Abstract

ABSTRAK / ABSTRACT Penelitian ini berusaha menjelaskan proses komodifikasi pekerja (wartawan) di Koran Radar Bekasi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengembangkan kerangka pemikiran teori ekonomi politik media yang pintu masuk pertamanya adalah komodifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa telah terjadi komodifikasi pekerja terhadap wartawan di Koran Radar Bekasi. Wartawan yang seharusnya mencari, mengumpulkan dan mengolah berita untuk disebarkan ke khalayak, namun di berdayagunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mencari iklan. Transformasi wartawan koran Radar Bekasi yakni melalui Separate, Concentrate, Recontitute. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, wartawan Koran Radar Bekasi juga berfungsi sebagai fasilitator, penjual koran, pelobi, dan agen iklan. This research attempts to explain the commodification process of workers (reporters) in Radar Bekasi Newspaper. In this study, researchers developed a framework for the theory of media political economy whose first entrance was commodification. The results of this study found that there had been commodification of workers against journalists at Radar Bekasi Newspaper. Journalists who are supposed to search, collect and process news to be distributed to the public, but are utilized by the company to look for advertisements. Transformation of Radar Bekasi newspaper reporters through Separate, Concentrate, Recontitute. In carrying out its duties, Koran Radar Bekasi journalists also function as facilitators, newspaper sellers, lobbyists, advertising agents and promotional brokers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Komite Madrasah dalam penyusunan Rencana Kerja Madrasah (RKM) di MTs Matholiul Huda. Komite Madrasah berperan sebagai mitra strategis dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pengelolaan dan pengembangan madrasah. Komite Madrasah memberikan masukan dan pertimbangan dalam berbagai aspek, seperti kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana, sumber daya manusia, anggaran, serta keterlibatan wali peserta didik dan masyarakat. Melalui peran Komite Madrasah, penyusunan RKM dapat dilakukan secara partisipatif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta potensi madrasah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komite Madrasah telah berperan aktif dalam penyusunan RKM di MTs Matholiul Huda. Komite Madrasah memberikan masukan dan pertimbangan terkait prioritas program dan kegiatan yang perlu dilaksanakan di madrasah. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti kurangnya pemahaman Komite Madrasah terhadap teknis penyusunan RKM, yang perlu diatasi melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar MTs Matholiul Huda meningkatkan kapasitas Komite Madrasah, memperkuat komunikasi dan koordinasi antara Komite Madrasah dan pihak madrasah, serta meningkatkan dukungan dari pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam mendorong peran aktif Komite Madrasah. Selain itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan monitoring secara berkala terhadap peran Komite Madrasah dalam mendukung pelaksanaan RKM.

Abstract

This study describes the role of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) in alleviating poverty in Central Java through two main approaches: the empowerment of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and the implementation of the waqf program. The Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Office of Religious Affairs for the Economic Empowerment of the Ummah (KUA PEU) program, which is a program of assistance and strengthening access to family/community-based community economic empowerment consisting of providing assistance for community economic empowerment, training, business workshops and business assistance to MSME entrepreneurs, has contributed significantly to improving economic welfare. Then through the Productive Waqf Incubation Program, a program that is a vehicle for transforming the formation of nazir human resources into human resources who have a creative business spirit. Innovative and visionary. Nazirs receiving assistance will get access to capital, training and mentoring. Despite challenges, such as low awareness of waqf, education strategies and collaboration with stakeholders were identified as key factors for the sustainability and expansion of the program. Recommendations include raising awareness, strengthening collaboration, and further developing the MSME empowerment program for sustainable impact. this policy paper provides a comprehensive understanding of MoRA's role in poverty alleviation, integrating economic empowerment with religious principles.

Abstract

The challenge of limited resources faced by vocational schools makes innovative learning strategies such as Project Based Learning (PjBL) a relevant alternative. This article aims to investigate the implementation of PjBL in the project of creating school uniforms as a means to instill edupreneurship values at Muhammadiyah Sumowono Vocational School. This research adopts a literature study approach. The data sources for this research are obtained from three main categories: textbooks, national and international scientific journal articles, and official policy documents. The data analysis techniques in this literature study are carried out through three main stages: concept classification, analysis of relationships between concepts, and synthesis. The results of the analysis show that vocational education in the era of digital disruption is required not only to produce graduates who are technically ready for work but also to possess an innovative and adaptive entrepreneurial spirit. The implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) in the form of a uniform manufacturing project has proven to be an effective medium for integrating productive learning with the instillation of entrepreneurial values. Through this activity, students are actively involved in the entire production process: from identifying needs, designing, calculating costs, to marketing strategies. This full involvement encourages the emergence of proactive attitudes, responsibility, creativity, teamwork, and the courage to take risks, all of which are essential elements in the entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

Relief Sri Tanjung terpampang pada dinding luar pendapa teras ke-dua Candi Panataran, Blitar, Jawa Timur. Masyarakat meyakini, narasi relief tersebut mengangkat cerita legenda Banyuwangi zaman Jawa Pertengahan. Di dalam relief terlihat adanya figur-figur dalam lakon cerita Sri Tanjung berikut penanda pepohonan, hewan, atau bentuk alam lain dalam gaya dekoratif. Beberapa penelitian telah berusaha menafsir relief dari sisi yang lain. Tetapi Rupabheda hadir sebagai teori estetika yang menjadi dasar penafsiran yang baru. Analisis Rupabheda berhasil menelaah pergeseran makna dari beragam tanda yang terdapat pada arca Hindu. Penelitian ini menemukan adanya kebaruan makna dalam identifikasi tokoh-tokoh di dalam relief. Visualisasi relief cerita Sri Tanjung telah menyamarkan ikon budaya Jawa Pertengahan dalam relief arca Hindu. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa relief Sri Tanjung telah memasukkan narasi cerita lokal yang berbeda dengan epik Mahabarata – Ramayana dalam situs bangunan Hindu.Kata kunci: Rupabheda, Relief, Sri Tanjung, Semiotik
