Abstract

the concept of the educational philosophy of Essentialism, which emphasizes essential and fundamental knowledge for individual development. With a historical background that can be traced back to the thoughts of Plato and Aristotle, Essentialism highlights the importance of eternal and universal knowledge such as mathematics, natural sciences, and ethics in shaping character and deep understanding. Through a systematic approach and focus on the essence of human beings, Essentialism offers a different perspective in the world of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap sayuran hidroponik di Kabupaten Kolaka. Dilaksanakan pada Mei hingga Juni 2024, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan model Cobb Douglas melalui SPSS versi 22.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari lima variabel yang diteliti (umur, tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan, pengetahuan, dan kesehatan), hanya variabel pengetahuan dan kesehatan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel umur, tingkat pendidikan, dan pendapatan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Analisis koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan bahwa model ini hanya dapat menjelaskan 36% variasi keputusan pembelian, sementara 64% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor di luar model.Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa strategi pemasaran sayuran hidroponik di Kabupaten Kolaka sebaiknya berfokus pada edukasi konsumen tentang manfaat kesehatan produk, tanpa perlu melakukan segmentasi berdasarkan umur, tingkat pendidikan, atau pendapatan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi produsen dan pemasar sayuran hidroponik dalam memahami perilaku konsumen dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence members' decisions in choosing a sharia savings and loan cooperative at Kspps Mutiara Harapan Jamaah Kolaka Regency. This research uses a survey method to determine the factors that influence members' interest in choosing Kspps Mutiara Harapan Jamaah Kolaka Regency using qualitative and quantitative research methods. The sample in this research was all members of the research cooperative, totaling 250 people. Then the data obtained is analyzed in the form of quantitative analysis.TechniqueThe data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that partially, namely the t test, it can be concluded that the trust variable has a significant effect on members' decisions in choosing a sharia savings and loan cooperative. Meanwhile, the variables religiosity and financing procedures do not significantly influence members' decisions in choosing a sharia savings and loan cooperative at Kspps Mutiara Harapan Jamaah Kolaka Regency. The results of the simultaneous test, namely the F test, can be concluded that the variables of trust, religiosity and financing procedures do not significantly influence members' decisions in choosing a sharia savings and loan cooperative at Kspps Mutiara Harapan Jamaah Kolaka Regency.
