Abstract

The purpose of this research is know whether there is influence between education level (X1), to work effectiveness (Y), how much influence between the education level (X1), to work effectiveness (Y),is there influence between work discipline (X2), to work effectivess (Y), how much influence between the wok discipline tto work effectiveness (Y), to find out wheter the education level (X1),and work discipline(Y), together affect the effectiveness of work (Y), to know which variable gives dominant influence to work effectiveness(Y). The method used in this research is survey method, with correlation and regression quantiative approach. The sample size is 64 people taken from employees Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Serang. The method of data processing using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variable level of education (X1) has a positive significant effect on the effectiveness of work (Y) as evidenced by the coeffient of education level variable with actual test t values 8.642 >1.999, α = 0.05, the work disciplines has a t stat of 10,769, whose values is greater than ttable (1.999, α = 0.05). This mean work diciplines has a positive and significant effect on effecstiveness of work based on F test shows that the regression has F-stat values of regression has F-stat equal to 61,697, the values is greater than the F-table of 3.15 at a 95% confidence level, so it can be concluded that together, independent variables effect the dependent variable. Conclusion of research based on the above calculation then there is a significant influence between the level education on the effectiveness of employees and there is a significant influence between work diciplines on the effectiveness of employee work. Based on the analysis results can be concluded that simultaneously independent variables level of education and work discipline significantly influence the effectiveness of employees in Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Serang Keywords: Work Effectiveness, Level of Education and Work Disciplines

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of private university students in Serang City. The variables of this research are entrepreneurship education as an independent variable and interest in entrepreneurship as the dependent variable. Quantitative research uses a correlational approach. The population of this research is 25,094 private university students in Serang City with 4 private universities. The sample used the sampling method suggested by Hair, et al so that the sample size was 5 x 40 = 200 so that the total sample was 200 respondents. The findings of this study reveal that Hypothesis 1 obtained a path coefficient value of 0.334 with a t-statistic value of 3.177 > 1.96 so that entrepreneurship education has an effect on interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of green marketing, social media marketing and brand image on purchasing decisions of automatic Honda motorcycles at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch and examine the effect of green marketing, social media marketing and brand image simultaneously on purchasing decisions of automatic Honda motorcycles in PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch.The method used in this study was a quantitative method, the sample used was 73 respondents, the number of samples was determined using purposive sampling, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the partial test (t-test) the results of this study state that the green marketing variable influences the decision to purchase an automatic Honda motorbike at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch. Likewise for the social media marketing variable that influences the decision to purchase an automatic Honda motorbike at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch. The brand image variable also influences the decision to buy an automatic Honda motorbike at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch. Simultaneously the variables Green marketing, social media marketing and brand image influence the decision to purchase an automatic Honda motorbike at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch

Abstract

To ensure the company survives and succeeds, management must maintain and enhance existing resources, including employee performance, as improved performance contributes to the company's productivity. This study aims to investigate the direct effects of transformational leadership and direct compensation on employee performance and their impact on work discipline at PT Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. The method used is quantitative, with a population and sample size of 45 sales employees. The results indicate that transformational leadership and direct compensation have a significant impact on employee performance and work discipline, with t-statistics greater than 1.96. Additionally, transformational leadership positively influences performance through work discipline, while direct compensation does not show an indirect effect on employee performance through work discipline

Abstract

Performance has a very important meaning in a company to achieve large profits because it can make a large contribution to company profits. The better a person's performance in the company, the more profits the company will receive. Of the many factors that influence employee performance, one of them is the employee's own personality and job satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of personality on employee performance at PT Ocean Industry, to determine the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Ocean Industry, to determine the simultaneous influence of personality and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Ocean Industry.The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The variables in this research consist of the dependent variable, namely employee performance, while the independent variables are personality and job satisfaction. The population in this research is 800 production employees at PT. Ocean Industry with a sample size of 90 employees.He results of the research show that based on the results of the t test the personality variable obtained a t_count value of 5,477 > t_tabel (1.662), the results of the t test for the job satisfaction variable obtained a t_count value (12,510) > t_tabel (1.662) and the F test results obtained an F_count value of 87,416 > F_tabel ( 3.95).The conclusion of this research is that personality influences employee performance, job satisfaction influences employee performance, simultaneously personality and job satisfaction influence employee performance. The percentage of employee performance variables that can be explained by the independent variables is shown by the R Square value, which is 0.668. It can be concluded that the magnitude of the influence of personality and satisfaction on employee performance is 66.8%, while the remaining 33.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this research

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the capacity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) producing kerupuk tike in Domas Village, Pontang District, through training in financial management and digital marketing. Based on the background, MSMEs in the village face challenges in effective financial management and marketing. The method used involves interactive training and mentoring, which are expected to improve the participants' knowledge and skills. The research results show a significant increase in financial management understanding, with participants’ knowledge rising from 30-40% to 70-80% after the training. Additionally, the use of social media and e-commerce platforms successfully increased average monthly sales from IDR 1,500,000 to IDR 3,500,000. Participants' motivation to develop their businesses also improved, as indicated by an increase in monthly transactions from 15 to 30. Despite challenges in consistently applying the learned skills, the need for long-term mentoring is crucial to ensure the sustainability of the taught methods. In conclusion, this community service activity positively impacts the MSMEs in Domas Village, with capacity improvements that can support their future business success

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of local culture and the comfort of facilities in enhancing tourist loyalty at marine tourism destinations in Banten, focusing on Pantai Anyer, Pantai Tanjung Lesung, and Pantai Bagedur. Tourist loyalty, which is increasingly important in tourism competition, is influenced by various factors, including emotional attachment derived from local culture and comfort while enjoying the destination. Using a qualitative approach and phenomenological design, this research explores the perceptions and experiences of tourists through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and analysis of documentation from related tourism sources. The findings indicate that local culture, including traditional art performances, local cuisine, and interactions with cultural values, creates a unique and authentic experience that strengthens tourists' attachment to the destination. This emotional attachment significantly increases tourists' desire to return and recommend the destination to others. Furthermore, the comfort of facilities, such as the availability of clean restrooms, adequate parking, and accessibility, serves as an essential supporting factor. Tourists who feel comfortable with the provided facilities are more likely to have positive and memorable experiences. In conclusion, the synergy between local culture and facility comfort can create meaningful and comprehensive tourism experiences, ultimately reinforcing tourist loyalty. Recommendations from this study suggest that managers of marine tourism destinations in Banten continue to promote local culture and improve the quality of facilities to create more appealing experiences and sustainably encourage tourist loyalty

Abstract

Rapid technological developments have a significant impact on human life, including among Islamic boarding school students. One of the most influential technologies is the smartphone. Although useful in terms of access to information and communication, excessive use can reduce worship motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of smartphone use on the worship motivation of Islamic boarding school students at the Nasyrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. The method used is qualitative with interview techniques with 25 students from various class levels who were selected randomly. The results show that most students have and use smartphones when they are outside the boarding school. As many as 96% of respondents realized that excessive use has an impact on reducing the spirit of worship, such as praying in congregation and waking up early. In addition, 84% admitted to experiencing physical and psychological impacts due to uncontrolled use. These findings show the importance of using smartphones wisely so as not to interfere with the routine of worship and religious activities of students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education and family environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship, with entrepreneurial motivation as a mediating variable. The study was conducted on 150 students from several private universities in Serang City who had taken entrepreneurship courses. The method used was a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using SmartPLS software. The results showed that entrepreneurship education and family environment positively and significantly influence entrepreneurial motivation. Additionally, entrepreneurial motivation significantly influences students' interest in entrepreneurship. Motivation was also found to significantly mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and family environment on entrepreneurial interest. The theoretical contribution of this study is to strengthen motivation theory and planned behavior theory in the context of entrepreneurship among students. The practical contribution is that this study provides recommendations to higher education institutions to strengthen practice-based entrepreneurship curricula and encourage family involvement in shaping students' entrepreneurial mindset and spirit.
