not all teachers are able to assess using 5M in the learning process, in the 2013 curriculum which is still difficult to apply Package books provided by the government are still lacking and limited facilities and infrastructure as learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) integration in learning Social Studies in the digital era. The background of this research is the urgent need to improve the quality of education through pedagogical innovations that utilize technological advances. In the context of modern education, ICT has great potential to enrich learning experiences, increase student participation, and deepen understanding of social studies materials. The research method used is mixed methods which combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. Quantitative data will be obtained through questionnaires completed by students and teachers, while qualitative data will be collected through in-depth interviews and classroom observations. The samples of this research are social studies students and teachers in several junior high schools (SMP) in Bekasi City that have implemented ICT-based learning. The results of the study are expected to provide an overview of the extent to which ICT integration in social studies learning can improve learning motivation, active involvement of students, as well as learning outcomes. In addition, this study will also identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of ICT in social studies classrooms, as well as provide practical recommendations for educators and educational policy makers. The conclusion of this research is expected to contribute significantly to the development of innovative and effective learning methods, as well as supporting efforts to improve the quality of social studies education in the digital era.
