Abstract

This paper discusses the Dynamics of Women's Education in Islamic History. In tracing the history books, the work of Islamic historians relating to women's education in general in the Islamic world and in Indonesia since the classical era, setbacks, reforms, found the dynamics and variations of public appreciation of educational opportunities for women. In some historical periods, women are considered second-class citizens, so they do not have access to education and self-development that is equal to men. While in the view of Islam men and women have the same position. This study concludes that in the history of Islam in a period of decline, women were not only restricted in attending education but they were marginalized and prohibited from participating in social activities. In the classical and renewal period, women and men have the same position in terms of education and social activities.

Abstract

Abstract

Salah satu alasan yang mendominasi terjadinya perceraian di rumah tangga adalah adanya syikak, yaitu perselisihan dalam perkawinan yang tidak dapat diselesaikan oleh suami isteri. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pokok masalah: Bagaimana mediasi yang dilakukan aparatur KUA Kecamatan Lo. Bangkurung dalam penyelesaian kasus syikak di Kecamatan Labobo dan Bangkurung? Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui proses mediasi dan implementasi teknik bimbingan dan konseling pada kasus-kasus syikak yang dilakukan aparatur KUA Kecamatan Lo. Bangkurung pada penyelesaian kasus syikak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus (dirasah al-halah), yaitu meneliti tentang kasus-kasus yang terjadi dalam satu komunitas yang diteliti, pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Pendekatan psikologis, dan Sosiologis, Dengan menggunakan tiga teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu : observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data-data disajikan secara deskriptif-fenomenologis. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proses mediasi yang dilakukan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu: Pertama, Seleksi Kasus (Screening) yang Memerlukan Mediasi, Kedua Persiapan Mediasi, . Ketiga, Pertemuan Awal, Keempat, Tahap Mediasi, Dan Implementasi teknik bimbingan dan konseling efektif mendukung keberhasilan proses mediasi kasus-kasus syikak ditinjau secara psikologis disebabkan beberapa hal, yaitu: Pertama, Pengelolaaan Kesan (Impresssion Management) sebagai Konselor, Kedua, Pembentukan Raport, Ketiga, Mengelola Frustasi Klien. Data tersebut menperlihatkan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan mediasi KUA Kecamatan Lo. Bangkurung selama tahun 2016 s.d. 2017 terlihat tinggi, yaitu 16 kasus atau 80 %, sedangkan tingkat kegagalannya sangat rendah, yaitu 4 kasus atau 20 %. Dari 4 kasus yang gagal dimediasi maka, yaitu 3 kasus syikak akibat penelantaran keluarga dan 1 kasus syikak disebabkan kawin paksa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi metode bimbingan dan konseling berhasil mendukung efektivitas mediasi tersebut. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Proses mediasi terhadap kasus syikak yang dilakukan oleh Kepala KUA Kecamatan dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan utama untuk menyelesaikan syikak tersebut sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh penelitian ini. Apabila mediasi menciptakan kesepakatan damai di antara suami isteri maka maka perdamaian tersebut dikukuhkan dalam bentuk perjanjian tertulis yang menjadi pegangan utama suami isteri sebagai para pihak yang dimediasi. Proses mediasi seperti ini lebih efisien karena tidak memerlukan biaya dari pada diselesaikan secara litigasi melalui lembaga peradilan, serta lebih efektif karena diselesaikan secara mufakat di antara kedua belah pihak, hasilnya berupa konsensus yang dituangkan dalam perjanjian tertulis yang ditaati oleh kedua belah pihak sehingga menghindari munculnya perselisihan yang sama di kemudian hari, dan dapat menghindarkan perceraian.

Abstract

This study also aims to explain the form of strengthening character education in learning Islamic cultural history and explain the development of students' character education through learning Islamic cultural history at MI Alkhairaat Pombewe. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The research was conducted at MI Alkhairaat Pombewe, Sigi Biromaru District. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques that the authors use are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Based on the results of this study indicate that the form of strengthening character education in learning the history of Islamic culture in MI Alkhairaat Pombewe that the implementation of strengthening character education in learning the history of Islamic culture in MI Alkhairaat Pombewe in class III has been implemented by teachers and has instilled character values to students. The form of strengthening character education is that the teacher has implemented religious values, honesty values, tolerance values, discipline values, curiosity, and creativity. The development of students' character education through learning Islamic cultural history at MI Alkhairaat Pombewe is the implementation of character education activities at school has fulfilled the objectives of the planned activities. It has been determined that there is a positive impact obtained, especially class III students at MI Al-Khairaat Pombewe. With this character education program, the school has become more comfortable, clean, violations of school rules have decreased. And from this evaluation it is said that the implementation of the character education program has taken place and succeeded well. The implication of this research is that the competence of SKI teachers must continue to be improved through activities within the school either through peer tutors or bringing in outside sources. So that character education will be more quickly socialized and implemented in all subjects.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low learning interest of students in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI). The conventional learning approach used by teachers is considered less attractive to students. To overcome this, teachers began using animated videos as learning media to convey material more engagingly. This study aims to examine how the application of animated video learning can increase students' interest in SKI, and what supporting and inhibiting factors are involved. The research used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of animated video learning followed the stages of teaching well and succeeded in increasing students’ attention, enthusiasm, and active participation. Supporting factors include its ability to attract attention and make learning more enjoyable, while inhibiting factors include limited facilities and unstable internet. This research suggests that SKI teachers should continue developing the use of animated videos to create more effective and enjoyable learning experiences.

Abstract

This research analyzes the Multicultural Islamic Religious Education Learning (MIREL) at SMKN 1 Poso in building religious harmony as a conflict resolution. Conflict socio-religious become a critical problem regarding diversity in schools and society. Meanwhile, Islamic religious education provided in schools does not prioritize a multicultural perspective, which includes the practices of different religions and other cultures. This study uses qualitative field research with a case study approach and data analysis, according to Miles and Huberman. Results show that this school carries out the MIREL formally-textual and informally-textual. Learning formally-textual is held through three stages. At the beginning stage, teachers contextualize the values of example and self-control through exemplary stories from the prophets. In the main stage, the teachers integrate the values of tolerance, harmony, democracy, unity, concern, and justice by presenting material that includes faith, morals, jurisprudence, and the history of Islamic culture. Teachers instill multicultural values of cooperation and responsibility in the closing stage by assigning group tasks. The school holds informally textual learning through the Religious Saturday program collaboration in cross-cultural, socio-religious, and humanitarian activities. This research has implications for strengthening the MIREL in schools to build sustainable religious harmony among students and society in the post-conflict area.
