Abstract

Science subjects generally learn about how events occur around our nature or in other words it can also be called studying the earth itself. Learning outcomes are the results obtained by students in the process of teaching and learning activities at school. Not all learning outcomes obtained by students at the SDN are high, there are some students who have poor learning outcomes, especially in science subjects. Several factors in the learning process make learning outcomes cannot be achieved optimally such as monotonous methods, learning media that do not vary and many others that make student learning outcomes below average. The purpose of this research is to find out the steps for making flip chart media based on the NHT learning model in grade 5. To find out how the development of flip chart media can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects using the NHT method and its efficiency. The ADDIE development model is the development model used because the learning planning model is effective and efficient and the process is interactive, where the results of the evaluation of each phase can bring learning development to the previous phase. This model uses 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research was conducted at SDN 2 Labuapi. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. The results of the research on the effectiveness of the product are as expected because they get responses from both students and validators. Presentations by media experts, materials and the last student responses were: 78%, 86%, 91%. Looking at the order of responses, the effectiveness of media products was said to be very good in their use at school.

Abstract

This study aims to develop CTL-based exploratory worksheets in improving student learning outcomes. The development method used is the ADDIE model by adding contextual concepts to alternative energy materials. The application of LKPD in learning uses one group sample design. The sample used was fourth grade students at SDN 38 Cakranegara. The LKPD validation data collection technique uses a questionnaire filled out by an expert validator. The sample class underwent pre-test and post-test to see the effectiveness of LKPD in learning. The data from expert and teacher validation are categorized as valid in terms of content feasibility 74.3%, presentation 75.6%, and language 80%. The effectiveness of the LKPD is classified as effective in improving student learning outcomes as seen in the n-gain test results of 0.31 with an increase in the medium category and the t-test with a value of 0.003 below 0.05 which shows there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. Thus, the exploratory development of CTL-based worksheets is classified as valid and effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research purpose to comparison the effect of the chain story technique on the speaking skill of 4th grade students at elementary school 23 Ampenan. This research is an quasi experimental type nonequivalent control group design. The population in this research were all 4th grade students in elementary school 23 Ampenan. The sampling technique used was saturation sample. The data of this research were collected by using observation, speaking skill test with assessment rubric and documentation. The data from students’ speaking skill test in the form of pretest dan posttest, then its tested for normality by the kolmogorov-smirnov test and then its also tested for homogeneity using the varian anylisis test (test of F). The test result showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. Then, the data were analyzed using independent t test. Where the value of tcount = 3.304 > ttabel = 2.010, which means that Ha wad accapted and Ho was rejected. This is shows that there was an influence of the chain story technique on the speaking skill of 4th grade students at elementary school 23 Ampenan.

Abstract

Learning from home is an innovation in the field of education so that learning objectives are still achieved. The principle of Learning From Home activities is that students can access learning materials and resources without time and place restrictions. The only application that is very familiar to use during learning from home at SDN 42 Cakranegara is the WhatsApp group platform. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of school programs for learning from home for low grade students and the effectiveness of implementing school programs for learning from home for low grade students at SDN 42 Cakranegara. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources consist of principals and lower grade teachers. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation and data analysis. The results showed that the school program for learning from home was carried out online and using the WhatsApp group application. The effectiveness in implementing school programs for learning from home is said to be quite effective.

Abstract

Literasi pada era perkembangan teknologi 4.0 ini mengalami perluasan arti dan cangkupan, literasi numerasi adalah sebuah kemampuan untuk mengkomunikasikan berbagai bentuk simbol dan angka matematika dalam proses pemecahan masalah dari berbagai bentuk masalah yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari serta kemampuan dalam menganalisis bentuk-bentuk informasi yang digambarkan berupa tabel, grafik dan juga bagan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa kelas V SDN 1 Darek dalam menyelesaikan soal open ended matematika. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 1 Darek pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang terdiri dari 21 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa kelas V SDN 1 Darek itu berbeda-beda yaitu dibagi menjadi 3 kategori tinggi, sedang dan rendah sesuai dengan pencapaian indikator literasi numerasi yaitu sebagai berikut: (1) Siswa yang memiliki kemampuan literasi numerasi tinggi merupakan siswa yang mampu memenuhi keseluruhan indikator literasi numerasi (2) Siswa yang memiliki kemampuan literasi numerasi sedang yaitu siswa kurang mampu memenuhi semua indikator kemampuan literasi numerasi (3) Siswa yang memiliki kemampuan literasi numerasi rendah merupakan siswa yang belum mampu memenuhi indikator kemampuan literasi numerasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sumber daya manusia pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SMA Negeri 2 Sumbawa Besar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan SMA Negeri 2 Sumbawa Besar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah pengumpulan data, pemadatan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan serta validitas data dengan menggunakan kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan di SMA Negeri 2 Sumbawa Besar memiliki manajemen yang baik sehingga menjadikan SMA Negeri 2 Sumbawa Besar sebagai sekolah inspiratif tingkat SMA di Kabupaten Sumbawa dan menjadi Sekolah Penggerak pertama tingkat SMA di Kabupaten Sumbawa

Abstract

Poetry writing material is one of the important contents of learning the Indonesian language and literature in elementary school. However, in its implementation, students needed help understanding the learning material for writing poetry. To overcome this problem, teachers can use learning media. One medium that can be used in teaching poetry writing is the visual octopus word learning media. This media is in the form of an imitation octopus with poetry-writing material on each tentacle. This study was carried out to examine the effectiveness of the word octopus in poetry writing material. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design at Public Elementary School (SDN) 1 Kekeri. Preliminary and final test questions regarding poetry writing material were used as the main instruments for data collection. Data collection underwent three stages: an initial test, providing treatment by applying octopus word learning media, and a post-test. Data analysis was carried out in two phases: prerequisites and testing media effectiveness. The study results show that the Octopus Kata learning media has high effectiveness. It can be seen from the significant difference in the average initial and final test results. This study concludes that the octopus word learning medium effectively increases elementary school students' understanding of learning to write poetry.

Abstract

Education is one of human efforts to improve the dignity and standard of life. This improvement effort is carried out by developing competence, knowledge, attitudes, and the need for education which is the right of all citizens, and this is guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution. Implementing inclusive education is one way to make this happen. District Government Central Lombok, through the Department of Education and Culture, in collaboration with Innovation Indonesia and FKIP UNRAM, is holding a series of workshops, one of which is strengthening teacher competency in selecting and utilizing inclusive education-based learning media. The workshop was held in Gugus 1 Kec. Kopang with a total of 8 elementary schools and 32 lower class teachers as participants. Activities were carried out in October 2019 through workshops and field assistance. The results of the activity show that the objective of the activity was achieved, namely strengthening the competency of elementary school teachers in selecting and utilizing inclusive education-based media in the classroom. The pretest and posttest results show that the teacher's conceptual understanding has increased.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif permainan tradisional Lombok berbasis smart apps creator 3 pada siswa kelas III SDN Sintung Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan pendekatan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Sintung Timur dengan subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas III SDN Sintung Timur yang berjumlah 32 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data kualitatif berupa saran dan kritik dari ahli, serta data kuantitatif dari hasil uji kevalidan dan kepraktisan. Pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk media interaktif permainan tradisional Lombok berbasis smart apps creator 3 yang didesain menarik seperti layaknya tampilan game online yang disertai fitur-fitur menarik seperti tampilan loading, login, menu utama, menu profil, menu kompetensi dasar, menu materi, menu evaluasi, dan menu game. Hasil dari uji kevalidanmen media memperoleh 92% dengan kategori sangat valid dan kevalidan materi memperoleh 93% dengan kategori sangat valid. Sedangkan uji kepraktisan kelompok kecil 96% dengan kategori sangat praktis, untuk uji coba kelompok besar 98% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan respon guru 97% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media interaktif permainan tradisional Lombok berbasis smart apps creator 3 yang didesain menarik dengan fitur-fitur beragam dinyatakan sangat valid dan sangat praktis, sehingga menjadi media pembelajaran interaktif yang sangat baik digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Keywords: media, permainan, tradisional, sekolah dasar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara remunerasi dan sertifikasi dosen terhadap kinerja dosen di lingkungan Program Pasca Sarjana Universitas Mataram salah satu universitas negeri di Provinsi Nusa Temggara Barat. Populasi penelitian adalah dosen tetap Program Pascasarjana. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Sementara untuk analisis data kuatitatif menggunakan path analisi (analisis jalur), analisis ini menggunakan regresi. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua dosen Program Pascasarjana Universitas Mataram. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah metode random sampling yaitu, pengambilan sampel anggota populasi secara acak.
